good, but a couple quirks! This Papa John's location is usually pretty good overall. The staff is always friendly, the food is hot and fresh, and we've had mostly positive experiences. The only funny quirk is that we usually order half cheese and half pepperoni--my wife loves her cheese side--and somehow the cheese side always ends up smaller. Sometimes a pepperoni slice sneaks onto her side, and she gets a bit annoyed about that! But all in all, it's a solid spot. Ill start by saying i spent about 500$ (because the cold weather) on Pappa john's Jungermann Pizzeria in February 20225, but the last 2 pizza were absolutely horrible and not even topped as i asked. we arrived to pick up our order early. waited in the parking lot parked next to a delivery drivers car. not behind, next to. after waiting for a min a staff member walked outside to scream something about "fucking parking spots" i got out immediately as i think that is no way to treat a paying customer. we engaged in a short argument in the parking lot about how to speak to ppl where my bf had to step out of the car bc the guy was so heated. i work in food service, im a prep cook, i would lose my job if i got in a customers personal space after screaming over something as asinine as a parking spot. i called all 3 workers out for the situation and they had nothing to say. all pleasantries "hi welcome in" and i hit them w "it's not super welcoming to curse at your customers". i dont think it's enough to just be called out for speaking to ppl like that, it is simply unacceptable to lose your composure on a customer for parking next to you for 3 mins tops. wish i had a name but i know it was the heavier set delivery driver at 6:45 on a monday night. thank goodness i was not alone, ladies, be careful and stay vigilant!! read more

Very poor customer service! While camping only 4.6 miles away at 370 Lakeside Park RV in St Peters, we were told "Nope....can't deliver out there. It's too far." This came directly from manager's mouth as I had the gal answering the phone ask her manager. Seriously? 4.6 miles away? In St Peters city limits? Soooo mad and disappointed right now. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely unacceptable. My sons school was having a fund raiser. Some proceeds from purchase went to his school so we ordered online. I got to the store to pick up and there was ONE person working the store. Slowly about 4 drivers stared to come in and help. There were no pizzas in the oven when I got there. When drivers started helping finally dough was being flattened and pizzas prepared. I ordered at 5:22pm. Email confirmation said 29-39 mins. I arrived at the store at 6:00. It was now 6:40 and I don't see any pizzas resembling mine coming out of the oven any time soon. So I went to the counter and asked for my money back. If you know you are going to be busy then staff for it! I could not believe how many pizzas came out that were not mine. I'm guessing they were all online as well. This was just crazy and I'm so irritated that I had hungry kids waiting for pizza, just to walk out with a receipt for refunded money and go home to make frozen pizza. We ordered a meatza pizza and cheesy bread sticks. The pizza was gross, upset everyone's belly. They sent me garlic parmesan bread sticks. They were also gross. I called to tell them I got the wrong bread. The girl who answered told me it clearly says on my screen that you ordered the garlic parmesan bread. I said I don't care what it says. That's not what I ordered. I asked for a manager and he said he'd fix it right away and sent what I actually wanted to me. Great pizza!. Switched here after having issues with Stefaninis across the street. Tony made our pizza the first few times and it was excellent, my little man described it as "fire". The manager is absolutely horrific! We ordered and paid for our food online. We received notice it was done while across the street picking up a few things at Walmart. My boyfriend dropped me off at front door to pop in and pick up. Manager said unless we moved the car from front of store she would not give me my order. The employees and myself were shocked. I explained I already paid for everything on line and was popping in to pick up. They were literally 5 feet from me. Again she refused. I asked her name her response "don't worry about it" again the employers and I shocked. I asked a man her name his response " crabby" I said I know that but what is her name. He told me Rochelle. I went to the car to tell him she is refusing to give us the order until we move the car. The car was moved we went back in Her and I had words and when I told her how rude she was she refused us service. We said not when we already paid for our order. She stormed over to cash register took my name and said now it's gone . She deleted the entire thing. We left and looked all around, there was not one sign that said no parking or dropping off on the building or in the lot anywhere. I contacted their home office. The woman who returned my call from "home office" called from that store and was answering the phone. I went over my incident , the rudeness of the manager etc... she said it was not handled correctly she was sorry and that was it! We drive by the store all the time as we live in in the neighborhood and guess who's still there?? Happy herself. No thank you.. have not and will not order from them ever again as long as she is there. It's a shame too because that's the one we always used as our kids were growing up for sleep overs, birthday parties or it's Friday kids, let's order Papa Johns! We usually get pizza here about twice a month. Our order is very specific a veggie pizza with no meat and no cheese, this is one of the fist Papa Johns that has gotten it right every time! We always order here when we need something quick and easy. I love the points system that they have. We just moved here from Texas and never dealt with Papa Johns in our home town. Once we moved here and then first ordered it from there. The employee who took our order was Jared Myers off of Jungerman and he was amazingly helpful especially ordering from there for the first time. I just spoke with a manager on duty about an order that I received that was incorrect and she's she argued with me saying that I was trying to get free product and implied that I was lying about what I ordered because her system said I ordered 6 cheese pizzas when the recipt that I was emailed (the order I placed) was for 3 pepperoni and 3 cheese pizzas. I didn't have any expextation other than to let them know they screwed up my order until she was so unbelievable rude to me on the phone. This experience makes me never want to be a customer at Papa Johns again. I have never had to actually argue with an employee anywhere about their mistake. I would like an email address that I can attatch my receipt to in order to prove that I was given the incorrect order and I would like this manager, team leader, whoever she was to be evaluated because her tone and attitude was completely unacceptable. read more

i ordered carryout online about 30 minutes ago. when i went to pick it up i went to go inside and the doors were locked. then i noticed there was a sign that said "lobby closed" and i totally understand why. right now i don't have a phone to call so i knocked on the door. i could have swore one the employees saw me. (his name was Alex) but instead of coming to the door he kept cleaning (i thought okay maybe he didn't hear me) so then I pulled my car to the front of the building so they could see me and bring out my order. i waited ten minutes.. still no one came outside. so i figured i would try to knock again. i heard the guy cleaning say there's a girl knocking on the door. still no one even acknowledged me. a lady working yelled "well she can call the store!" i said "I don't have a phone to call!" and STILL no one came to ask the name of my order. like wtf is going on here? i had no idea what to do.. finally a delivery driver comes out to make a delivery and I say I have an order and can't call to pick it up. but can I have your name and the ladies name. he says my name is Alex and I won't give you her name that is up to her. he gets my food and shoves it at me. im still in aw im just trying to pick up my food and these people are giving me such a hard time. why couldnt someone just walk to the door and ask my name? mean while all this is going on a door dash driver comes to pick up her order and they give her the same treatment, the lady slammed the door in her face when she asked her name.. so another man came to the door to give her the order she was there to pick up and we asked for the ladies named again he ignores us and locks the door.. who knew ordering a pizza would be such a hassle LOL. all i have to say is the night crew here is trash. all three employees i would rank well below average. as someone who works in the service industry, I would be FIRED had i ever acted like that at my job. if I could rate below one star i would. read more
