I placed my order for the Singapore noodles on the tablet and went to browse around at target while I waited for my food. The food was prepared quickly. The portion was a good size. It fed 2 people. Had a good amount of protein in it. I have been to some Chinese spots in the mills area where the Singapore noodles is a small portion and not a lot of protein that's also not reasonably priced. I'm not sure if the kitchen was a little overwhelmed for Saturday lunchtime but for a table of one, I waited a half hour for my meal. I did notice steady but not heavy takeout traffic for pickup, so maybe that was why. I'd think they're kitchen staff would be able to handle it. This is REALLY good Chinese food. We had the chicken and broccoli and vegetable MaiFun. Veggies cooked perfectly--a tiny bit al dente. Chicken was tasty and plenty of it for the price. Hot& sour soup a bit too spicy for Mrs but I liked it just fine. Egg rolls were crispy and thoroughly cooked through--not soggy like too many others. Service was fine considering only one waitress. We have never eating inside the restaurant but the delivery is excellent!, We like the General's Tzu Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken and the Pepper Steak... the only complaint is that there is a lot more of the green peppers and onions than steak! Husband ordered General Tso with tofu instead of chicken. Brace yourselves. If you ever order the tofu...they are giant, beautifully sliced cubes. Flavor is pretty good! For the price, this place is great! My lo mein was simple, yet delicious. My husband and I both noticed the dishes weren't overly oily, which has been our issue with other Asian take outs. And I think because of that we didn't feel horrible afterwards! OK well my go-to Chinese Restaurant which I thought was pretty decent unfortunately went belly up. They're still open but they seemed to have been sold to new owners and the decline in quality of the food was apparent. So, I lived without Chinese Food for a little while until one day I got the hankering for some good Chinese Food.. I had tried a few since and I was once bitten twice shy. I decided to consult the authority, YELP, in finding the best around me. I came across more than a few good reviews about "China Brother". The more I read , the more I got excited. So a little while back, I went ahead and ordered some staples. Sesame Chicken, House Special Lo Mein, Wonton Soup and Beef with Garlic Sauce. Sesame Chicken was good, they were quite accommodating with my preferences; not too much sauce. I don't enjoy drowned in sauce Sesame Chicken. The House Special Lo Mein was quite good. Nice portions and not oily at all! The Beef with Garlic Sauce was nice. Good amount of beef and nice flavor. So far it has been good! One thing that I had hoped for was for that NYC Style Wonton Soup that I have grown to love over the years. Their soup is good but there are some differences to what I've been used to , I expected big, thick wontons filled with meat but their wontons are half the size of what I am used to. I also enjoy the thick noddle wrapper that breaks away for that flavorful ground meat inside. And finally, aside from some little chopped greens inside , those with authentic NYC Wonton Soup would have small slivers of Roast Pork If their Wonton soup was like the above 5 stars! The folks on the phone, when I needed to call, are always hospitable and pleasant. The prices are reasonable. It's also nice to know that they are a family business. I have ordered from them since, at least 5 times. Some other dishes I have tried: The Shrimp with Lobster Sauce was good. They gave a good amount of shrimp The Singapore Mei Fun noodles are delicious. Curry infused, spicy noodles. As for the Korean Bulgogi, I made a pass. It was spicy and tasty but the beef was sliced thick and in slabs that is not the Bulgogi I am used to. Next Time I will try some other dishes. I found my Chines Food go to. Honestly came here because I was craving Chinese food and it was near by and I have no regrets. I've never tasted anything nearly as good as this spot. OG! I got the boneless ribs my husband got pepper steak it was 30 min before closing and we spent $30 because it came with two soaps four egg rolls and two beverages!!! I wondered why so many egg rolls and why the soup. But after trying it. The soup was Bomb the egg rolls were amazing best tasting egg rolls I've ever had. And the meals were way too good I had to call them to compliment them on everything. 10/10 read more

We dined at this restaurant yesterday and the food and experience were abysmal by far. I have eaten here a few times whenever I am in the area. But this place has gone downhill. Our food was salty. We were charged $3.00 for extra rice. $2.50 for hot tea. The overall experience was lacking quite a bit. I will not return to this restaurant. This restaurant gets it right! I mean literally, good food, fast service and accurate. We have taken out three times and this last time we ate in the dining room. Pros - Tasty food that is hot and fresh. All the items we have received have been cooked perfectly and were the proper temperature and very fresh. We have tried Orange Chicken, Pepper Steak, Sesame Chicken and Chicken with mixed vegetables. The egg rolls and fried dumplings have not been greasy, which I appreciate. They don't skimp on adding items like sauce and the fried rice has plenty of interesting bits. The only exception is the egg drop soup was bland. My husband ordered it but in most restaurants it tastes that way unless I get it with scallions added. - Good service. This place seems to do mostly takeout because when I have stopped by there has not been many customers at tables. I noticed a lot of takeout customers while I was dining at a table the last time. My food was always ready and packed neatly for take out. The table service was attentive and our items came out of the kitchen at a nice pace. I was on my lunch hour from work and was able to eat and get back to work on time. When we get takeout we will sometimes find other restaurants miss something, but this place gets it right 100 % so far. The inside of the dining room is very neat and clean. - Prices are good for the quantity of food you receive. Their lunch special is the real deal but we also have appreciated the dinner combinations. I don't eat a lot so an appetizer and one combination is plenty for two good size meals for an adult. My neighbor and I ordered there together the first time and she gets enough in one combination for two good meals Cons - They are closed Mondays. It says it right on the door. A couple times I called for takeout, but nope they close one day a week - The restaurant next door opened. Before parking was super easy because it was China Brother, Great Clips and Sally Beauty. A wing place opened next door so it may look like they are busy but I think all the neighbors are checking out the new establishment. It is a Target parking lot and there is ample parking. First off, this place doesn't have many recent photos that actually showcase their food so I'm attaching a few. The food quality is very tasty, and the portion sizes are generous. One photo is beef with broccoli combo platter and the other hunan chicken combo platter. Both came with egg rolls and soup not shown. The only reason why I didn't give a 5 star is because they did not provide any spicy mustard and only gave 3 small packets of duck and soy sauce for all this food. I've ordered a few times from here and the food is typical chinese takeaway. There are some dishes I enjoy over other but that's just preference. The customer service has been good and delivery is decent in time considering how busy they always are. The other day i ordered a spring roll which usually doesnt come with shrimp but this time it did. My husband is allergic and he so happened not to be in town, thank goodness or there would have been an issue. That never happened before so a minor oversight on their part. We are still kicking ourselves for going to the wings place next store for dinner last night. We should have gone to China Brothers instead. We loved everything we had. The ribs were meaty and tender. The lomein had a lot of veggies and chicken. It had a lot of flavor. Fried rice was fresh and not dry. Beef bulgogi was good and had right level of spice. Crab Rangoon was good. Nice size and you can see the crab. Everything was delicious. There is beautiful handcrafted art (quill art) for sale throughout the restaurant. Why only 4 stars. I have a hard enough time to get my own 5 yr old to stay seated, but then to have the owners' kids running around and staring you down is a little annoying. In the past, this Chinese restaurant was great! However, it's gone to shit as of lately. Items on tables not topped up, burned chili sauce, poor customer service. They make you wait while one employee answers phone calls back to back and takes care of their kids in the restaurant! WTF?!! - their togo service takes priority over customers standing right in front of their face - we waited for over 5 minutes looking like fools just to be helped. The food was bland, portions ok - nothing to brag about. The server/front desk/child care nanny did not check in to see if things were ok, and gave us attitude when we requested a Togo cup to pack a left over drink. Just a poor experience overall. We are highly dissatisfied and will not be coming back to this restaurant ever again. Do yourself a favor, Pearls restaurant is just down the street in Williamsburg and is night and day in comparison, especially with regards to service, food quality, large portions, and pricing. The lady delivered my food and told me next time I order they can not deliver to this address and that it is too far. The problem is your website allowed me to order and have it delivered. She also said it to me in a very rude manor. She was very disrespectful. I have not ate the food yet and I bet it is really good but the way the delivery person acted automatically puts this as a 0. This has been one of the most amazing experience we have had here in Orlando. The food was fresh and delicious, customer service was amazing and made us feel like family.
