We stopped in to get an order to go. We received great service from Odin, he was very nice and helpful. He was amazing and gave us a few bread sticks while we waited for our order. As someone who has been in the service industry, that is Excellent Customer Service, and Management should definitely recognize this excellent employee. I was, however, not impressed with the young lady yelling at him for giving us the breadsticks, especially considering we spent almost $50 and they would have been free if we sat down to eat in store. On Wednesday, November 22nd, 2023, I decided to dine at this fast food Italian restaurant. I got a very basic meal combo with a baked spaghetti, side salad, and a cup for Pepsi cola. It was good for you get for $16. I got the house salad with Italian dressing. It was basic, but tasty. The lettuce and grape tomatoes were very fresh and crisp. For the main course, I got a baked spaghetti with meatballs and 2 breadsticks. The pasta dish had marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, & Parmesan. I thought the meatballs were okay, and they tasted like the frozen ones from a grocery store. The tomato sauce was flavorful, but it wasn't good like Rao's or at gourmet Italian restaurants. The sauce was a bit on the sweeter side. The breadsticks were tasty and had a hint of garlic to them. I do think Fazoli's has better pasta than Noodles & Company though. I do think Fazoli's does Italian food a lot better than how Panda Express does Chinese food. Ordering at the counter was easy, and the food came very fast. So, this is a place where people get their pasta at a quick speed. The dining interior looked very nice, and felt pretty fancy for a fast food restaurant. I'd recommend Fazoli's if someone is on a road trip, and don't want the regular burgers, tacos, and chicken sandwiches. read more

My family gets takeout and utilizes the drive through of this location often. Approximately once a month for the past 6 months. They have always gotten our orders correct. We typically order the ultimate chicken Alfredo, the baked spaghetti and the samplers. The food is always great (for "fast food" pasta). Couple times the chicken in my chicken Alfredo has been overdone and dry (IMO). Better overdone than underdone, I suppose. I've always found the staff pleasant and professional enough. We ordered Fazoli's delivery through Door Dash today. Our dasher was Julie L. She showed up with an incomplete order. She was missing one side salad. She immediately waived her hands in front of her face and said, "I'm done. They told me this was your order and I brought it to you." We "discussed" the fact that it is the delivery person's responsibility to make sure everything was included in the order. She responded, " I wouldn't want someone going through my food." Look, I'm not asking her to take all of the covers off of the food and lick it. She just needed to make sure the order was complete. She told me to call Fazoli's and complain and refused to do anything more. A few minutes later, she knocks on the door and showed me my order in her smart phone. She suggested that maybe our missing salad was packaged inside with hot pasta dishes. Completely illogical. If I were her, I would have gone one street over and picked up a side salad from McDonalds, but she couldn't figure that one out. Instead of calling Fazoli's, I called her employer and they refunded the $9+ tip I had given to her. I didn't ask for that, but they felt it was appropriate and are registering a complaint about her. They also refunded the cost of our missing item. We are members of DoorDash, meaning we use them so often, we pay a monthly fee to avoid delivery fees. We are generous tippers. All we ask for is that our food show up timely and the order is complete. That didn't happen with Julie L. today. Lesson hard learned, but worth learning, if she learns from it. Fazoli's is basically "fast-food" Italian. It's inexpensive and pretty good. We enjoy it several times a month. They have a drive through and a small dining area. read more

And I went back in to ask them for my money back and he said get out of my store and called the cops. I'd been meaning to check this location out, as it dawned on me I'd only tried Fazoli's on one other occasion, way back in the day. I think I arrived at just the right moment, as there seemed to be an issue at the front counter with the register that was just getting resolved, right when they opened up the second one and about 50 people came in. I went with the baked ziti, a pepperoni slice, and a slice of Nutella cheesecake (which I'm hoping isn't just a limited time item, it was really good.) I was a little disappointed to see that the baked ziti didn't have any ricotta in it, only mozzarella. However, it did have some meat in the sauce, which made up for it. The pizza slice was a bit small, but I think the slices are double sized if they are purchased separately vs. being combo sized. The breadsticks were great, and apparently unlimited, as there was a basket being brought around from time to time. The manager and staff were very friendly, ensuring everything was satisfactory. I was able to score a free spaghetti dinner with the promo game they had going on during a later visit, and it was also really good. Definitely recommend. read more

Fast. Fresh. Italian. As their motto states, they live up to their claim. I used to frequent a Fazoli's in Orlando, FL when I was younger. Unfortunately, they closed most, if not all, of the Fazoli's in the Southeast. I recently moved to the Denver area in mid June 2014 and was surprised to see that Fazoli's was alive and kicking in the Midwest. Thank God. It's nice to have a fast food alternative like this. To be honest, it's sometimes difficult to taste the difference between this type of Americanized Italian versus others (i.e. Olive Garden). I've been to this specific Fazoli's three times so far, all during lunch. I found the staff to actually be attentive and pleasant, so I can't really share the complaints regarding that from other reviewers. With regard to the quality of the food, I'm quite surprised. Pasta is fairly easy to cook, so I'm basing this review off the chicken Parmesan which is a more challenging dish to prepare (especially in the fast food setting, I imagine). Delicious. Excellent value for the money. Quickly prepared and promptly delivered. Unlimited breadsticks. I have always thought Fazoli's was a great, refreshing restaurant concept. Fast food, but peppered with an aura of freshness. Of course, it's still fast food. In a world of burritos and burgers, it's nice to see a different side of fast food. read more

Great place to eat. I like Olive Garden, but for some reason I ended up eating Italian the very next day, at Fazolis. I had their cheese raviolis with marinara sauce. I think I liked Fazolis better than Olive Garden, at least for this round. You order at a counter, and then they bring your food to you. No tips needed. If you are thirsty and want an icey, they have Italian ice with several flavors. They are a mix of limeade and flavors like, grape, and blue raspberry. Very small ice. Go there on a hot day to cool down. I got and brain freeze and then a stomach freeze. I was just chugging that stuff too quickly. read more

Don't go here. We did what a mistake. We are a family of 5. My husband myself and our 3 girls. Ages 2,4,6. So we went in. We were looking for a place to sit. I asked a female employee if a table was available because there were chairs blocking the area. She responded in the rudest way that no, only tables that had an available sign were available. Said table did have such sign. So we decided to sit at another table. We pulled a chair over because there are 5 of us and only 4 chairs.
