Most likely a form letter response a couple days later or something like that. To my surprise, the next morning I got an email from Steve, GM of Operations, apologizing for the defect and assuring me that the issue had been identified and was in the process of being resolved. Not only that, he HAND DELIVERED a 6-pack and t-shirt to my husband's work! (I don't drink it myself, I just buy it often for my husband...I feel like it makes me a better wife, haha.) Three things about Russell Brewing Company: 1. Superb customer service. They listen to their customers and take feedback seriously! 2. Pride in their product. They stand by their product and do their best to put out the best. 3. Amazing beer. So amazing in fact, the t-shirt my husband got is a bit too snug over his little beer belly! Oops! :0)

We arrived before 7, put our name in and saw we were not far down the list. We were told the wait would be at least 1/2 hour. Then we saw a group of 11 was waiting before us. They do not have tables for more than 4, so tables need to be put together and cleared that become available next to each other. After an hour we thought surely it would be our turn. We saw 2 tables that were empty next to each other that could be perfect for our group of 6. We then watched as no one cleaned it for over 20 minutes. We asked the 'bouncer' about it, and he said 'I can't tell them how to do their job'. (I guess he's not allowed to help clean tables either?!) There needs to be someone just cleaning tables and bringing water etc to make this place run smoothly. Finally we sat down after waiting over 1.5 hours. Our waitress seemed surprised we wanted to order food right away! Then another hour until the food came as there was a private party and the party of 11 ahead of us jamming up the kitchen. Eating so late is not our usual routine so I was not the happiest but as least we had lots of time to catch up with our friends! Not sure I will return on a Friday, but earlier in the week with 2-4 people is good. Food is Always great though and the prices are good too even for drinks. I tried two flights, eight different beers. I found them all to be good with a couple of them, the Helles Lager and the Dark Czech Lager, that were exceptional (and I'm typically not a lager aficionado). They have a limited menu and I had the gobbler sandwich with a side of potato salad. Sandwich was fresh and quite good, but the standout was the pickles, which were amazing! I also ordered a side of pickle spears because they were that good. They said that someone locally makes the pickles. Service is good, staff was friendly.
