But the owner kept all of our money even after showing them photos of my dog hiding under the chair and wound on his neck. They refused to give us our money back even though we didn't continue training and laughed at me for mentioning how scared my dog was. The amount of money spent isn't worth the training that you can find on YouTube and order a shock collar on Amazon. Didn't help my dog at all.

Red flags everywhere…read more The facility is at a remote private residence with a cluttered pen in the front yard and a small shed off to the side. Where is the play yard? I took my dogs with black nails there for nail trims because we had heard good things and they were recommended by PAWS. Behind the partial wall in this cramped shed were stacks of crates. Was this the boarding area, God forbid?? One had an incessantly barking dog. No separation or privacy whatsoever for the dogs to avoid anxiety and overstimulation. This man is no groomer. Granted, he tried to make nice with the pups. His approach to trimming was to pull them by the leg and try to strong arm them while using a clipper to try to chop their claws without checking for their quick. We weren't there 10 minutes before leaving. Tried to get me to let him do the trimming in my car?!? He did turn me down when I offered to pay. Very disappointed and I feel bad for putting my dogs through that visit.
