Michael disrespected me more than I have ever experienced by a business. I placed an in person order and only after paying was I told the wait would be 20-30 minutes. I had hungry kids and asked if they could speed that up. They said no. I asked to cancel the order and requested a refund. The workers said they could not issue a refund as a manager was not in the store. I called the store a few days later requesting a refund and was told I had to come in person to be issued a refund. Today I arrived at the store and Michael initially declined my request for a refund saying 18 days was too long to request a refund. He cited an example of buying a car then asking to return it two weeks later. I clarified that is a terrible analogy as never received anything I paid for. I asked to see their return policy and was responded to with attitude and snappiness. Michael finally issued the refund except it was for only part of the order. I requested a full refund to which Michael snapped the receipt out of my hand and issued a second refund but said there was no way to refund the tip. I couldn't believe how Michael treated me. I've been going to this store for pizza for at least 10 years when I went there last Tuesday the customer service was terrible I got my pizza quickly that was good got home and noticed the toppings were light for a gourmet vegetarian I baked it and when I started eating I noticed there was no sauce none, I went back today with the mostly uneaten pie they didn't want to take the messed up pie and throw it away the manager came out the same guy with the attitude that made my no sauce pie what a joke. Many months ago made de-lite pizza with husband that did not cook. Must have changed the dough. It was pretty glue-like. Never ordered de-lite again. Today I got a thin crust, not knowing thin crust is the SAME as de-lite. I cooked it, crust was nice and brown, crunchy even, but inside was wet. I covered the crust with foil and cooked it 6 more minutes. No change. Soggy and white underneath. Called store. Passed the phone around when I asked to speak with manager. Heard kids working there giggling in background. " we can't do anything about it. We had that crust earlier and it's fine. The dough recipe changed exactly 2 weeks ago. We can't refund your money. We can't do anything about it" They just lost a good customer. I will be contacting corporate. What a bunch of high school jerks, and the pizza has gone WAY downhill. Review for service received between 3:30 - 4:00pm on Tuesday, October 24. Tuesday's being Papa Murphy's $12 Any Large Pizza - so undoubtably locations are busier than normal. I had placed an online order, and the ASAP pickup time was 3:54pm. Upon arriving at the Lake Forest Park location, there were two customers waiting for their orders to be completed, and it appeared there was only one male employee working the entire front of store. He was AWESOME! Very cordial as customers came and went, and politely let customers know as they entered, the expected wait time for their completed pizza would be about 30 minutes. I never saw any other employees while I was there. The AWESOME employee was hustling and completing the orders, all while staying calm and organized. He thanked each customer for their patience; and in return, the customers thanked him for his great customer service. I DID RECEIVE MY PIZZA'S BY THE 3:54pm PICK UP TIME, AS ORIGINALLY INDICATED ON MY ONLINE ORDER. AMAZING!!! I didn't ask his name, but he knows who he is. Thank's So Much Pizza Man! I just went into this location on 5/26 at about 7:20 pm and had placed an online order for half Hawaiian and half chicken garlic with light onions. I get to my car and notice it had a ton of purple onions. I'm allergic to purple onions so I went it to have them remake it. The staff was very friendly and apologetic but she didn't remake the pizza, she just took off as many purple onions as she should and then put a ton of green onions on it. So not only did they not follow the order to begin with and a second time, I am now not able to eat the pizza. I'm extremely disappointed and hope that from now on, they read the order or remake the pizza when needed for customer safety. read more

They try to pull you win by virtue of pretending to save money, but it's nearly the same cost to go to Pagglicchi if you want anything other than a sad cheese pizza. People go here because it's cheap and pretty good, not because the pizza is great. Take the cheap out and it's not worth it. I will keep giving them my business because of convenience, but would leave readily if there were another option. On the flipside, if they have more straightforward coupons and deals I would buy from them more often. read more

Great pizza! I am not ashamed to admit I often prefer Papa Murphy's pizza over pizza I get in a restaurant. Their thin crust pizza is very good and their combinations are tasty. I definitely prefer Papa Murphy's over Papa John's, Pizza Hut, and other run-of-the-mill joints. Prices are good, staff is always pleasant and friendly. I'd recommend calling your order ahead because the line during dinner hour can be pretty long if you order and pick-up at the store. read more

So convenient. Take-n-bake pizza pies. Tonight we took home two family-size pizzas for like $28.50 (with their standard discounts applied) so it's good bang for your buck. Lots of good options to choose from, or build your own. We often order The Cowboy (pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and olives I think) and the chicken bacon artichoke ranch. I always call to order in advance -- it can get a little busy during peak hours, but I've never waited and maybe more than 10 minutes for my pizzas. I had been using a nearby "regular" pizza place with the initials JCP. Nice people but 90% of the time they would screw up the order, or be out of something. I could order a Caesar salad, and end up with Ranch, but half the time no salad at all because they were out! A friend turned me on to PM and I was hooked! Only on the last order did they finally screw something up. It was no big deal though, I had ordered a side of fresh tomatoes in a bag, and they ended up on the pizza. It was at the end of a busy $10 Tuesday, so I will cut them some slack! If they run out of salads, they will make you one! And the prices, pizza, and salads are far better than anything I have had! It's quick/convenient for us to swing into this branch and the pizza is "ok" for what it is... the customer service comes and goes depending on the kid working and tonight happened to be a bad night. At some point the cost savings of cooking your own pizza disappeared -- I haven't really thought about it until tonight, but it's true. I live in MLT and I go to the Lake Forest Park Papa Murphys. The service and the quality of the pizza you get is amazing. A couple of weeks ago we stopped at one of the other locations (Lynnwood) and what we got was very few toppings and mostly crust. Tonight's pizza was just the opposite. It's clear their goal is to take care of the customer which is rare these days.
