BAD SERVICE. I ordered a personal pizza and wings for carry out. I arrived to find my order sitting on a closed buffet counter for anyone to grab. Mine were the only two boxes so the cashier handed them to me and I left. I got to my hotel room to find my expensive wings were instead bread sticks. Plus everything had cooled down since it wasn't left on top of an oven or on a heat rack like most other places. I called the store and was told the manager was on a break and I would get a call back when she returned. I waited over 20 minutes and called back and was told the same thing. I'm writing this at 10pm, nearly an hour and a half since the first call and still no call back. The order was wrong, the pizza was cold and my attempts to contact someone were ignored. I am not from the West Coast so it is rare that I get RTP. This was my first stop after leaving the airport. I've eaten at other RTPs in the Seattle area and as far as California with positive outcomes. I won't let this experience stop me from eating at the chain, just this store! read more

If I could give fractions, Round table is 4.4 stars. I did a side by side by side comparison of three different pizza places for Christmas eve and got a medium combo and veggie (with no cheese) at each of them and all were about same price for the size of pizza. Round table produces a really solid pizza. Of the three places i tried that same day, RT was the best. Of course they are the farthest away from me. The place was clean. Staff nice, pizzas ready on time. They have a really nice balance of toppings, sauce, and crust. I am perplexed on why some reviews are so bad. I've been there several times over last few years and they are as good as any of the "good" places (eg Pizza Coop). The pics of their pizza really say it all. read more

I only have a few pizza places I go to. This has been one of my top pizza spots since I was little. The specialty pizzas are my favorite but you can't go wrong with a classic. I decided to try this place again last night after skipping it for a year due to the poor pizza quality after selling the place to new owners. Based on last night I start with the pizza, it was a good pizza. So no complains about the pizza. However the place is so depressing . I work in pizza restaurants for many years and a pizza place is usually a fun place . This place has two TVs ??? Who even put TVs in a pizza place ? They need to get rid of the TVs and instead play nice music like music from the 80s which goes well on a pizza place. I walked there with dirty tables all over. I had to clean my own table to set on ?? No smiles at all from the people that work there as they are forced to be there. They are nice people but they don't understand the restaurant business and the importance of welcoming their customers. There was a table there with three people that were truly behaving as pigs tossing pizza slices on the floor and they were allowed to do it. No management at all. I wish I could give 4.5 stars overall. This is one of the few remaining Round Table Pizza places in the area. Much like Chuck e Cheese & Pizza Hut, the pizza of my childhood is slowly going away. Located next to the Ash Way transit center and park and ride, this place can get a bit busy. I ordered my pizza and garlic twists through the website. Glad I did as the dinner rush was coming in. Ample space to dine in here if you want. But I grabbed my pie and went home. We got the Maui Zowie and it tasted as delicious as I remembered. The garlic twists were ok. Nothing to write home about. Wife and I went there for lunch and tried their buffet with salad for $15.99. The staff were very nice and polite and the place was very clean. I personally was ok with their pizza. For me it's a crust thing. I wasn't digging theirs. Kinda like frozen pizza . My wife sad it was ok to her. I enjoyed the salad bar more than the pizza. If we go back. This is a small RTP, not the normal sized one. They do have a lunch buffet (pizza and salad) but are really slow at refreshing the pizza bar so the slices are dried out. I was there for 45 minutes at lunch and they only put out 2 pies. Salad bar was actually pretty nice and well stocked with an array of dressings & salad toppings. The lettuce was green, not wilted or rusty, so that's a plus. But you're not going to RTP for a salad, are you?? It's OK. This is a safe space Staff was ambivalent and stayed in the back a lot. I highly recommend this place for a youth sports end of season banquet! Their back room is perfect and the staff there got our orders out super quickly without error. They were all extremely attentive ad the manager Jasmine helps to make sure orders are received ahead of time and that the staff is prepared to help everything run smoothly! So came today for Buffett. 11:50 pizza bar had several pizzas to choose from all at best Luke warm on bottom .salad bar great clean and fresh. Asked for a vegetarian pizza which she made but I noticed she collect one of the cold pizzas missing like 2 slices put in over and recooked put back out again.been an hour and still not one new pizza put out even after 7-9 new customer came in eating now the recooked pizza and what left of vegetables pizza and still part of a cheese pizza now on counter for over hour . Terrible, no toilet paper, bathroom were dirty with garbage everywhere and no one wanted to remedy it when we brought it to there attention., salad bar had 5 tongs for 20+ items, asked and they brought two out. Last night was the second time I try ordering from this place and they close early :/ your hours say open till 12, I tried ordering online 11:17 and the site wouldn't take me through it's just load forever so I called and got hung up on so I go on DoorDash and it finally went through and after a couple minutes my order was canceled! I don't think ordering at 11:17pm is pushing it close to closing to start cancelling orders. I was starving so I drove and got there at 11:30 thinking if they were flooded with orders or people I wouldn't be an asshole and I'd truly just drive off and let it go but to my surprise the signs and everything were turned off :( Very disappointing but I'd just recommend you change your hours online if you're truly not open until 12am. read more

Don't order from Round Table Pizza. When you call to order it is taken from a call center. We ordered from the from and they screwed our order up. The number we called could not help us and could only transfer us to the store we ordered from. The call center told me the store was too busy and cannot take calls and just keeps hanging up. Booked the party room last Saturday 6/28. Was running late due to bad traffic and management was super considerate and accommodating. And every manager I interacted with booking the event was super helpful as well. The room was set up perfectly for my group of over 50 people. The pizza turned out fantastic, the food was brought out at a good rate, and the service was great all around. Would recommend this round table pizza location for events of any type. Just tip the servers well since this location did an excellent job of filling a large order, communicating, and providing accommodating customer service for this event. Robert was extremely helpful. Taran and Jasmine were helpful as well. Wish I had gotten more names of who was working that day since everyone was so helpful in making this event run smoothly. read more

Don't go here if you have requests for pizza! We specifically asked for gluten free crust and NO cheese twice on our Uber eats order. They did not give us either which resulted in my girlfriend eating it and getting sick after realizing what she was eating. Just don't eat here unless you plan to be constipated for a week. The crust is pretty much the pita you get from the pizza lunchable, and the toppings are the bad 90s Aldi findings. The staff are nice, but do your insides a favor, no matter how hungry you are, and don't eat here. I really don't know what to say about this particular location. The owners are definitely not the sharpest knives in the drawer. I have nothing against foreign people, but these people should not be running a Pizza establishment, especially with their family and kids running around.. How many times do you have to repeat an order? How many times do you have to re-repeat the order ? when you arrive because the pizza that you ordered has not started and having to explain this multiple times , then also having to wait to have your pizza brought out to you. 30 minutes later is absolutely unnecessary .. Also, the customer service level in the store sucks nobody was speaking English ! Finally the pizza that that I was ordering and had to re-repeat myself multiple times still came out wrong. As a resident of SoCal, I consider myself a fan of Round Table Pizza. I believe Pizza Hut pizzas are too greasy. I compare Domino's Pizza to cardboard. I like Papa John's Pizza much better, but they've gone rogue on their rewards program to the point where I'm no longer doing business with them. I think Little Caesars is just okay. But Round Table Pizza? They might explain why the West Coast is the Best Coast! I could also mention In-N-Out, but since there is no In-N-Out in the entire state of Washington, I won't make any further comment. Located at Newberry Square on Ash Way in the city of Lynnwood just off the 5, this Round Table Pizza feels smaller than the SoCal locations I've been to. Actually, we almost missed it because we initially entered on the south side when the restaurant was actually on the north side. The lot is directly across from the Ash Way Park & Ride and is significantly smaller, so don't assume this is a good spot for overflow parking because customer parking is only 2 hours tops. There are also apartment buildings in the same lot, so some parking spots are also reserved for the apartment(s) there. We arrived between 11:30 AM and noon on a Tuesday morning for their lunch buffet. There were 2-3 other parties dining at the time, but luckily, the large circular booth seat in the middle was unoccupied, so we snagged it; had that table not been available, we would have had to split our party up in two tables of four. I noticed there was a check-in offer for 15% off your order. Robert was the cashier at the time, and when I asked him about it, he said it wasn't applicable for the lunch buffet, but honored it anyways because "he's a very nice man." And he really was! Robert and his sidekick, whom I didn't get the name of, did a great job running the show. They had to ring up customers at the order counter, switch out the pizzas, refill the salad bar, and gather all the dirty plates from the tables. There is a TV in the corner of the restaurant, but the picture wasn't too crisp. They could definitely use a brand new plasma TV there. At another corner is a small room that consists of a few tables for 6 and a Prize Palace Claw Machine. The room won't be easy to see until you're actually looking for the restroom. Once you see the restroom, then you'll see said room. Okay I've written half the review so far, and I still haven't mentioned anything about the pizza and salad. How was it? The pizza was superb! As usual, Round Table Pizza lives up to its slogan of being the Last Honest Pizza even in the Pacific Northwest! With every slice I grabbed, the ooey gooey cheese stuck to the rest of the pizza; if I raised the slice as high as the sneeze guard, the cheese wouldn't detach! I had to pull the slices towards me to get all the cheese I could get. Yummm...more cheese please! The salad was just okay. Nothing to go loco about, but I'm glad I was able to get some veggies in my meal! While going back for more pizza, my ribs struck the wooden corner of a short wall in front of the drinks. Robert checked on me and asked if I was okay; he mentioned that he does it a lot too. Glad I wasn't the only one! Later on, I asked his sidekick for a couple of takeout menus that I could keep as souvenirs; his sidekick was very courteous and appreciative of my business as well! Initially, they had BBQ Chicken, Hawaiian, and Pepperoni, but they switched out the flavors after every pizza so I could have a taste of everything! They also had a dessert pizza, which I initially mistook as a cheese pizza, and it tasted a little too sweet. No worries, the saltiness of the other pizzas was there to help! Some customers (including my parents) think their pizzas are too salty. I think they're fine, but of course, everyone will have different opinions about this. While I didn't remember seeing a King Arthur Supreme (my favorite), I did see a lot of Guinevere's Garden Delight, which is an absolute must-have if you love having veggies on your pizza (like I do). The other pizzas I had were pepperoni with olives & mushrooms, pepperoni & sausage with jalapeños, one with Canadian bacon & green onions. and one with just mushrooms. They were all so delicious, and so was the cheesy bread, which I had two pieces of. How many slices did I eat that day? 13!!! Actually, not all the slices were the same size, so I can't say for certain how much I ate; I just know that the pizzas from the lunch buffet were medium size (per Robert). This was actually my last stop in Puget Sound before flying back down to SoCal later that night, and I'm so glad it was at RTP! I enjoyed the pizza so much that I didn't eat anything for over 24 hours after my meal (except for a couple biscuit crackers on the airplane)! I joked that if I lived at the nearby apartments, and I had at least one weekday to myself, I'd walk to RTP for their AYCE lunch buffet and not worry about eating dinner that night! Received the nastiest pizza ever today. I ordered a bbq chicken pizza. What i received was a oily, greesy, vegetarian cheese casserole pizza. There was barely any chicken and no bbq sauce. Refer to the photos. Just nasty. The lady was pretty rude too, she claimed to be the manager. Didn't even offer to fix her mistake, what a lack of character. She really created a nasty monster of a pizza. Should consider training or a career change. I'm willing to pay the extra money for premium pizza as Round Tables prices have continued to go up, but it's hard to justify the price I'm paying for below quality pizza. I love Round Table, and I am happy that at least we still have ONE in the area. The food is still good. For those 2 reasons, I don't want to rate them any lower than a 3, but good grief this place has such terrible customer service, we usually elect not to even go here. My cousin and I have gone here twice to dine-in, the most recent time being about a week ago. October 2023. Both times, the staff was so bizarrely rude, we couldn't even make sense of it. We just place a good order (as in, we give them lots of money), and we sit quietly together at a table and catch up. We aren't messy, we aren't noisy, and we don't go up and ask for things all the time. We stay for a couple/few hours, but in both cases, there were only a few other people in the restaurant, so it's not like they were so busy and we were camped at a table, preventing others from using it. There was no one waiting. Like, I can't even think of anything we could possibly be doing to annoy them in any way. But both times they have made it VERY CLEAR without words that they don't want us there. Both times, we verified the correct hours before deciding to dine there. Both times, they started obnoxiously cleaning (vacuuming) around us WELL before closing time. Like an hour or more. The most recent time, they had the AC blasting on high (fan speed) right at the tables. It was not hot outside. And I am someone who runs hot, so I almost never get cold even when everyone around me is. I was FREEZING from almost the moment we sat down. That should really say something about how uncomfortable they want their customers. The most recent visit, I realized right after we went to sit down that I'd forgotten to order something I meant to order. But they had a few customers at the register, so I waited until they weren't busy. Without another soul in sight, I finally approached the register, and the boy (he looked about 15) looks at me annoyed, and I kid you not, just goes "WUT?!" Like almost aggressively. It was so strange! Lastly, a year ago on my birthday, I decided to just order myself some Round Table to go. It was a Friday night, and it wasn't late. I think it was around 7p. I called them to place the order, and they said they couldn't make my order because they were out of dough! And they said it like it was a super normal thing for a pizza joint to be so unprepared on a typical pizza night! I don't know what on earth is with this place. I can't fathom why they bothered to remodel. They clearly want to become another Round Table statistic and close down like every single other location in our area. It's honestly heartbreaking, because Round Table has some of the better food around when it comes to chain pizza places, and has held such a soft place in my heart for about 25 years, now.
