The overall style, color palette, and fullness were nowhere close to what was advertised. If substitutions were necessary, I would have understood minor changes, but this did not resemble the arrangement purchased. For the price paid, especially for an "extra large" arrangement, this felt very misleading and disappointing. I contacted 1800 Flowers customer service with comparison photos and hope they make it right, but based on this experience we would not order from this florist again. Save your money and just DoorDash flowers from the supermarket!

I was traveling from out of state, and this was my only chance to honor her with flowers. By 9:30 AM, nothing had been delivered. When I called, the person who answered casually told me, "We don't open until 8." That alone was shocking, because I had already confirmed the 7 AM delivery window with them -- otherwise I never would have placed the order. And even if they did open at 8, it was already 9:30 when I called. Then came the first lie: I was told the flowers were "on the way." I asked them to cancel the order because the service was nearly over. I also requested a manager call me with an explanation. What I received was even worse: I was told the order "never printed" for the designer and was completely overlooked. So how exactly was the driver "on the way" with an arrangement that was never made? This wasn't a birthday bouquet or a casual delivery. It was a farewell spray for my niece's funeral. They knew I was coming from out of state. Had I not been physically present at the service, I would have never known they failed to deliver anything at all. They ruined my only opportunity to send her off with the flowers she deserved. Between the excuses, the contradictions, and the complete lack of accountability, this company has shown me they are not trustworthy, especially for sensitive, time‑critical occasions. Their behavior was unprofessional, disappointing, and frankly shocking given their high rating. I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from Flowers by Coley -- especially for something as important as a funeral. Their negligence and dishonesty caused pain at a moment when compassion and reliability mattered most.
