I went in to pick up some Origen and Stella & Chewy's for my boy, and couldn't find the cat Origen. I searched for a while and finally asked the person at the register. She looked around a bit but couldn't find it either, concluding that they were out of stock. I needed it right away so looked a little further and found it. When I told the employee, so that others wouldn't have to repeat my experience, she looked at me blankly, seemingly not interested. The overall vibe was that I was creating an inconvenience by requesting assistance. There was no warmth, no presence, no sense that I was particularly welcome in the store. I have met with this kind of attitude on several previous occasions while shopping at this store. I may continue to go here from time to time *only* because of the convenient (for me)location, but I hope to find a store with better customer service. Also, there's a sense that dogs might be the favored species here (they must pull in more profit), and the register is surrounded by body parts like pig ears and whatnot.

I informed her that he was a senior dog, enucleated OU (both eyes removed), and he takes a sedative so he would be more calm for the grooming. She said it would be fine , as long as he was up to date with all his vaccines. We understood and scheduled an appointment with them. When my sister arrived, the groomer Jesus immediately declined service. His reasoning was he didn't feel comfortable because of the dog age and being blind. He looked at him disgustingly. It's upsetting because all this information was disclosed over the phone beforehand. It was just a big waste of time. Learn how to communicate better and don't be disrespectful to new possible clients.

I messaged a friend who has his own grooming business, and his said that the bruises should never have happened, and it's not common for dogs to get them while getting their nails cut. My dog was in there for maybe 5 min, and came out looking beat up and scared. You can tell she genuinely cares and handles dogs with intention, not just routine. Capri's blowout is flawless. Her coat is soft, silky, and perfectly fluffy. This is the best she has ever looked.
