I was able to patronize this hand-wash car service, because I remembered having a quality experience here the last time they cleaned my cars! I had the hardest time finding them (even though I have been before), because they are under new management and weren't listed on Yelp or Google Maps as an existing business. Once I was able to hand over my keys, select my car wash, and wait in the lovely outdoor waiting area (there's an indoor one too), the first things I did were to create a Yelp page and add them on Google Maps. I am always pleased with their service, and I know business have had to change hands over the pandemic, but I was pleased to learn that this place's quality hadn't changed. My car was completed within an hour, it was spotless inside and out, and it wasn't greasy! They also kept my driver's seat setting the same. I hope to return again, because it's always a good and reliable experience. Before the pandemic, I would always purchase some ice cream while I waited, but that wasn't an option this time. First time going to a hand wash car place- very reasonable I thought, and given that I hadn't made time to clean my car for way too long, best $60 I spent for Qtip service for SUV. Very friendly and on an early Sunday morning they had be out within 30 mins or so. They have indoor and outdoor seating while you wait. The WiFi wasn't working- maybe the password got updated but not the signage- very minor notation. And they had a little beverage station to access while you waited. Will likely be back for future cleaning services. Love how clean my car was afterwards! read more

Paradise Car Wash was named Brio Car Wash before. The location is the same, but the service has been remarkably better since they changed management. Mr. Frank is a great manager who and I believe it is thanks to him that this place runs so smoothly now compared to before. They never fail to do an exceptional job on my car and they always give it back to me looking spotless, even when I ask for the Q-tip wash, the most basic one you can get. I truly love how much attention they give to detail. The best part is that they are fast and efficient too; today they were done within 20' of me checking in. They usually take 30 to 40 minutes, which seems very reasonable to me anyways. They have a nice quiet little waiting area inside with comfortable couches so time goes by fast, and it is great that I get to work from my laptop in the meantime. Best car wash my baby has got in ages. The attention to detail was amazing. I have had a few accidental coffee spills and all other car wash business always miss. Not Paradise though. Arrived at 1115am for a basic wash and took them over 2 hours to do. Plus there was only 2 cars in front of me for hand car wash. The car washers and cleaners were nice and the outdoor patio area had an outlet and nice seating with large umbrellas which made it comfortable and convenient to work while waiting on my service to be completed. That's the only reason for the 2 stars. I was gifted with a car detail for my long distance travel out of the state and I truly regret choosing this place over all the others. I had to go back TWICE for them to go over things they had overlooked, the first time was my display being smeared with black stuff, a guy came and cleaned up it with no problem. Made it really shiny and things. With me leaving the same day I was only focused on getting back home to get my things in order only for me to find that they hadn't even touched the trunk like the guy said they would. I had to call at least 6 times to get thru to someone and when I did the guys response was "when we came back the first time you didn't have the guy clean that too?" No accountability or responsibility taken on their end for not ensuring all steps of the process was completed before giving me my car back. Also, there's no difference between the mini detail and the wash and wax service so I was really jipped out of "$20" extra since the guy was so kind to take $10 off after me questioning him for the change in services included/not included on their website and their billboard menu at drive-up spot. I wasn't informed of the credit card charge even tho it was only an extra like $3 and some change, it would've been courteous of the guy to inform me of an extra charge so I would have had the choice to pay in a different method or not. Anyways, I had to add an extra hour on my already long road trip ahead just so that they could clean out my trunk and I could store my luggage back there. I didn't let it stress me then bc I was super excited about my trip and grateful for the detailing (my car was super junky) but I am super disappointed with the service I received and will not recommend anyone to this place. After spending more time in my vehicle I spotted even more spots where the "cleaning and conditioning" was subpar. Smh is all I can do at this point. Lesson learned, don't choose a car detailing place last minute and don't trust that they will live up to their name via the service provided. The only paradise vibes felt was out on the patio. The older African fellow that usually manages the place is extremely friendly and helpful but last time I went it was a younger guy. Extremely rude and said they could only wash my truck if I got one one of the high dollar packages. Basically just trying to rip me off on top of being very un friendly. Had a monthly unlimited membership at this place with the previous owner. Once it was bought out the prices went up and the service went down. We had 3 cars on the membership and have had items stolen out of 2 of them including cash multiple times. Also they ruined the paint protective coating on our lamborghini as well which cost over 3K to fix. Even after ruining this they have the nerve to use our car for marketing and advertisement without our permission. Do not use this business. read more

July 3rd Truly upset today I visited car wash and was super excited because I hear so much about it I visit the location and they wash my car and it was absolutely amazing got inside my car and realized the $20 that I left in the middle console was taken out. I hate when people steal for me and looks like I won't be getting a membership at this car wash. Really love this neighborhood hand wash. We also like to be sure to take care of our cars and with black paint, any machine wash is sure to leave small scratches or marks. So we bought monthly memberships for both our cars at Paradise and regularly take them for washes. The quality of their washes is outstanding, and is worth the extra wait over a machine wash. Frank has been awesome as well, he will give us a call when our cars are ready if we decide to drop them off to run other errands in the area. Would highly recommend! read more

I mean WOW! This team did an INCREDIBLE job with my car!!! I just moved recently so I had my dogs in the car for a long road trip and there was hair everywhere (and I mean all over the car). They got every single piece of hair out. My car hasn't looked this good since I bought it brand new. Not to mention it took less than three hours, I was surprised when they called me so soon to pick it up. They have definitely solidified my decision on finding my go to detail shop.
