i normally do not have issues with this location.. great customer service, efficiency, all the…read morethings one wants in a mcdonalds i guess. but tonight, i did not receive that same standard of service. i ordered food for my family and i, went to pick it up, everything was great, got home, and im missing an item from my order. no big deal, its friday, things happen. i go back sit in the long drive thru line again, because i cannot get inside after certain hours, and nobody picks up that phone. ever. i get to the window finally and the girl brings me my item that was missing but somehow sitting there waiting for me to come get it.... and i ask if it would be possible for my food to be remade because it was cold and i had to wait in the line again for something i should have received... and this poor girl looked so distressed and said "ill ask but shes probably not gonna want to". she goes, asks, and low and behold... she doesnt fucking want to. big whoop. so now my only meal today after being at work all day was ice cold along with everyone elses in my home. i would absolutely love an opportunity to speak with this person and know why they think its alright to treat people that way when the situation was only caused by her mistakes. a job is not about what you wAnT to do. its about what you get paid to fucking do. grow up. edit: come to find out.. what was missing from my order was made wrong! wow thank you!!! almost $30 for food nobody can eat and THE LITERAL COOK DOESNT WANNA COOK????

He didn't speak, didn't acknowledge us--he just seemed really mad. Meanwhile, the other three workers were playing music on their phones, dancing, cursing, and being extremely loud. I stood there for about five to seven minutes, and no one spoke to me. So, I walked out. I got into my car, ready to leave, but then I thought, Man, I really want to try that salad. So, I decided to go through the drive-thru instead. I sat there for over a minute, repeatedly saying "hello" before someone finally responded to take my order. This was a sad encounter with who I believe was in charge of the store tonight I went in to order a pizza to go and as soon as I put a foot inside the lady that it was in the register give me a weird look I asked her if I was allowed to order to go and I proceeded to do it when I was about to pay I asked her if I could tip and in a rude way she said you don't have to I said it doesn't matter I wanted to so I tip she told me 10 minutes for the pizza and I left to wait outside I saw her through the windows telling another employee what happened with me that honestly nothing happened a mocking me I felt embarrassed and very sad I think she was having a bad day and if it's not she's not the right one to be in the front desk.
