However, today 11/12 i went to the store and talk to this one employee I've talked to before but she seemed with an attitude specifically towards me and my friends. Not a big deal, i bought a vape with the charger and we left. I went to my car to charge it and it gets stuck with the vape and the charger so as soon as i see that happen i drive back to the store to either return it or exchange it. Once i go back, she gives me a side eye and tells me with her hand to go to her (im guessing it was hard for her to talk and communicate like a decent employee) i proceed to tell her the charger she gave me was messed up and she starts to laugh at my face and quotes "i won't give you anything because YOU messed it up". So thats when i knew she was being serious and I started to get confused and asked her "what do you mean?" how could she assume i messed it up if the charger was stuck to the vape and i just purchased it 5 minutes ago? So asked her to give me a refund for the $22 i spent and she yelled at me saying to not YELL at her back while she was the one yelling at me while saying that. Also said, she was not going to give me "SHIT" and that i had to wait until 3pm to get with the owner because "she did not want to do anything about it". I got aggravated at this point, since I've never had someone yelled at me that way while kicking me out of the store so i just threw the charger with the stuck vape at the counter and told her to keep it and she went crazy saying she was going to call the cops to take me back where I'm from (funny when she says that one part she whispered) and proceeded to follow me outside the store, at this moment i felt threatened i just got in my car because i got scared she was going to attack me over a vape and when i back up she is outside blocking my car and taking a picture of my tag while recording me. How come she did not record what she was saying and how she was being racist inside the store? Of course it was not going to look good on her side so she decided to record me outside instead. While she was recording and blocking my car i got outside the car told her to get out of my way and told her she was racist for that comment made inside the store, she proceeds to deny it and records my face while im leaving. I've never had someone said something racist or kicked me out over a vape and specially in that store that I've brought service since all my relatives buy there because i told them to do so. Cops ended up pulling up to my house for a "battery assault" because she needed to victimize herself and im guessing the job is not paying enough to cover her bills so she has to lie and say I purposely hit her to "sue" me but did not mention her verbal actions and apparently its not illegal to be racist if the one being racist is black. I am disappointed things had to go this far to degrade me, make false accusations to victimize herself, and make me feel threatened just because i wanted the refund to a damaged product SHE provided me. Nobody should feel threatened to come to a store and nobody deserves to get racially profiled. The owners solution was to ban me from that store and defend her racist employee, but is not going to fix your employee being racist to ALL the hispanics that go to that store. You can keep the $22 and the racist employee.
