I went to the store and picked it up during my lunch hour. The person that was standing next to the rack where the pizzas were was on his phone. When I asked him a question he just answered and didn't even look at me. I thanked him and walked out. I got home and put the pizza in the oven. It looked good. Then I pulled it out, cut it and looked at it. It was way hot, so I took a piece and started eating it. There was no cheese, no sausage and it was flatter than a regular pizza. I was so disappointed. I guess ordering online is not worth it. You must go there and watch them make the pizza so you can see what they are putting in it. It will be a few before I go back. I didn't call the store, but I did leave feedback on their app.

I don't appreciate feeling like a problem, and or an inconvenience an hour before the store closes for the night. If you do not like your job, go somewhere else. I've spent most of my years in the restaurant industry and this behavior is unacceptable. As a business owner myself, I'd never let this behavior fly. I've always been welcomed and accepted and I felt the exact opposite in this situation. It's little situations like this that will make myself pick another franchise to support. My 10 year old daughter even asked, "Mommy, what was wrong with her?" I went above and beyond to thank her and even tipped the staff and when she handed the pizza over to me, no response. I only tipped 10% because of her behavior. I'm extremely disappointed in this branch and have consiedered never returning. I'm not looking for anything free, nor am I a freeloader. I just want respect from a company for a service I paid for. Is this too much to ask? When I was a server, I made $2.13 an hour with tips. these kids have no idea how good they have it.
