My daughter and I walked in at about 7:30 on Tuesday night, 3/10/26. No one was in there ordering and I didn't see any orders to be picked up but one. The moment we walked in, we weren't greeted and there was a girl with black hair/bangs that was filling the toppings. She was slamming things around and filling the containers with aggression. I was very triggered and didn't feel I should be there. She came over and looked at me and I said she could continue what she was doing as I was checking out the menu. When she was done, she came back over again and I said, "I think I'm ready." I ordered a large, original crust, Greek Pepperoni. Now that I'm looking at the receipt, it looks like the order was taken at exactly 7:29pm, check #10133 by Reggie, walk in #132. I don't appreciate feeling like a problem, and or an inconvenience an hour before the store closes for the night. If you do not like your job, go somewhere else. I've spent most of my years in the restaurant industry and this behavior is unacceptable. As a business owner myself, I'd never let this behavior fly. I've always been welcomed and accepted and I felt the exact opposite in this situation. It's little situations like this that will make myself pick another franchise to support. My 10 year old daughter even asked, "Mommy, what was wrong with her?" I went above and beyond to thank her and even tipped the staff and when she handed the pizza over to me, no response. I only tipped 10% because of her behavior. I'm extremely disappointed in this branch and have consiedered never returning. I'm not looking for anything free, nor am I a freeloader. I just want respect from a company for a service I paid for. Is this too much to ask? When I was a server, I made $2.13 an hour with tips. these kids have no idea how good they have it. read more

Worst pizza I have ever bought at this location ever. I was so excited that $10 Tuesday was back. I ordered online for a 5 Meat Stuffed pizza with mushrooms. I went to the store and picked it up during my lunch hour. The person that was standing next to the rack where the pizzas were was on his phone. When I asked him a question he just answered and didn't even look at me. I thanked him and walked out. I got home and put the pizza in the oven. It looked good. Then I pulled it out, cut it and looked at it. It was way hot, so I took a piece and started eating it. There was no cheese, no sausage and it was flatter than a regular pizza. I was so disappointed. I guess ordering online is not worth it. You must go there and watch them make the pizza so you can see what they are putting in it. It will be a few before I go back. Pizza was fine. walked in at 6:50 (they close at 7). guy at the counter said...'we close at 7'. I said...'does that give me time to get a pizza?'. He looked at his 2 co-workers who both kind of shrugged and he said...'I guess so'. Ordered and got in and out by 6:56. I said...'Thank you' and the guy handed me my pizza without a word. My question is... do you close at 7 or do you close at 6:50? Nice job of making the customer feel like a bad guy for coming in when he did. read more

At Papa Murphy's pizza is pizza. You go for the convenience and not wanting to cook that night. I give five stars to the staff. I picked up a pizza one afternoon and while my oven was preheating, my dog stole the whole pizza off of the stove and inhaled half of it by the time I reached him. I drove back to Papa Murphy's (seriously 20 minutes later) where I got that "weren't you just here" look. I told them what had happened and they gave me half off my order. Everyone seems to enjoy the story and don't worry, the dog is still living happily in our home. read more

This is the third issue we've had with this particular restaurant. We decided to try online ordering at 2:30 in the afternoon for a 430 pick up. When we went to the store at 4:25 our pizzas were not ready so we waited. 20 minutes later the pizzas were still not put on the racks so we asked where they were... Nobody could seem to find them. They realized that receipts had gotten buried under everybody else's who ordered after us. They apologized and said they would make them as quickly as possible. We ended up getting the manager's phone number because there was no manager on site with the high school kids. That is totally unacceptable. There was a huge line of folks with the same issue as me. We will never go to this Papa Murphy's again. We don't recommend it to anyone. read more

Horrible service. First of all why are you sending coupons via text that require people to go in store to order and make them wait. Seriously not a safe way to do business and it contradicts the phone message about safety when trying to order via phone.. Second of all the 12 year olds that work there can't even keep track of which orders came in 1st. I had to remind them to make my pizzas after they helped 3 other people who came in after me. So I had never tried Papa Murphy's and was hungry for some pizza. In Yelping for pizza joints in the area, there weren't too many seemingly good options so I thought I would give Papa Murphys a try. I never really understood why people would buy a pizza they had to put in their oven and cook but I have had friends who have enjoyed it so what the hay. As you can see I am probably not the demogrpahic of a typical customer. I got the family size Papa Murphy special with pepperoni, salami, sausage, peppers, onion and black olives. It was around 13 bucks so a pretty good deal price wise and it smelled good as it was cooking. That is as far as it goes really. The crust was good and the overall pizza good but only in a most pizza is pretty good kind of way. I thought all the fresh toppings would add some flavor but it wasn't much more than a Tombstone frozen and I think the California Pizza Kitchen frozen and thus the 3 stars. I was there on a Tuesday and they have a large for $10 special, the brief staff interaction seemed like they were nice but the pizza didn't have alot of flavor. This it is alright when you have a pizza fix bit not if you are picky about your pizza. read more
