Ordered pizza estimated delivery time 34-44 minutes. Called after an hour and no update. Waited on hold for 23 minutes before called suddenly ended. Called back waited 16 minutes with no answer still. Pizza arrived 1hr 40 min later not warm and horrible amount of toppings & cut. Had similar experience about a month ago chalked it up as being busy and short staffed. It seems like this is ongoing standard for this location and establishment. I get delivery from this location often and have yet to be disappointed. From the initial call-in to place the order to the hand off at my front door, the customer service and attitudes of this team are top notch. Recently, my BF placed an order for what was supposed to be a large pizza- half veggie, half pepperoni and mushroom. While ordering he mistakenly asked for the works on half so when it arrived, I (as a non meat eater) could not eat anything. This was clearly our fault but we still wanted the pizza. We called back, told them what happened and they had a corrected pizza at our door within 20 minutes! They were extremely nice about it, the driver laughed it off and the pizza was sooo hot and fresh. I simply love this location and appreciate how much they love their customers right back read more

Papa John's did reach out and refund the order which was greatly appreciated. As such I am updating this review.

The past two times I've tried to order pizza from this papa John's my pizza has never shown up. After an hour and a half I finally tried to call and they kept dodging my calls and putting me on hold. I drove up there to get my refund and there was two people working one was behind the counter on his phone and the manager was out back smoking a cigarette. And when I told them I want my refund for the order that the delivery driver (which was from DoorDash and I ordered through papa John's website) left it at the wrong address the manager told me I would have to take it up with DoorDash. If you don't have delivery drivers then don't accept delivery orders.. read more

I WOULD NEVER DO THIS. Blame the website but it is extremely complicated and it isn't friendly to people who want to order more than one item. I've honestly never been so annoyed. The management allows its employees to mistreat customers and even make excuses for their employees when they are confronted. If customer service is important to you, I would avoid this location. If you have a legitimate complaint, don't expect a resolution. read more

Come on, one star? Papa John the person is awful but this place is very consistent, wayyy more consistent than any of the surrounding pizza joints. The pizza is cheap and has been done on time every time I've ordered, so that makes it better than Donatos and Massey's. My wife walks into this location this past Friday ( 9/18/15 ) to grab a pick up order. She pays, says thank you to the cashier and then begins to walk out. While leaving one employee says to another (the guys that make the pizzas in the back) while looking right at her "Hey look it's a spider monkey." He says it in such a manner to be funny to his buddy and low enough to not be heard. BUT IT WAS HEARD! He's looking right at her and there are no other customers near her as she exits. His buddy next to him snickers and has the look of astonishment like I can't believe you just said that. He looks down to not show his embarrassment. She doesn't tell me for a day or so because her feelings were hurt and she was embarrassed. She event went so far as to look up what a spider monkey was because she was unsure. Why should my wife have to look this up? IT'S 2015, CALLING A BLACK WOMEN A MONKEY IS NOT OK!!! Its disrespectful and will not be tolerated. Our actions thus far have been to email cooperate but we have not received a response. We also spoke with the store manager Jesse who was very helpful and directed me to the district manager Chris Beattie. Mr Beattie throughout the conversation supplied me with empty apologies and did not seem to grasp the concept or severity of calling a black women, my wife a monkey. He even went so far as to explain to me that the employee admitted to saying what he said but that he was only quoting a movie and that it was not directed towards her. I'm calling BS. He further stated that since the employee that said this is of "mixed decent" that he (Chris Beattie) believes that there were no racial undertones. Again he apologized but the rhetoric before and after the apologies was beyond unsatisfactory. On average we buy pizza from Papa Johns (this location) 1-2 times a week. My wife and I both work full time, I for Columbus Fire Dept and she for OSU with that a pizza every now and then gives us a break from cooking and thus the ability to spend more time with ourselves and the kids. This is so disheartening because we have come to really like pizza movie night and pizza gameday Saturdays. But now we must take our business elsewhere because Papa Johns has NOT shown that they really understand this situation. Just watched the manager Chad come in from outside (after the crew was complaining about him messing up orders & constantly taking smoke breaks) from a smoke break and start handling pizza dough WITHOUT washing his hands. On the website it said the place was open for carryout and delivery until 12:30am. I first tried to order online at 11:40pm but once i got to the very end it said i had to get it the next day at 11:30am. Then i called around 11:55pm and i had a machine talking for 2 minutes and no answer. Both my friend and I called but neither got answers.
