I love Papa Murphy's. I miss them since I've been living in the Los Angeles area for the past 2.5 years. I wish we had them down here, but the only time I get to eat Papa Murphy's is when I go for a visit to my Mom's. It had been a long day and no one felt like cooking anything to eat. We had just got back from a mini-road trip and wanted to eat something quick. On the way back, I got the idea to stop at Papa Murphy's. We didn't call it in because I didn't know the phone number. But it wouldn't have mattered anyway. When we got there, no one was there. We were the only ones. That was awesome, because it meant a short wait for our pizza to be made. As soon as we ordered (the Murphy's Combination for $14.99 - family size), they set to making the pizza in front of us. That's what I love about take 'n' bake. You can actually watch them make the pizza in front of us. No sooner than we ordered, we were on our way home with an oven waiting to cook this massive pizza. One day I hope this chain makes it to Southern California. They bring in great business and the pizza is amazing when you eat it. The best thing about their pizzas is the plentiful size for what you pay. Most of the time there are leftovers and they taste just as good the second day as on the first day. By the way, this is a brand new location in the Roseville area. They are in the same parking lot as the Nugget grocery store. The parking lot has ample parking spots so there should never be a conflict or competition for spots.

Garbage Pizza and you get to bake it!

This is the "Herb Chicken Mediterranean" pizza purchased from the 731 Pleasant Grove Blvd Roseville Ca franchise on 6/13/2020. It has very few vegetables and almost no chicken. (But lots of processed cheese folks!) It is part of Papa Murphys acclaimed "Artisan" pizza collection. It was so disgusting that I threw half in the garbage and don't plan to return to this Papa Murphys again. This is how this franchise cheats its customer.

    Cowboy + jalapeños. Giddy up.

Ummm. It's chain pizza, but it's the best/freshest/cheapest you'll find. This location? Never had a problem, and after using the online ordering for the first time tonight, I'll definitely do it again. Ordered, hopped in the car, ready for pickup before I got there. My recommendation? Pepperoni, bacon, and jalapeño with red sauce. Enjoy.

    Yum yum....forever

We opted to sit in the outside patio area. They have a few tables inside, but if you have a larger party, you'll probably need to go outside. The patio is covered and has a few big fans overhead. They did some renovation over this past winter; I know bc I tried stopping by and they were closed due to it. When I went this past time, the inside looked pretty much the same ( based on my bad/faulty memory). The patio was different bc one side is completely covered, and I noticed a pulldown screen and projector overhead. The menu seemed a bit different this time. No more meatball appetizer unfortunately. Our server was nice and attentive (this time and last). The food: - Spicy Caesar (Romaine, home-made spicy Caesar dressing, home-made croutons, parmesan shavings, cracked black pepper and salami crisps): good stuff. Not really a healthy salad but a tasty one. The croutons are nice and light (not unpleasantly crunchy). The dressing has a nice little kick to it. I'd recommend. - Helena pizza (House-made Italian sausage, salami, pepperoni, San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella, pepperoncini, and Parmesan): the pizza crust here is the best in the greater Sacramento area. Hands down. It's so wonderfully light and chewy. I wish they'd use a bit more sauce on their pizzas as they eat a bit dry. And, I think some extra sauce would balance the saltiness of the toppings as well (and, the pizza does eat a bit too salty for my tastes). - Classic Pepperoni pizza (Pepperoni, San Marzano tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella, parmesan cheese): similar experience as the Helena: stellar crust, not enough sauce, and a bit too salty. - Beer: they have a half dozen or so local brews on tap as well as a larger selection of cans/bottles, which include both local and macro brews. Thumbs up. Overall, this is a good pizza place that's worth checking out. I'm only knocking a star off bc the balance of sauce and toppings on the pizza was a bit off. But, I'd still go back!

The store faced Cirby Way but the sign wasn't easily noticeable and can easily be missed. If you know where Nixtaco is it is in the same area but to access inside you would have to drive towards the back for parking and to access the entrance. Indoor seating has two sides with booths and picnic benches, there are also outdoor seating. There is a wooden book stand (free library) also. They don't offer pizza by the slice but you can get a personal size which is 4 slices. I will need to come back for that because I was craving some wings today. I chose the Garlic Parm flavor. It was delicious with lots of garlic flavors. Great customer service, friendly and patient while she processed my birthday reward. I guess I was the first one to claim this deal. Review #4036

Before Reds moved in, this was another woodfired pizza place, and I can say that Reds is better. For four people, we ordered the house, salad, wings, the mushroom pizza, and the chef's favorite. The salad was nice and fresh, though I felt like it could've used a little more vinaigrette, but that's personal preference. We opted to get the wings without the dry rub, and they were nice and crispy and came with pickled onions, which were great. The mushroom pizza was really, really good! I love a good mushroom pizza, and this really hit the spot. Despite loads of cheese, béchamel, mushrooms, the pizza held together. The chef's favorite pizza was OK. I know it was finished with the house, habanero, honey, but I found it to be completely overwhelming. Like the whole pizza just tasted really sweet, as opposed to little burst of habanero honey. I do want to note that they recently enacted a policy, where you cannot half-and-half your pizzas, so if you want to modify, it has to modify the whole pizza. Apparently pizza, who, ripping in the oven, so they implemented this rule. The ambience and fitting of the place is nice, from the tables are a little close together, and the restaurant is a little small for the crowd that it draws, but everything works. It was clean, well decorated, and well maintained. Definitely will come back, or at the very least order some pies to take home. Highly recommend.

This tugged at our heart strings and since we prefer to support local small businesses over chains, we decided to give Red's a try. Upon arrival at 6pm, we snagged a table pretty quickly - the restaurant is tiny and was packed. Staff were all friendly enough. We placed an order within 15 minutes of sitting down. Then ......we waited.....and waited. And I still don't quite understand how it took over 1.5 hours for our 2 pizzas to arrive. We ordered a seasonal arugula fig salad off the menu and it was pretty bland. The bathroom unfortunately is a shared gender restroom and had a lot of pee on the floor surrounding the toilet. The pizza was very good!! So I'm really bummed out that it took forever and a day for the food to arrive, on a Thursday evening no less. I can't imagine what a weekend dinner rush would be like.
