    Combo Vermicelli Bowl
    Carol C.

I Love Pho was a good place to stop for lunch after running an errand nearby in Factoria. We ordered the fried chicken wings, beef pho and combo vermicelli noodles. The wings were crispy and under-seasoned and the beef pho was good though we would've liked the broth to be be served hotter. Plus side is the egg roll and shrimp in the combo meal were delish and cooked perfectly. However, the grilled pork was too dry. While the food was okay, the staff were friendly, plentiful and helpful.

I have been here multiple times now. Their pho is very average at best. Especially nowadays, many pho restaurants have really stepped up their game while this place....hasn't changed much. I think it may be the star anise... The broth has a distinct difference that does not work quite well for me and it is different from other places. Today though I felt like venturing out and ordered their egg noodles with wontons and Chinese-style BBQ pork and it was actually surprisingly good! If I had to review just based on today's experience, I would have given this place 4 stars. Portions were big and I love all the veggies they put in here. It really makes the broth more multi-dimensional in terms of aroma and taste. The service is always solid. Ambiance is okay too. Don't come here expecting some romantic dining experience but the inside is well maintained and service is fast and unmemorable in a positive way.

My favorite pho restaurant I have been to! The service is amazing and they are so friendly. I have been going to this restaurant for over 6 years now, and the quality has continually increased. So tasty and amazing portions for your $$!!

    Mongolian Beef

This is one of my absolute favorite pho spots! I usually order pho every time I come, but today I wanted to try something different, so I ordered the Mongolian beef. I was honestly so surprised -- the beef was incredibly tender and literally melted in my mouth. The sauce was also amazing, and I kept saying "wow" while eating because it was that good. I'm so happy I discovered such a delicious dish unexpectedly! I'll definitely be strongly recommending this place to my friends and family.

I ordered shrimp curry. The curry only had 2 pieces of shrimp and the rest of it was corn. Should rename to corn curry!

The pho here is so good!! Being Vietnamese I am a harsh critic when it comes to pho, but it is so delicious here and the portion sizes are amazing! I love when there are a ton of herbs in the pho makes it so good. The broth is nice, clear, and didn't make me feel ick after from MSG. We also got the fresh rolls and those were good, no noodles in it though which is fine since there are noodles in pho lol Always a little interesting when they serve other cuisines at a pho restaurant but most people were having pho. It is a great spot if you are craving!

    Small pho (D and G)
    Sarah C.

We came here for a quick lunch on a Tuesday afternoon because my husband was craving pho and he mentioned he's been here before. It was fairly busy since it was lunchtime but we got seated right away. We each ordered a small pho (one D and G). One with brisket and meatballs and the other with brisket and rare steak. The food came out pretty quickly and we were pleasantly surprised how big the bowls were for being the small size. Overall it was okay but I didn't think the broth was especially flavorful and my husband wanted the broth to be hotter. Maybe it's just preference? The food was fine but I guess nothing stuck out to me and also, $14 for a small pho?? I wonder if prices for all pho places have gone up!

The food was delicious and especially their service was wonderful. They were very fast on bring the food out. I really appreciate that very much. B

Around $15 for a bowl of pho. The soup was average and I think it was missing something (the essence of the beef fat?).

When I arrived, the restaurant was about 1/3 full. The place was pretty quiet and didn't seem very lively, but there were others that showed up after me so that seemed pretty promising. The server sat us down but didn't mention about the QR code on the table so I sat there for about a min or two before I noticed. The whole menu and ordering was done all on your phone for the whole table. Not very much interaction. We ordered the spicy BBQ chicken skewers, the stewed beef rib noodle soup, and the normal beef flank noodle soup. The order came out relatively fast. The spicy BBQ chicken skewer was not what I expected. I was expecting a skewer like a kabob, but I received a few skewers with what seems to be thin pieces of ground chicken. The flavor was alright, but the chicken was VERY dry, which made it hard to enjoy. My stewed beef rib noodle soup wasn't bad. I got it with normal sized noodles and some beef flank on the side. The noodles were fine, but the soup could've been warmer. I was expecting a hot bowl of soup. The flavor was lacking a little, but it became much better after I added some chili oil. The rib meat wasn't bad. It had a a couple bites that were a tad tough but the flavor was kinda there. Honestly the extra flank pieces I had were better. Much better overall and it was pretty tender. I didn't really try my friend's bowl, but she got her soup with wide noodles. They were a bit wider than she expected. She made note that her noodles did seem undercooked and they had a slight doughy chew to them. She said it would've been better if it was cooked a little longer. Overall I enjoyed my soup. There are some things I would change, but I think it was a good first experience for something I've never had before.

This is closer to a 3.5 than a 4, a decent experience…read more I came here a couple weeks ago for lunch and have been curious about the place since it was in the same area as Zhangliang malatang and had a good amount of people inside. The space is small and a little narrow, so seating can be pretty limited. My parents and I were lucky enough to grab the last table, and we ordered 4 items: the dry noodle with scallion oil and braised pork chop, the secret dumplings, large wonton, and salty soy milk (dumplings and wonton aren't pictured). I was most curious and most disappointed by the scallion noodle and pork chop. The portion size seemed too small to justify its price point, and I felt the pork chop tasted dry. The noodles however, had a great flavor, so if I were to try the place again, I'd only go for the scallion oil noodles. The dumplings were amazing. They were a little pricey but worth the cost, and worth the restaurant name. The dumplings were larger than most dumpling places I've been to, and the meat and soup inside were super flavorful. The wontons were also good, though it can't beat the pan fried dumplings. The salty soy milk was a very unique experience- it was thicker, rich and flavorful than other salty soy milk soups that I'm used to. It almost has an umami, seafood-ish taste to it. Though I'm not a big fan of soy milk, I enjoyed this dish more than expected! After our meal, we got to choose some magnets to take home, which was a creative and sweet gift. For the overall price point, I don't think I'd be coming here regularly for a meal. I may drop by for choice items like the pan fried dumplings!

From the moment you walk in, the cultural atmosphere stands out--many of the patrons are Asian, and on my visit, a few were even dressed in traditional garments, which added a vibrant, lived-in feel to the space. It's the kind of detail you can't manufacture, and it speaks volumes about the restaurant's credibility within the community. The interior itself is fairly average--nothing particularly modern or upscale--but it doesn't detract from the experience. If anything, it keeps the focus where it belongs: on the food. Service was a bit of a mixed bag. There were only two servers handling the floor, and they were clearly stretched thin. Ordering is done digitally, which helps streamline things, but you can still feel the strain during peak times. That said, the food started arriving quickly--our tofu noodle dish came out almost immediately, while the beef dish lagged behind a bit. Presentation leans traditional in a charming way. The plates and chopsticks have that classic, no-frills aesthetic that complements the overall vibe of the restaurant. Now, let's talk about the food. First, a word of caution: spice levels here are no joke. If you're sensitive to heat, you'll want to dial it down. But if you can handle it, the flavors are absolutely worth it--rich, bold, and deeply satisfying. The tofu was exceptionally soft, almost silky, and clearly freshly prepared. The noodles matched that texture perfectly--tender, well-cooked, and comforting. Pricing is another strong point. For the quality and portion sizes, it's very reasonable, making it an easy spot to revisit without hesitation. Overall, Nine Noodles is a great pick if you're looking for authentic flavors, a culturally immersive atmosphere, and solid value. It's not about fancy decor or polished service--it's about good, honest food. I'd definitely come back.

It's always busy around mealtimes, but luckily there are plenty of seats, and we rarely have to wait. We also order takeout from here pretty often. For our most recent order, we got two personal combos (main + appetizer + drink) through a Chinese app, which frequently has discounts. I'm a big fan of their takeout containers--they keep the noodles and soup nicely separated. The takeout bag is super sturdy, and the popcorn chicken has just the right amount of spice to really hit the spot. That said, I'd still recommend dining in, because the food is easily about three times better. I also think the portion of popcorn chicken is more generous when you dine in. Plus, if you finish the soup, you'll be very full. My go-to order is the fatty beef tomato soup with rice (I know, I know--it's a noodle place, but I like it better with rice). My husband always gets the original Yunnan rice noodle. We've tried the golden soup version, but it's just not as good. The prices are reasonable... well, reasonable for Bellevue .

I think there was one waiter that was helping out the entire store. This was already off to a bad start. I go ahead and order the combo along with a few other stuff from the rest of the group. So the food starts coming out as expected which was good. Then the appetizers got stuck in prep. Which I was like ok that happens it's busy and they might be understaffed. But after the third time coming I have noticed a decrease in the quality of the paired dishes and the amount you get. Also there was a strong feeling of over teasing with a lack luster flavor profile. So to add the final straw, we were all done and had to wait 15 minutes for the last side dish to come. I tried getting it canceled or get some credit but the chaser said no and so we waited. Could have been much better in all aspect.
