I explained that I did not select or contract with a delivery service--I ordered and paid Wingstop directly through its website. The manager then came to the phone and stated that because the restaurant was very busy, she could offer me a refund. I explained that a refund should not be my only option. Online customers deserve the same level of service as customers standing inside the restaurant, and I wanted the food I had ordered and paid for. She agreed, but the missing item was never delivered.
