The gentleman that runs this place is so unpleasant and has such a terrible attitude. He's also a thief AND lied to me. I placed a pick up order through the DoorDash app at 10:41 PM, they do not close until 11 PM. My order was accepted and my credit card was charged. When I showed up, he didn't realize I was picking up my own order and not someone else's DoorDash order and he lied to me and said oh that's already been picked up. Then when I said no it's my own order then he had to backtrack and say oh yeah we just couldn't make it. It's too close to closing time. Mind you it was only a small pizza that would've taken a total of 12 minutes in the oven so it still would've been done before closing and it was a $17 small pizza. However, I was never called on the phone to say they weren't gonna make my order and the business still was open for another 20 minutes. He then promised me right there and guaranteed me that he was refunding my $17 and 15 days later I still don't have my refund for the pizza he never made and lied about it. I highly recommend that you never get Papa Johns from this location. Frankly for just a few dollars more than Papa Johns you can get amazing pizza at Asaro's and DoorDash delivers that as well. read more

I ordered one cheese pizza at 4:15 for a 5:30 delivery. At 5:50 I called the store and was told that delivery is now via DoorDash and that it was enroute. At 6:30 - an hour late - still no pizza. I called the store and was told I would be refunded. At 6:45 after I started making plans for another dinner for my 9yo and 6yo and AN HOUR AND 15 MIN late - the door dasher (wearing an eager beaver car wash shirt) delivered my pizza. I was told it 'was the app and to order through door dash next time'. The time stamp on the ticket says 4:49. So he was driving around with my pizza for almost TWO HOURS. read more

Impossible to order. Called ordered 10 Pizzas as I had every year for many years. Can't do 10 without 24 hours notice. Said ok 9. (this is 5 hours in advance) Nasty near hysterical employee said ok just this time and charged my account $192. Later another employee called and canceled my order saying I had tried to manipulate the system! I just wanted 10 Pizzas with 5 hours advance notice. Ok here is my honest thoughtful review. I almost did not order because of all the 1 star (very old) reviews but I have had Papa Johns before and was craving their style of pizza. So I ordered a pizza on the Papa John's app. I also saw they had Chicken Parm Bites & Calzone Pizza Bites. I also ordered extra garlic dipping sauce ( a Papa John thing) I ordered a spicy garlic cheese stuffed pizza crust with sausage, pepperoni & extra cheese. Now for my review, I give the pizza a solid 4+ (nothing really ever should get a 5 star because there should be room for improvement) for being still warm by time I got home 6 miles away, flavor and also accuracy for what I ordered and expected. I give the Calzone Pizza Bites a 3 for warmth, flavor and accuracy for what I ordered and expected. I give the Chicken Parm Bites also a 3 for warmth, flavor and accuracy for what I ordered and expected. Finally, I give my overall experience a solid 5 star experience. The order was ready as promised, it had everything I ordered and that was advertised. The store looked organized, most importantly clean and the staff was attentive, pleasant and engaged. I'm glad i did not avoid the restaurant because of the posted 1 star reviews. As a retired business owner, I know people that are happy hardly ever leave a review. We all should to not only keep good quality businesses flourishing, jobs for those who need them but also gives us consumers with a much more accurate and helpful barometer in where we drop our hard earned money! We were at AAMCO all day since we needed a lot of front end work done, and decided to get delivery from Papa John's. Hubby got thin crust sausage pizza & I got chicken tenders. Both were great & delivered quickly. Delivery driver was friendly & courteous! Highly recommend! read more

1st round came burned, 2 times darker than typical for papa Johns. Called to complain, they sent out a 2nd one. Both pizza and breadsticks came even darker! Burnt, tough, 1/2 of $50 order not edible! I arrived last night to pick up my Chicago (square) cut large pizza. When I looked inside the box, I could not believe what I saw. The cutter had sliced the pizza into normal pie shapes....realizing that the customer requested square cut, he went back over the pizza and proceeded to butcher the pie! Did they really think any customer would accept a pizza in that condition?? When I pointed out the problem, they were all scratching their heads until a manager came and saw what happened. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the pizza to be made correctly....No one said "I'm sorry" or offered to give a discount or comp pizza. I just got a new pizza with the person saying "Here you go". This is the worst Papa John's I have been in.....the one we use back in Ohio is soooo reliable. AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS!!! read more

Literal garbage. We tried to place an order a week ago, and they forgot that we had even called in and ordered, so an hour went by past the expected arrival of our food. Upon calling and questioning why our food had not even left the building yet, the employee promptly hung up on us without any explanation. We called again, and still, no food was delivered. This is probably the worst pizza that I have ever had. We ordered a Mediterranean vegetable pizza with grilled chicken, no onions. The crust was soggy, there were onions on the pizza, the grilled chicken was minuscule, and there are appeared to be zero cheese on the pizza. Papa John's management company has publicly stated that they are a technology company that sells pizza. I suggest that they concentrate on their product. By far the worst pizza I've ever had. Ordered one with sausage, mushrooms, onions and extra cheese... It was awful... soggy with toppings that you couldn't identify. On a Saturday night, I ordered pizza, my credit card was charged for two. Driver then couldn't figure out where the keypad was outside a gated community, once told, he couldn't figure out how to use it, so he drove off with my pizza after cursing me out on the phone and having me walk down to the gate. He even flipped a bird as he was driving off. I called and complained to the manager, turns out this idiot is the night manager. According to my online billing the next morning, they still charged me for two pizzas. I will straighten it out with AmEx. Ordered from Domino's instead, -- no problem. I ordered a specialty pizza from here 4 days ago. The description said nothing about onions but when I bit into the pizza it was loaded with onions. I don't eat onions so I wasn't going to eat this pizza. I also ordered cheesy bread and they didn't put marinara sauce in with it. By the time I got my pizza the store was closed but I called anyway. They answered the phone "papa johns, were closed." I said I understand that but.. and explained my issue. The kid told me he was putting in a credit for next time. I called tonight to order and told the guy I should have a credit for a specialty pizza and he said there was nothing in the computer. I explained what happened and he said my previous order said nothing about no onions... well no wonder the employees are incompetent, the manager doesn't even know what comes on the pizzas!! So cutting off my rambling he refused to make things right and I even told him I wasn't just trying to get a free pizza and that I was ordering more on top of it and that I order from them all the time. Still, nothing. So instead of making things right (which the cost of a pizza for a pizza joint is like 5 bucks at most) he lost a loyal customer! Poor management and poor customer service! read more

Sweet mother of pizza do not order from here. We all like a nice chain, fatty pizza every now and then, but not one that takes 2 hours in total to get. We ordered an XL cheese pizza online, showed up 40 minutes later to pick it up, and they had no slip of my order whatsoever.
