Fazoli's is one of my favorite Italian chain restaurants, and this spot delivered exactly what I hoped for. It's a great value and decent portion sizes, and can we talk about the unlimited breadsticks?? I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, and my girlfriend ordered the fettuccini alfredo. They both really hit the spot, and I'd highly recommend making it a meal to get the salad and drink. The ambiance was homey and dare I say romantic. Service was quick as well for an overall very satisfying dinner. I can't wait for my next trip to Fazoli's! read more

I've noticed that fazolies has recently changed their Alfredo sauce. I am not happy. this used to be one of my favorite fast Italian food places but now I am very sad to say I will not ever be returning, at least not until they change the sauce back. The food has good flavor. I thought the portion size was a little small. Service was good. I liked the old way Fazoli's used to be now they are trying to be fine dining. We ate here on the way back home. Four kiddos and two adults. The food was great. It was a fast place to stop. The reason for four star is that the bathroom was a bit nasty. The changing table needed to be scrubbed down and the cleanliness was a little off. But I also know it's hard to find workers as the time too! So it may have just been the wrong time of day :) The server brought food and was very friendly. Other than that no complaints! Would eat here again read more

It has been a million years since I was in a Fazoli's but my boyfriend wanted some quick pasta so we stopped in on a whim. Wow! The menu has definitely come a long way- the nutrition is readily available and the food is not horrific for you whatsoever. We both got chicken Parmesan which comes with unlimited bread sticks if you eat in store. It was dirt cheap- $7 a pop with the bread sticks and the portion was large. For chicken parm, I get the exact same thing at a place like Cheesecake Factory and pay double- so this is a steal in my opinion. The inside could use some work- I think Fazoli's is one of the last chains to renovate....but they have a drive thru. Overall this place is not a bad option for a quick meal whatsoever, and its super close to home. Will definitely be back! read more

Amazing experience. Autumn is a top tier employee. I'm not shocked though, she is every time.

The food while normally good my alfredo had little sauce which is unlike normal as well as whoever was at the menu needs a hearing aid or to just retire because it's been too long, and she's not that old, but she started off with what Id like. I said a number 8 and a number 3 with breaded chicken, and she said huh, so I repeated myself and said a number 3 with chicken tenders and she corrects me saying so number 4 to which I reply yes sorry a number 4 with breaded chicken, point being I said it so many times it should've been my name on the damn receipt. She corrected me and apparently heard that but not when I said multiples times breaded chicken or chicken tenders. Now while she did offer for me to drive all the way the hell back after her mistake I politely hung up before going off because genuinely how did you not hear me besides blatant ignorance. Never had an issue with this location before but of course the lady we got couldn't hear and seemed rude from the get go, I really tried to ignore it until I called them saying they got it wrong and what could be done considering they're 20mins away and instead of my bad I get an uhm I didn't hear breaded chicken- were you listening at all to anything I said then? Considering she completely didn't hear me the first time I'm guessing not, and considering how many times she didn't hear me you'd think she'd own up to the mistake. I'd say I'm never going back to the location but just because one worker is awful doesn't mean the rest aren't normally friendly, helpful, oh and yea actually decide listen to what the hell you're saying. I order from them all the time but this is the first time I've had a bad experience. Apparently the lid was not closed on my food and soaked through the bag so when I picked it up it fell through the bag onto my driveway. Now that I know they aren't competent enough to close a lid I'm going to have to double check everything from them which I never had to do before not even when I got the wrong food. Will be a long time before I come back especially since I basically spent $11 on a soda and slice of pizza. read more

We tried the new Parmesan CRUSTED Alfredo bake. It was very dry, little sauce, and had no crumb crust on it. A few tiny specks. The boy took it back for "crust" and they added maybe a pinch more. I had to add water to it! We were really dissapointed with it. read more

We love this location for the following reasons, the marinara sauce is great, the pasta cooked perfectly. The dining room is always clean. The staff is so very friendly! So clean,friendly and great food does it for us! We have tried the spaghetti, chicken broccoli alfredo, cheesecake, salad, meatball,pizza, we can never finish it all and take the remainder home. They also send out coupons and have specials. who doesn't love a deal? This year I'm sending all my nieces and nephews gift cards from Fazoli's, after-all Red is for Valentines Day! P.S. The food is fine, good value for the price. But you can't believe the prices on the menus--including the one in the store at the ordering counter! I went there today and 1)was told they no longer offer the $5 lunch on weekends (nothing on the overhead menu or on the takeout menu indicates this) 2)I was charged $1 more for my double slice pizza than was was on the overhead menu and on the take out menu. The Gen Mgr clearly didn't care that I was upset about this, and made no offer to refund me or try to make my experience somehow better--she didn't even apologize! I've been to Fazolis many times and enjoy the food. The service at this location was poor last night. There was only two or three other customers there. We did get our food quickly but they never came and offered us bread sticks. I had to go to the counter to get them. The clerk seemed overwhelmed or they were short staffed. I've had better service set other locations. read more

Great Food. Terrible service, and I mean terrible. They never gave us our complementary breads sticks. When the waitress came out with the food, I asked if she could bring us some bread sticks and she said she would. Lies!!! She never did. I had to go up to the desk and ask for some before they finally gave us some. They gave us the last five bread sticks they had ready and said they would bring more out when they finished more. I used to like this branch but it gets worse every time we go. They seem put out when you ask for breadsticks. They were busy today and the "GM" Kathy was unpleasant. Food was good and the young guy Zach is really nice and seems to work hard. A smile goes a long way and general manager just wasn't putting one on. It will be a while before i go back. read more
