I have been here a good handful of times and each experience has been consistent. Quick service, delicious food and lots of options, as well as very clean. Outside seating is available, and there always seems to be plenty of seating. Most food I have seen being ordered is for take out. I appreciate seeing high school kids having a place they can work, and there is a consistent presence of a gentleman which I am not sure is he is the owner or manager, but good times are timely and quality is there. My only con would be the price of their wings. I think it's the market as they are even expensive in stores, but, it just seems pricey. My wife loves them so they are probably worth it. 5 stars for all the really important things that are done well. read more

Good pizza [Roseville CA] This is a new MM location located in the new West Roseville Marketplace and closest to where I live. This is where I've been claiming the Kings promo "Miss Twice Get a Slice" when the opposing team misses two free throws and Kings fans get a free mini pizza (purchase of a 20-oz bottled drink required). For National Buffet Day they are currently having a promotion of Unlimited Pizza & Salad Bar for $9.99 that's running until the end of January 2026. This is offered during weekdays only and I went yesterday and took advantage of the salad bar. I had to return to the buffet section a couple of times because the plates they provided were very small LoL! but the salad and toppings offered were fresh and had good selection. Although smaller than other MM I've dined in the interior had a good amount of seating including booths and tables but it does get busy in this new location so depending on the time of day of your visit you may not be lucky in finding an empty table. We went here the other night to dine in. Was able to use my Mountain Mike's rewards smoothly in person. I love pizza but I also love a good salad. We were there at around 6:45p las Monday, January 29th. All the veggies looked fresh especially the white mushrooms. A salad that consisted of white mushrooms, cucumbers and broccoli with lots of ranch is my absolute favorite especially if it's fresh. They do charge $8.99 I believe for a one trip salad or $11.99 for all you can eat salad bar. I should have got the AYCE salad bar. I always go with the McKinley pizza but I have been wanting to try the Robbers Roost with White sauce. Will definitely go back again. The restaurant was clean and had fresh veggies. I had $20 In rewards so it was great to use. Previously, I had used their promotions for a two large pizza and other sides for my son's bday and paid only $54. We were excited to have a mountain mikes that was a bit closer to home and jumped at the chance to try it. We ordered two large pizzas. One was half pepperoni and half mushroom and bell peppers. The other was half spicy Himalayan and half robbers roost. We were able to use a coupon online, so that was nice. The specials they had online were $5 off a large, $8 off two mediums, and one other that I can't recall. My wife and her friend went in to pick up the pizza. There were a lot of kids working, or I should say a lot standing around. It's a brand new place and I figured they are still being trained. Overall, it was a decent experience. The place was very clean. Picked up the order and brought it home. It tasted fresh and everything was good. We'll come back again and see if it has gotten into a groove and improved. The place was super clean and the service was excellent. Everything was fresh and tasty. Is it the best pizza I've ever had? No, but it's solid pizza. The Stingin honey wings are 10/10 best flavor ever and even still crispy after a 20 min drive. Sadly they had no dip for the churros and I requested extra sauce on my pizzas and it didn't seem like there was extra. I won't eat at any mountain mikes for full price because wow have pizza prices gone crazy! But when they have a smokin deal and I can feed the whole family for $50 it's worth. Pizza was great, service was great. Chicken wings not so much. They gave me bits and half broken small pieces. $20 for 12 wings, you would hope for a regular size. Was rooting for you mountain Mike but this is a no for us. First few wings was small but ok. Then I had one that was only the bone with batter on it. Ignored it and thought to myself why would the cook put that bone in there? then I saw the last 3 pieces of bite size half broken wings, I decided to do this review. My husband and I ate here yesterday. It was meh. We got a pitcher of beer, pizza and wings. The beer was 1/3 foam! We got 12pc buffalo wings and they were the tiniest wings ever. For almost $20 we expected a decent size, or at least normal sized wings. Especially since the week before we ordered pizza and wings and the wings were huge. The pizza was delicious. We ordered three pizzas from Mountain Mike's for delivery. The pizza was hot and the vegetables were so fresh. The pepperoni tasted really good. They forgot the ranch and we called and explained the issue. The employee apologized and said they would make it up next time. After posting my first review about the pizza we originally ordered, the owner/manager, Love Gill, reached out and offered to comp our next pizza so we could give them another try. That gesture was generous, and I appreciated it, but I don't let freebies influence my reviews. I told him I'd accept the offer, and we exchanged a few emails before settling on trying their cauliflower crust, since we go low‑carb when we can. What we didn't know is that the restaurant doesn't advertise it as cauliflower crust but as gluten‑free, which are not the same thing. Odd, but fine. We agreed I'd pick up the pizza on Tuesday at 5 p.m. I arrived right on time, already expecting the pizza wouldn't be ready. Sure enough, the employee at the counter asked if the order might be under a different name. It wasn't ready. I told her I'd been communicating with Love Gill, and she went to get him. He came out, thanked me for giving them another chance, and said it would take ten more minutes. If you're trying to impress a customer after a disappointing first experience, having the order ready at the agreed‑upon time seems like the bare minimum. Last time, at least the pizza was ready when I arrived. This time, service immediately lost a star. I came back after ten minutes. Still not ready. There goes another star. We took the pizza home. We never eat pizza straight from the box because it loses heat and gets soft, so we always crisp it up in the air fryer. The cauliflower crust came out slightly crispy with a bit of chew. The crust itself was good--not great, not bad, just good. Honestly, the prepared cauliflower crust from WinCo is thicker and has a better chew, but this one was acceptable. My first review made it clear I wasn't impressed with their crust or toppings. This time, I wasn't expecting them to change ingredients--they're a franchise, so they use whatever the brand provides. Last time we ordered a specialty pizza with lots of toppings. This time we kept it simple with sausage and pepperoni so we could focus on the basics. Less is more. The sausage was still just okay, nowhere near the quality of Marco's. The pepperoni was also just okay. Nothing stood out except the crust being better than last time, which earned them back one star. Taking the entire experience into account, they still land at two stars. I wasn't impressed, and the service issues made things worse. I genuinely hope other customers have better experiences, and I do want this place to succeed in the neighborhood. But my review reflects my experience, and that's all I can speak to. read more

I ordered a small pepperoni and sausage pizza regular crust. An employee called and asked did I want the gluten free crust? I said No I didn't order that crust, I would not like it. Picked it up and ate it that night. The crust tasted real strange. I thought perhaps someone inadvertently gave me the gluten free crust on a mix up anyways. I went in and explained that my crust from the night before tasted funny, and asked if perhaps they gave me gluten free by mistake?... he said No that they gave me regular crust. Twice now i have had to cancel an order with this business. Tonight when i ordered the female i spoke to was hard to hear and very hard to understand. However, she did manage to completed the order and verified my address for the delivery which i clearly requested! Unfortunately the pizza was never delivered and when i finally called they said, "We had it marked as a pick-up." The pizza at that point had been just sitting in a warmer for a long period of time so I chose to cancel the order because i didn't want a pizza that had been sitting in warmer for a long period of time. I love the taste of Mountain Mikes pizza, but your service is horrible and so i will not be ordering from you in the future. Furthermore, when i canceled the order the young lady who answered the phone and heard my complaint, responded with a simple, "ok." No, hey were sorry, or maybe how can we make it right. After moving to this area, we had tried Mountain Mike's a couple of times, but our experiences in the past weren't the best--both in terms of customer service and food. That's why we're so happy to have a new location closer to home that completely changed our impression! From the moment we called to ask about the menu, the customer service was outstanding--friendly, helpful, and welcoming. When we arrived to pick up our order, we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and modern the restaurant was. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Ordered online for pizza dinner for Halloween Party. This was well in advance at a designated time. Came to pick up the order and was met with a room filled with customers who were not eating but rather waiting for their pizza which I found odd. Since I placed an online order I thought I could go to the front counter and would get my order immediately. As I got to the front they asked what order number I had online and they were going to check-in the back to see if it was ready period they came back and said that it'll be another 20 minutes even though my order time for oick up has passed by at least 10 minutes. So I proceeded to wait just like the rest but then I asked other customers what time their order pick up was and found out that several people had order times well before mines and still have not received their pizza. One customer then proceeded to come back and follow up on their pizza which then they proceeded to say oh it's gonna be another 30 minutes from the 20 minutes that they've already been told that their pizza was going to be ready. They proceeded to ask for a refund which I subsequently went up ask for as well because I asked about my pizza and they also said it'll be another 30 minutes after I have waited already for 20 minutes. I then asked have they even placed my pizza in the oven and found out they have not even placed my order into the pizza oven. Unacceptable. Horrible service. We had a Halloween party depending on this for dinner. Which was an absolute huge stress and inconvenience and waste of time when they should have better time management and be transparent with the customers and say we are having unusual high volume of pizzas being ordered and give us better time estimates especially once we arrive to pick up the pizza. Totally understand being busy but you have to do better. Also one woman employee working in the front who was dressed as super woman as a costume for Halloween was very not empathetic to customers who were trying to patiently wait for this egregious delay of service with abrupt and rude comments of "your pizza is not ready yet" and would litera)y end at that and move on to and looked on to another customer. No, I am sorry for the delay and we are working on it right now. The other workers in the front were more understanding and trying their best to accommodate a very busy time. I ordered from an attentive friendly server at the counter. The restaurant is fairly new and is clean and bright, fine for singles, families or seniors. I was there for the Lunch Buffet and was treated to a fresh salad bar with plenty of selection. The pizza bar also had a good variety of pies and was kept fresh and full when I was there. read more

This new location has been opened for a few months and we have went a handful of times. The lobby is always clean. The employees are quick to bus dirty tables. They have a nice outdoor area with a TV. Plenty of good beers on tap. Pizza is great. Salad bar is well stocked. The front counter employees are always smiling and eager to help. read more
