As far as pizza goes this place was pretty average. Nothing terrible and nothing innovative. HOWEVER the real gem is the service. A middle aged woman, perhaps of Indian descent (I'm terrible with nationalities so please forgive me) who I'm assuming is the owner helped me last time I was in. I recently went vegan and called in a pizza with all sorts of delicious veggies and no cheese. When she read my order back to me, correctly I might add, the customer in front of me turned around and said who eat's pizza with no cheese?!?! The owner/employee, who clearly noticed my offense at the judgement this customer had no place to make, immediately launched into a story about how they just had a vegan in last week and learned all about it. She was so sweet it completely diffused the situation. I would DEFINITELY be back! read more

Good pizza for a good price. When you use coupons from the mail, it's an even better price. I was impressed by the gourmet vegetarian. There were several veggies on it that you don't usually see on a chain style pizza - including zucchini and artichoke hearts. I LOVE the Elverta Road in Antelope Papa Murphy's. I discovered that I can order a VEGAN Gourmet Veggie Delight with no cheese (there are 3 types for this pizza) and then I add 3 veggie more items to replace the cheese that I had removed (olives, pineapple, jalapenos). I also order it with olive oil and garlic instead of the creamy white sauce. DELICIOUS! I think that they try to charge me for the 3rd replacement item, but can't tell for sure because I always use the 50% off coupon that I get from the AARP website. Soooo worth it! $6.25 out the door for a large pizza! Customer service is also great. They are generous with the amount of toppings. I dinged them one star because I cannot order my custom VEGAN pizza from their website. They need to fix that! No worries though. I can order in-store and use my coupon and do the happy vegan happy dance while I wait for them to build my yummy vegan pizza. I will keep coming back! read more

The quality of the pizzas made at this location has decreased significantly. I won't even tell the worker that I have a coupon until I get there pick up the pizza for fear that my pizza will be made even more poorly then without a coupon. I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza and when I picked it up it only had seven pieces Canadian bacon on it. You would think the Canadian bacon is large and should provide full coverage however the meat only covered about one third of the surface area. The same Pizza 5 years ago would have had twice the toppings and twice the amount of cheese. Now the cheese is so skimpy that all you see is a scant amount of sauce that they put on regardless of how much you beg them for extra sauce. I know for a fact it's not the workers fault as they are forced to measure every ingredient and count every slice of meat they put on the pizzas now. Whoever the owner is should be ashamed of the low quality they are selling. Also, I see fennel sausage is considered a premium ingredients. So for a large pizza I was told it would be an extra $2.50. When I got there to pick up my pizza I told the worker that a half cop was completely unacceptable for that price. I gave him the choice to either add a considerable more amount of meat or to pick each one of them off as I would not pay that kind of money for such a small amount of sausage. read more

This Papa Murphy's has slowly gone down hill over the past year. I have been a regular customer for the past 4 years getting there pizza 2-3 times a month. The last 5 visits the pizza came out really bad, especially last night. The kids that work there are really nice and always smiling but the pizza is just bad now. Last night we ordered a large chicken bacon artichoke and a special order cowboy. The bacon on the chicken bacon artichoke was rancid; it made me through up in my mouth at first bite. The sausage on the cowboy tasted old and the cheese was far to be seen. I did call and nicely complained, but the person on the other end of the phone really did not care nor try to make things right by asking us to bring back the pizza and be compensated. Its too bad this place has gone down hill; they use to have great pizza. I am glad there are 4 other pizza places in the area. read more

Horrible! Bunch of high school kids who think they know what they're doing. Cashier failed to give us a receipt, we asked for receipt and she hesitated to present receipt. We found that we were overcharged for our pizza and she had a lame excuse about an error in the system. The manager even backed up the lame excuse of it being an error and admitted this had been happening for months!?! read more

I came in a couple nights ago later after work and Russel welcomed me to the store and while i was ordering i could tell he was very friendly and helpful because he was answering any question I had with a positive attitude and great feedback. My overall experience at this store has been much greater than any Papa Murphys I have ever been to before , I will definitely have to come back. The only thing I wasn't particularly happy with was it felt as if it took a lot longer than expected to have my pizza handed to me. read more
