From the outside it isn't anything fancy but it's a pizza place so that really isn't a big deal. Had it not been for the previous yelp reviews we would not have stopped. We were glad we did! Service and the counter was straight forward. They had coupons on the counter to the right that we used. No problem! I had a two topping large pizza ordered well done. It had black olives and jalapeños. It was delicious! The only problem was that I can't stand sit down experiences with disposable plates and to go drink's/styrofoam for water. Needless to say, we did not feel like driving in an unfamiliar area once darkness hit. After calling three other places, Papa's Pizza To Go was able to deliver hot pizza and wings in a timely manner. We ordered the All Meats, Pepperoni and Cheese with Cajun and barbecue wings. The pizza was really good. The wings tasted like they were oven roasted. Dined in three times and have yet to meet a nice employee. They act as if we are an intrusion. Prices are not listed on the only paper menu at the counter. Each experience is a disappointment but the last was super frustrating. Each order that was delivered to my friends and family was missing items. When we tried to let them know that things were missing we had to pull out receipts to prove. The employees gave bad attitudes and acted as if we were trying to get things for free. We've ate here lots of times and have never been disappointed. We ordered delivery and 45 min estimate turned into 90 minutes. The pizza's were cold and had to be nuked in the microwave. One of the 3 pizza's was a half and half and they put the toppings on the wrong half so needless to say some children didn't eat any. The piggystix were dropped cause they were stuck to the top of the box and some sauce had spilled out. Called to see about getting the stix and pizza that was messed up replaced and the girl put me on hold then told me she could offer me 50% off my next order. I'm saddened by the lack of customer service I received. My favorite pizza in town has now become a place I'll never order from again. First I loved Papa's Pizza when we first moved to the area had the greatest Pizza in town the cleanliness standard was very high the service was impeccable. But now just a fine one Clean Plate I had to go through six plates and I like I was being picky and finding a little piece of chrome here or there there were giant splotches of food still on the plates. The buffet had almost no pizza on it the pizza I did get was nice and warm and tasted great. The soda fountain was out of most drinks I ended up getting Fanta orange but instead of tasting like Fanta orange it tasted more like water with orange food coloring. So having a papas pizza where I am from I greatly expected it to be similar, not exact, but similar. After visiting though I was extremely disappointed. First off there were no clean plates during lunch "rush hour", no straws, no marinara sauce, drink machine was out of just about everything, and the pizza bar was extremely bare.
