We have returned for our 6th visit. We had timed the lunch special with the happy hour so that we could make it a " Happy Lunch!" Unfortunately, this location is "special" and doesn't follow the advertised website menu of happy hour. We were informed it is now liquor focused and what my wife and I wanted was not an option. Very disappointing. They should differentiate that fact so customers can make an educated decision. This is rather confusing and feels a wee bit like a bait and switch. UPDATE: They did comp our drinks which was nice. It wasn't necessary and we would have been happy to have just paid what was advertised. BUT they did go above and beyond to help resolve the situation which had become awkward. Homegrown is one of my favorite lunch spots! An individual-sized pizza and a salad for $14.50! My go-to is the Meat Lovers with a Caesar. I also like the Funguy. T gets the Pete-Za or the White Mushroom Truffle with the Kale or Arugula salad. My kids love the pizza and the pasta on the kids' menu. Oh, and the Brussels. I love the Brussels Sprouts. My kids even eat the Brussels. Everyone is happy when we eat here. The outdoor area is nice! We like sitting outside on a nice day and watching a game while enjoying our food and some beers. The bar is also nice to enjoy a game. We've dined in one of the gondolas before, which was a fun experience for the kids. Service has always been great. Very friendly and attentive. read more

Service was good we were greeted after a couple mins, the ambiance is more of a ski cabin kinda feel they do have brick oven. The pizza was quite pricey however it was good this is more of a high end pizza dough was still soft but had a great crunch. We also had the braised tomato meatballs they were also delicious. We took a creme Brulee Cheesecake home which came with Carmel, chocolate sauces , and whip. It was more on the sweet side if you like creme Brulee then your like this. For us it's a 3 star cheesecake was too sweet, and the price for 3 of us wasn't in our normal ball park. read more

I wasn't sure what to expect but our delivery order was surpassingly really good. I was amazed the wings were still crunchy even though it was just delivery. Sadly they're not pictured because we were hungry. The wings were delicious. I believe we got the Parmesan and the wings were fire. They're full of flavor with each bite and the crunch was quite nice. The pizza was also quite good. It was thin slice with a thin crust. Homegrown is a great place to bring you family. They did an amazing job taking over and redoing the place. The atmosphere is awesome and it's a solid place to come with kids. They have free arcade games and give them dough to play with in addition to coloring so they certainly have options to keep them entertained to allow you to enjoy your night out. I tried the Italian Wings (normally a Buffalo Wing guy) and really enjoyed them. I'm glad I ventured out and tried something new they were really interesting [In a good way!]. The Spicy Italian Pizza had awesome toppings and good flavor. I wish it could have been a little bit more crispy, I'm wondering if I can ask next time to have it well done' Because there will certainly be a next time coming here! read more

Love Homegrown Tap!! Major improvement since they took over after CB Potts even though we did quite like that place as well. The renovation is truly astounding, totally different vibes! You feel like you're in the mountains with the gondolas, chair lifts, decor. Free mini arcade for the kids which is so nice for parents, too! They also offer kids menus with crayons and pizza dough for the kiddos to play with! What! How fun, I even played with it myself ha. They source the food and beer all locally. Now to the goods... the food and beer! Amazing. I had the nitro beer which was awesome! I had the Caesar salad to stat and my better half had the Italian wings which he reallly liked. What a nice twist on traditional buffalo wings. The salad was perfection! Him and I split the spicy Italian sausage pizza - it's delicious with the addition of fresh ricotta dolloped atop! My mom and her friend split a build your own pizza of 1/2 veggies and 1/2 veggies plus sausage. They demolished it, which says it all! My son had a kids cheeseburger and fries which he really liked - good portion size. My daughter who eats nothing and complains about everything smashed a kids cheese pizza.. her words "Daddy, it's so good I can't stop eating it!" We stopped by last weekend. We had a party of 4, and sat at the bar and were told the hosts would notify us when our table was ready - that never happened. We eventually got seated after going back to the host stand. Our server was not great. We felt rushed, and she didn't even ask whether we wanted refills or anything else before closing out. My husband and I decided to check this spot out since we haven't had the chance and it didn't disappoint! We went around 5:30pm on a Friday and it was extremely busy. Our wait was initially 45mins but we got seated within 5 mins. We were expecting to wait on our food but we got our food fairly fast! The service was great as well. We were definitely impressed esp with rush hour. Food-- Weekend Warrior 4.8/5 -- loved the crispiness of the crust. It was good but I wasn't exactly feeling the pepperoncini. Caesar salad 5/5 -- can't go wrong with a Caesar! It was well dressed and seasoned Overall, we enjoyed our time! The restaurant has a cute outdoorsy theme to it. So impressed! Everything we had was fantastic, with just that little something extra. I had the sangria, which had a ginger liquor that gave it a nice bite. The Pig and Pear was great too- the arugula topping with balsamic made it almost taste like Italy. Didn't love the cannoli, it was a little crunchier than I like, but it was still tasty. To me she exemplifies what all waitstaff should be like. Very disappointed in the service we received. we tried to join the waitlist there was none. So we put in a phone call, they tell us as long as you get here by 5:30 there's no wait. We get there at 5:20 and now there's a 30 minute wait. The server was rude about it when we explained our call. Then, 40 minutes passed and we have to go up and ask about the time, they tell us it will be an additional 30 minutes. We ordered a byo pizza online for pick up. We arrived after the estimated time and our pizza was not ready yet, but the staff was very friendly and offered us drinks while we waited by the fire place. The seating is comfortable and the people are friendly so I had no problem waiting, the pizza was well worth it. They offer non dairy cheese which we opted for and it was very tasty. I loved their pizza crust and garlic sauce. I do wish that their website allowed you to pick two sauces for your pizza, I'm not sure if they allow it in person. Their pizza was delicious and I'll definitely be coming back to dine in next time I'm in Colorado. read more

This business has renovated the former CB & Potts building and done a great job. It's modern and still nice. There's a cool gondola seating spot that you can sit in, the door close which is nice, this place is a little noisy. We came and were seated immediately, as well as given waters. We ordered a few drinks which all came out relatively quick. We opted for the chicken parm sliders, which were really good, and a pepperoni pizza with onion. The pizza was okay. It was cooked well, the underside was nice and crispy which I love. The pie itself could have used a little more pepperoni, I feel it was lacking. It could have also used some seasoning, just a sprinkle of Italian seasoning would have helped a ton. Otherwise the pizza was above average. Service overall was good and quick as well. The interior is amazing! It really feels like a grand hotel up in the mountains. I love the seating arrangement and the special private tables, I'll have to book it for date night.
