Burgers ordered to the same temperature have come out being vastly different, sauces and dressings are frequently over done to the point of sopping wet, and instructions on items have been overlooked by the kitchen. The acoustics are wry challenging for conversation. Additionally, the parking lot is a hot mess on busy nights. It's difficult to get out of a spot with lots of circling cars, and the entrance off Centennial Blvd is usually clogged with people trying to enter and leave.

The biggest letdown was the cinnamon roll--it was extremely dry and tasted like it had been sitting out for days. The only bright spots were the hash browns, which were cooked perfectly, and the latte, which was decent. I'm hoping this was just an off day. I will try one more time.
