food is fresh and good- excellent vegetarian menu with a good mix of viet and Thai inspired dishes

The pho soup tasted a bit more sweet and cinnamon-y than what i am use to. They do use legit bone broth as it congeal after an overnight stay in the fridge. The egg roll was tasty but i prefer the rice roll wrap where it is bubbly.

It's been a min and I've had a craving--apparently Tuesday is a terrible time to desire Papaya now so we made up for it by returning on Thursday. I have a pandemic-based history here and wanted an updated opinion and finally had a dine-in experience! Waiter was friendly, gave plenty of time to review the menu...and I saw the Hong Kong Milk Tea offering and thought it was worth trying and It's perfect. Such a balanced and creamy tea with some toothsome pearls to match the body! Reminds me of the Hokkaido milk tea Orenji made me love, just a fantastic unique tea! So delicious I brought my honey one. I enjoyed my flavor-packed bún bowl, tho the toasted garlic always throws me off, and was grateful for the egg roll accommodation. You can see they were quite generous with 5 of them. Their crispy rolls are meaty. My mom was happy to have her prawn bún bowl, hers had a saucy situation that makes it less salad-like and less agreeable to my taste but she was happy with it. She even finished her other half before the evening was over. It was clean, chill inside (only one other table when we entered at 5pm and two more tables when we left), and quiet enough for a smaller dining room. We will def be back for a repeat and I know where to go for tea, no question!

The interior was nice, and they have a decent menu. I was excited to try the garlic beef noodles. Unfortunately, I found a hair in the food which was definitely not mine. In addition, the beef was so tough from being overcooked (or maybe it was old?) that my jaw actually hurt from trying to chew it. The flavors were nice, and service was quick, but I have to be able to eat the food! They ended up removing my item from the bill. Hopefully the hygiene and preparation of meats improves here.

My husband and I were hungry and looking for a place on our way to a show and we decided this would be a veggie-friendly place to have dinner. We were greeted by a friendly server who seated us promptly. The restaurant has high ceilings and the surroundings are beautiful. After looking over the menu, I decided to order the Fresh Tofu and Vegetable soup and Fresh Tofu Spring Rolls with peanut dipping sauce. My husband ordered the Crispy Tofu. I am trying to reduce added oils in my food as much as possible, which I understand is a tall order for most restaurants. They ended up bringing out fried tofu in my fresh spring rolls. They were a delicious splurge moment for me and the peanut sauce had crunchy onions on top. Delightful in both taste and texture! I had to correct my order as they brought out fried tofu soup when I asked for fresh tofu. And they forgot to bring my husband's diet coke and servers try not to bother us too much, as I understand it is seen as a bother to interrupt diners too often, which I happen to appreciate. Although, they were great about topping off our waters regularly. Bathrooms were clean and beautiful with lots of natural light and words of encouragement on the walls (at least in the women's bathroom).

I ordered takeout from here during a long workday, and it was exactly what I needed! I got spring rolls and lemongrass pork, both of which were absolutely delicious. I believe this is the best Vietnamese food I've had so far in Seattle. I appreciated that they were accommodating to my request to replace the vermicelli noodles with rice. The portion sizes were generous for the price, with lots of meat and pickled veggies being the stars of the show. The spring rolls had a delicious crunch to them, with some sort of fried rice paper in the middle of the noodles and veggies. The food was slightly cold when I received it, but the think that's on account of the deliverer, not the restaurant. I'd definitely order from here again soon.

Have been craving a good bowl of beef pho for awhile so we stopped in for an early dinner. Ordered the classic beef and brisket pho, and my companion ordered the oxtail pho. Both were served with a good and satisfying amount of meat. The restaurant is very clean and simply decorated. They have both inside and patio dining available. The staff was very attentive and courteous. They immediately brought menus and water to the table. Food came out quickly and was served nice and hot. Will definitely be back for more!

I have been to Papaya 4 times and everything we had has been delicious! This last time we got seated very quickly. We ordered the crispy honey chicken and pho which was delicious but next time I probably won't order it with meatballs, I did not care for them. The brisket was great.

    Vegan Menu

This place has great vegan options! They have outdoor seating which is also dog friendly. The service was quick and the staff were nice! We ordered the Vegan Garlic Noodles and the Vegan Laksa, both were really good! The laksa has a lot of cilantro in the soup so heads up for those who think it's tastes like soap. I'll be back to try more of their vegan options!

Located in a strip mall in mainstream Sammamish, about halfway between Trader Joe's and Safeway,…read morethe small frontage shop turns a steady business as witnessed by the constant flow of takeout on an early Friday evening. We were looking for something simple, and I'm trying to see what's decent in Sammamish proper. Thai Trio seems to be a good takeout option, but dining in is more suitable for a 'street-style' encounter they promote instead of a planned night out: there's only like 5 tables inside serviced by metal backless stacking stools, and it would be tight for a 3-person or more party at a table. The menu is simple with limited range: proper for a strip mall t/o function. I found it interesting that the 'about us' feature on the TT web page discussed having a huge success with the Swimming Rama dish, yet it wasn't offered locally, only in their Thailand roots. I ordered the Drunken Noodles $18, and later added Fried Wontons appetizer $9 shortly after the order was already in process. The noodles arrived after a proper delay (not fast, but not slow either), and the wontons appeared a few minutes following, which was good since my wife's order didn't arrive until after these. The wontons were crisp and hot, about 5 or 6 pieces, with a small cup of sweet and sour dipping sauce. Good, but forgettable. My noodles were accompanied by a decent sized serving of pork, and lesser of spinach and other veggies, in a proper amount of sauce. Tasty and matching the medium spiciness ordered, but also forgettable. I left with a full belly. Wife ordered Penang Curry $17, which arrived last. It was a bowl of sauce with chicken in it, with a side bowl of rice, and wife commented that it was devoid of other ingredients: no veggies (maybe there were some, but you'd have to dig around to find them). She commented 'average'. We wanted a simple jasmine tea, and what was probably their strongest offering was the drinks: I watch the one counter person make drink after drink, and they had a fancy label machine that heat-sealed a plastic film over the top. We were expecting hot but a cold beverage arrived $7 ea, and the surprise was pleasant, possibly the high point of the meal. The served greeted us promptly and came for our order timely, but the offered water didn't arrive until after all the food arrived, and with the tea drink. That and the random timing of the dishes sends the message it's best as takeout. And watching the queue of orders going out the door and people stacked up waiting, you're best to order in advance and pick up later: it's not fast food (which they did not claim, either). Prices bordered on being expensive, given a mall facing and lack of a proper dining room. As we were looking for a bigger dining experience and this was not a good match (our fault), it's unlikely we'd return since there are a few others more in line with what we were looking for as an experience.

Rooted in a century-old heritage of authentic Lanzhou beef noodles, our craft honors the legendary five signatures: clear broth, white radish, red chili oil, green cilantro and garlic leeks, and golden hand-pulled noodles. We remain dedicated to traditional techniques--hand-pulling each portion of noodles fresh to order and slow-simmering our rich broth to perfection. In early Chinese history, wheat was not used to make noodles. When it was first introduced, the lack of widespread processing tools like stone mills meant people simply steamed or boiled whole wheat grains. Known as "wheat rice" (mai fan), it was considered a coarse, unpalatable meal for the lower class. It was during the Han Dynasty, with the widespread adoption of rotary stone mills, that humanity truly entered the "flour era." Early noodles were called "soup cakes" (tang bing) or "boiled cakes" (zhu bing), though they remained a luxury mostly reserved for the royal court and the wealthy. It wasn't until the Song Dynasty (10th-13th century) that noodles finally crossed social divides. With a booming urban economy and mature flour-milling techniques, noodle shops emerged everywhere, transforming noodles into an everyday staple for ordinary households. Ambiance: Although the restaurant has been open for many years, the interior remains stylish, bright, and spotless. The management keeps everything impeccably clean. With tables for pairs, groups of four, and larger seating for 6-8 people, it caters effortlessly to any dining setup. Taste: Offering what is arguably the most authentic Lanzhou beef noodle flavor, you can customize your noodle thickness to your liking. The broth is rich and deeply flavorful, clearly the result of hours of careful simmering. Highly recommended! Service: The service here is truly outstanding!

The side dishes were delicious. I really love the boiled peanuts. They were very flavorful however, they were super wet. The broth was good for the beef soup. The location is at the corner of a strip mall in Bellevue. Plenty of parking outside and lots of tables inside as well. The only reason I gave it three stars is because I don't really like that kind of noodle soup. The noodles were really thick and dense. You go in and you can order off the QR code at the table.
