We purchased a custom built deck and a spa from Paradise Decks & Spas, San Antonio, in 2022. We have been happy with the deck and spa both, until 2025 rolled around and our speakers stopped working, like a domino effect. Realizing they were out of warranty, we called Paradise's recommended serviceman at least 6 times and could not get him to return our calls. I called about 3-4 times to the sales rep in hopes he could light a fire under him to no avail. Giving up on the custormer service after the sale, I reached out to a local hot tub specialist. We learned that by replacing the speakers with the exact make/model we had before would mean purchasing 4 speakers that are advertised NOT to be waterproof! Maybe that was the problem all along. So, beware of the hot tub you purchase that won't have waterproof speakers AND don't count on get any follow up service from Paradise Spas in the future! read more

I know if I go into detail on the experience that I had, Jamie, the manager will become confrontational , disrespectful, and again call me a liar. It took me weeks to get over the awful negative experience that I had with this company. I will just say that if you are an elderly person, a woman, a dog owner, dislike a smoker smoking in your face, insist on high quality work and not taking shortcuts just because they aren't seen, hold people accountable for their word, work and actions, and keeping all the tools and trash picked up... this is NOT the company for you. My sales person, Frederick, was awesome & because of him I selected Paradise to build my Timber Tech deck. He did keep his word and put Jamie to shame for calling me, the customer paying her $5000, a liar. I was so very disappointed in the lack of professionalism, the poor quality of work, the shortcuts taken, and poor knowledge of not only the city codes, but Timber Techs guidelines and codes. Save yourself nothing but grief and stay away. You will see the nasty disrespectful comments I'm sure Jamie will come back with after my post. Even her employees say the same thing, actually worse, about her. I was so excited to partner with them & thought it was going to be a fantastic experience. THE BEST! After calling around for estimates, Paradise was the obvious choice. I read some of the bad reviews on Yelp and got a little nervous but then noticed the poor reviews were outdated and the more recent reviews were amazing. I am so happy I chose to go with Paradise. From the first call to the office to speak with Jamie to the final inspection, this experience has been second to none. If you want the best deck work for a reasonable price you need to get with Paradise. Nate was my "designer" and never pressured me into anything. The two man team that built my deck were Mike and Russ these guys kept me informed throughout the build and did a phenomenal job bringing my deck to life. I really would like to recommend Dale and his team. I ordered a CalFlame outdoor kitchen unit from his Paradise Decks & Spas. I live north of Austin, TX. This was after I had tried to order something with another dealer closer to home and the guy was very unprofessional and kept giving me the run around even though I went to his store a couple times. So I ended up calling Dale and he was very prompt and explained everything to me in detail. Even though he was hours away from my house we were able to take care of everything by phone including ordering. The unit came in a week earlier then originally quoted (which was awesome). His delivery team was amazing and got the really heavy unit place and installed at correct location. Extremely dissatisfied with paradise decks. 4 1/2 year old deck stained and sealed every year since finished. Wood was considered premium cedar BUT by the looks of what we just uncovered you can clearly tell the materials used were not treated prior and the wood had so many knots. Tried reaching out to resolve the issue was told to send what treatments I used and why it looked as if the deck was wet?! It's an outside deck which weathers the elements???? Haven't heard anything back to try and fix the issue. Horrible customer service. Save yourself the THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS and go somewhere else. I purchased a Hot Spring Grandee from Paradise, and my mother purchased another brand of spa from another dealer. The differences between the two experiences was night and day. Paradise was easy to work with and Dale was extremely responsive during the entire process. He suggested I come pick up my electrical box, breakers, and instructions and have those hooked up prior to delivery so his guys could hook up the tub the day of delivery. This proved to be a HUGE difference. I rebuilt the deck and it took longer than expected, so when my spa arrived before the deck was finished Paradise kept it in the showroom until I was ready for delivery. Once the deck was done, I let Dale know and his guys (Jerry and Mike, I believe) brought the tub out the next day. They carefully put the tub in place, hooked everything up, filled it, made sure everything was spotless and worked as intended, and then gave me a quick walk through before departing. It was effortless and met all my expectations. My mother's spa company just dropped the tub off with a dirty cover, forgot to bring the electrical box, filter, and salt cartridges, and left us with an empty tub that we apparently have to have an electrician come hook up. Their guys don't even connect the spa, even if power ready (but it won't be since they don't give you the subpanel and breakers until they deliver). A week after delivery and it still isn't running, while we wait for the electrician - FRUSTRATING. The saleswoman was also either dishonest, or didn't know the product. We were told it was "entirely composite/rot proof" only to find out as they were moving it in place that only the exterior of the cabinet was composite - the entire frame was just wood, and will rot. So far it has NOT been a very "Sweet" experience. You could even tell the delivery guys were used to the orders having issues, and we're equally as frustrated as they're the ones who have to deal with the aftermath. I will be buying another tub in the next few years for a rental property, and it will CERTAINLY come from Paradise. read more

From our initial contact to the construction team, to working out a few minor issues with the management, we were treated professionally every step of the way. Had an appointment to have a designer come out for an estimate on a ramp. Appointment was for 2:00 PM. At 2:05, I get a call that the designer is sick and won't make it out, can we reschedule for the next day. I agreed to reschedule. Next day, no designer at the scheduled time. I call Paradise and got "I'm sorry. I was an oversight. You were on the schedule, but the designer didn't come in today. We'll come out tomorrow." My response was "NO!! I'm going with another contractor. Goodbye." If this is how they run their business, I feel sorry for their customers. I'm giving them one star only because I can't give a review with zero stars. read more

Worst service ever! Once the sale is done they forget who you are. Bought a Hot Springs hot tub from these guys. Within the first 8 months I had a couple of minor issues. Nothing major...one of the jet covers broke and needed replacing (it's literally like a $2 part). A piece of the exterior paneling was starting to come off. And I had a couple questions about the water chemistry. Since it was under warranty I first called Hot Springs customer service directly. They said warranty issues need to go through the dealer that sold me the tub. So I called Paradise and talked to Dale who acted as though he had no idea who I was. As soon as I said I had a warranty issue on my hot tub he stopped me and said that a guy named Brian (I think) at Spa Daddy handles all of their warranty claims and gave me his phone number. Really felt like he was just trying to rush me off the phone so he didn't have to deal with it. So I called Spa Daddy and left a message. No reply. Went to the website and filled out the "Contact Us" form. No reply. Called and left another message. No reply. This is over about a 2-week period. So I called Dale back and again got the impression that he had no idea who I was. And again, as soon as I said warranty, he said that Bell Pool and Spa handle all of their warranty claims. So first of all...which is it? Spa Daddy or Bell Pool and Spa? He started to give me the phone number and I stopped him and said he needs to handle this now. The Hot Springs website lists his name as my local contact...not Spa Daddy and not Bell Pool and Spa...so HE needs to handle my issue. So he hung up and called Sheila over at Bell Pool and Spa and she called me back about 30 minutes later. Spoke to her for about an hour and went over everything I needed. She said she would order the piece and then schedule a time to come out and fix everything. Said I should head back in a week or so. So fast-forward a month later and I still haven't heard back, so I call over the course of about ten days and leave messages for Sheila and can't get a return call. So I call Dale back and said that HE needs to get on this immediately. He tried to make a bunch of excuses about why she hasn't gotten back to me...things are complicated because of COVID blah blah blah. The laziest excuse, ever. It's too easy to just blame everything on COVID these days. I called BS and told him to handle it. He said he would call and talk to Sheila and have her call me back. That was two weeks ago and I haven't heard from either of them since. Don't waste your time with these clowns. From reading some of the other comments it seems like this is their M.O....sell you something and then forget about you. I finally called Hot Springs back directly. They tried to refer me back to the dealer, but when I told them how worthless my dealer was they handled my issues directly. She had the parts I needed in the mail the next day and I got them two days later. I had to buy new cartridges and filters for my tub...I called an out-of-town dealer and bought it from them and had them ship it. Not giving these clowns any more of my business. Took twice as long to arrive as originally stated, with no updates. Never came out to see my property, arrived with the hot tub and told me my two options to get it in my backyard were to remove a tree or a section of fence that adjoins my neighbor. Additionally, was told the electrical work I'd had done-per guidance when buying hot tub-was not correct for the tub, even if they could get it in the yard. Was told the "correct" electrical piece needed would be dropped off on my porch, prior to determining how we'd get the hot tub in. It was never dropped off. Left multiple messages; asked for cash deposit back. Was told multiple times the owner was out of town and it would have to wait until his return. Finally left message via FB for owner, who knew nothing about it. Was told my cash would be at the shop on Monday. It was. Take several quotes!!!!! The quality. Of the deck LOOKS good but that's not saying much since we only had it for a few days. We had issues with the measurements. They came out and did guesstimation on my roof so when they were getting ready to put up the patio cover over the deck they built they "had a problem" and realized the slope of our roof was too steep to attach the patio cover to the fascia. They said they'd work with us and that it would "only" cost $900. I'm already spending a few grand, how do you make a mistake like that. Unacceptable. I wish I would've never allowed that. Update feb 2019: decks are still good. Had to replace two boards two weeks after installation they took care of it free of charge. read more

Amazing product. Amazing warranty. Amazing local dealer. After doing my due diligence, the Hot Springs hot tub was clearly the right choice for me and my family. So in 2022 we purchased the Aria hot tub. The tub was installed and we were thrilled with the tub's performance. About six months after the installation, I asked Dale if he would have Matt stop by to take a look at the tub. The results of that visit was far beyond my expectation. Matt identified "in my mind" a minor flaw in my tub. He said he would inform Dale of his finding. The very next conversation I had with Dale, he informed me that he was going to replace my hot tub. I was blown away. When the new tub arrived, I wasn't able to make the exchange at that time so Dale told me it wasn't a problem and he would hold the new hot tub in his warehouse until the time was right for me. When the new tub was being installed, I was informed that it was not only a new tub, it was a new 2023 model which included seven additional jets and a new cover. All of this was done at no additional cost to me. I was stunned. Dale McNight was my point of contact throughout this entire process. He did an amazing job. The spacing on the deck is different. The poored concrete was done sloppy and spilled all over the stepping stones, one of the flowerbed is totally destroyed. I was a bit skeptical at first because they didn't have the best reviews on YELP and I think their reviews on Angie's list were also pretty average, but I was continuously reassured that they would meet all our requests and that they wouldn't leave the job until we were happy. We had a good experience with Paradise. We took quotes from 3 different companies. The first company took over a month to get us a quote, sent us unprofessional drawings and didn't seem to want our business. The second company was the original winner with a price so good it was hard to turn down, but after we ordered from the sales rep, didn't hear back from the company for a week until we called them to cancel..and then got a high pressure "you already signed a contract and are legally bound" BS from the other company, with a really bad attitude. SO, we went with Paradise and BOY ARE WE GLAD WE DID! Talk about making a right choice, we were spot on with this decision. We had 4 points of contact with Paradise. The sales rep Kyle, who has his degree in architecture. The sales manager Ryan, the project manager Mike and the carpenter Derrick. Kyle was as professional as a guy can be and his drawings and design were amazing. He designed our layout like it was his most important architecture project ever. When we didn't follow up with Paradise the next business day, we got a call from Ryan and explained that we were going with another company based on pricing. He made no disputes but asked what he could do to earn our business. Despite not being able to do much in lowering pricing, we liked his attitude and the experience was already pleasant. Once in motion, Mike came out and did a survey and looked some things over. Next we had our lumber delivered and then Derrick came the next day to start the job. We had been told it would take 2 to 3 days to complete the job. It actually took 7 and the job was delayed by several minor things such as not enough lumber being delivered, some minor design items that needed tweeking by Derrick the carpenter, and rain. Every day that Derrick was on the job working made us much more comfortable with the process. The work he was doing was amazing and we had no problem with the process taking a bit longer for the quality of work that we got. Mike called several times to follow up and swung by several other times to check up on progress. We had hand railings and 3 sets of stairs added to our existing patio slab. We also had several privacy walls built on to our patio cover. The quality and detail that Derrick put in to this job is superb. It was well worth the wait to have the beautifully finished patio and deck that was crafted carefully and with care. Derrick took a lot of pride in his work and it shows in the final product. He even took care to make the balusters on the railings removable so that we can stain the railings easier. Derrick began with the end in mind and added some nice little touches and flares that give us a nice finished and custom look to our backyard. He worked on both Saturday and Sunday in an effort to keep the project rolling despite the setbacks and the rain. We spent more with Paradise than the other offers we got, and believe that it was well worth it. You get what you pay for in construction and we got exactly what we wanted with this. If you want cheap prices that are reflected by cheap work, Paradise is not the company for you. If you want fair pricing and amazing carpentry craftsmanship that is worth every penny you paid for it, you're reading reviews for the right place. Also, keep in mind that some people just can't be pleased and that not everyone is perfect. People make mistakes, even when you pay them not to. Some people are negative and will not give businesses good reviews and will use sites like this as a sounding board just to be negative. Take these reviews with a grain of salt. The more complicated your job is, the more complications you're going to have, so expect a challenging job to take a while and have some troubles. read more

If I were you I would never use paradise deck and spas. What they like to do is come to your house sit there for four hours try to sell you a deck that's going to Take 8 to 10 weeks to start building a deck. What Rob said was that he would only be an hour it actually took four hours for him to get the sale. He took the best measurements told us that he would submit documents to our Homeowners association and They declined the first design. And then he came back to us and said I will re-design it and send it to the homeowners association to fool them and they excepted the new design. In the interim all the documents I asked him is this document binding he said no and that we can cancel anytime. About a week later I called and Canceled. He asked me if I had talk to my wife about it because he talk to her and he was trying to still get me to go with them. The end of the conversation was that I told him no we were not going to go with him. Today on June 25th 2021 we received credit cards in the mail from Wells Fargo one for $9500. What I never expected was for a company to run a credit card for us when we told them that we were not going to go with them. This is not going to be my only review from them I will review them on other sites because this company has affected my credit my wife's credit and our lives. I am advising everyone not to go with them look at the fine print ask more questions but if you ask questions they probably won't tell you because they're trying to just get your money. Do not go with this company!!!!!!!!!!!! Rob you are the worst " so called salesman." What you're real name should be "Rob the Con boy" .You All are tricking people to get their money. I will begin by saying I never got to the stage of having actual work done by this company, so I cannot speak to the quality of their work. Their sales tactics were enough to turn me off. When I initially called to schedule someone to come out and give me a bid, I was given the third degree about my marital status, told my husband would have to be present (he's deployed), asked about a power of attorney and if I had my husband's permission to make modifications on our brand new home I have been making all decisions on that we are just closing on. I can understand the legal basis for a few of the questions, but it was the insulting and sexist way in which he asked them that left me with the first bad feeling. When the "designer" showed up, he was very nice. I showed him the space. I told him the approximate size. Now, every company measures differently. He was the 6th person to come measure and they each have a slightly different measurement. I watched him measure and even offered to help because he wasn't getting point to point. He was about 2 1/2' off on one section, then turns to me and says, "Yep, you're exactly right." He very kindly left his boots outside even when I said he could bring them in. He sat at the table and began to "sketch" and work up the estimate. Now, I'd originally been told that I needed to bring in a table and chairs so the "designer" could sketch my new back yard space. What I got was a poorly drawn square on a piece of notebook paper with bad measurements. He spent the next 10 minutes regaling me with the owner's background and hard stance on excellent customer service. They aren't the kind of company to continually call and hassle and will be the lowest price any way. He began the quote with a "retail" price. I've never heard of a "retail" price from a contractor in my life and I've been in the construction business since I was 6. My dad ran his own GC company. It started at $10,000 some odd dollars. Then, he drops down to a price that's good for the month, then one that's good for that day only if I agree to sign a contract. At this point in time I have 2 bids back from the other 5 who've come out and they are for $5-6,000 for deck, sod, fencing- basically full landscaping. Eventually he calls his very wonderful boss who drops the price to right above my highest current bid. When I still refuse to sign, he tried lumping a cruise into the package. At one point it seems like he will not leave until I sign, and tells me if I change my mind I can call tomorrow and they'll tear it up. Well, I'm not signing anything, especially when the cancellation policy on the contract says something completely different and I told him I wanted to discuss it with my husband as well as wait for other bids. He reminds me that they're not going to call me, I need to call them, and if I do it's a $2,000 increase because I didn't sign today. I'm okay with that because I don't plan on calling them any way. The next day I get a call from the company asking me my impressions and why I didn't sign. I say it's too high, I'm not interested. The next 5 or so minutes is a strong arm attempt to get me to sign with them, to include being told that my husband gave me authorization to make this decision and I should do so in order to have the job completed by the time he comes home. The further implication was that I would be a good little wifey by having this job done and not having to burden him with this decision while he's deployed. It was ridiculous. I still refused, and he told me he'd call me back Monday, this was a Saturday, and schedule a woman to come to my house to talk to me. Are you friggin' kidding me?! Why, because woman to woman she was going to change my mind? I was called again and told that the other guy was new and didn't quote me correctly and they would match my lowest price, $3,000 at this point. So $10,000 to $3000. No thanks. I did not enjoy my experience and hope that others have better luck with these brow beaters and strong armers. read more

More than 3 weeks ago we had them come to the house to give us ideas and prices for extending the concrete in the back yard, putting in some composite decking, getting a covered patio and creating a bar area. There was a man and woman who came over, looked around, took measurements, began sketching some ideas and asked if we would be around that weekend so they could show us their plans and ideas. We said yes and waited the entire weekend for their call. We have never heard back from anyone. Over 3 weeks now! This project was expected to cost around $20,000, so to not even call back is inexcusable. We could have found someone else and had the work done in the time we have been waiting. This individual took a lot of my time, didn't understand what we wanted, told me we needed a roof repair (which two other contractors have said is NOT necessary) at the cost of $4,750, but then finally realized that they really couldn't do the work we had requested. Called to make appointment for an Est. and they only wanted to make it if my husband would be there because they wanted the decision maker there. I told them that is not the way our family worked, I was decision maker in our family so they agreed and set an appointment. The morning of the appointment they called said that they were very busy and unless my husband was going to be there they would NOT come out. They would only come if the decision maker was going to be there and that it was company policy. Apparently speaking to a wife is a waste of their time. This company needs to realize that times have changed and women are the decision makers in a lot of families these days. To have such an antiquated policy in this day and age is appalling. The young man who came and sold us the deck was raving on how amazing the customer service was and how Jamie the owner would come out. He said she makes it a point to come out to measure before they build then again to inspect and sign off on all the decks so I was expecting to meet her. Instead the man came out re-measured and then they eventually set up time to come out. This is where the communication started to break down. It started with that it was said that someone would be out on a certain day, and no one came. I was told that I was given a two day window, and they communicated the day and time with my husband. I asked that this be done with me since I am the one at home and have to let the dog in and out. A week later the guy started on the deck and I was never given a timeline and so the work went on for over a week. To include a Sunday Morning when we were sleeping that we woke to the installation. I then noticed that the railing was put on and the wood was split and the man continued to hide the mistake and cover it with putty. He said he completed the work and someone came to inspect the work - not the owner and I showed him the issues he said he agreed that it should not have been done like that. Then I was told the ruff wood was because it was natural wood and it was ok for it to look like it had been puttied over-ed. I was told that Jamie would contact me to set up an appointment to have someone do the repairs. Again a wide timeline was given. The guy showed up and started working on an area that was not reported as having issues, and so when I came home it looked as though no one had done any work. I called to complain to be told only Jamie can handle this. Then the repairman shows up at my house unannounced again at 1 pm on a Sat to start work and to tell me he had been here the day before. I showed him the work that needed to be done only to be told oh I was not told to fix that. They stayed at my house till 8 pm in the dark to finish the work on a Sat. and when I spoke to Jamie on Monday about the issues about the communication she blamed it on my husband. Then she raised her voice at me, and I hung up. Not once did she ever take responsibility of the issue and kept shifting blame, and for all my wasted time and inconveniences she not once tried to make it right other to say we fixed what we messed up. Which should never have happened in the first place. This company has a lack of Customer Service and for an owner to not take ownership and to make a customer hate their new deck is pretty bad. read more

Ok We had a deck built back in April. The work was done well. We have had several compliments on the deck and we use it often. Cost was over $31K. Good construction is not cheap. That said, their follow up leaves a lot to be desired and if you enjoy rude conversations you will fall in love with the Office Manager. They promise a $300 referral fee. I referred to a friend and he had them build them a Patio cover. Don't hold your breath waiting for a follow up or for them to honor their so called referral program. I have experienced better, but not in San Antonio. On that basis they are the best of the worst out there. Sad statement, but true. read more

I will start off this review on a positive note. The contractors that were hired by Paradise to build our deck were second to none. They showed up when they said they would and did a phenomenal job building the deck in the time frame that they were instructed to abide by. They were very friendly, professional and were always willing to answer any questions we had while they were on the job site. We are happy with their work. Now, onto the reason for the two star review. We hired Paradise to build our deck at the beginning of December with the intentions of having it done for our Christmas party. We were told by the designer that she did not see why it could not be done in time. We obtained approval by our HOA in one day and were ready to get going immediately. It wasn't until we had to deal with Jamie (the project manager) that things started heading south. Although the designer told us she didn't think there would be any issues with having the deck built by Christmas Jamie seemed very skeptical from the get go but never mentioned to us that it WOULD NOT be done in time. We were constantly trying to obtain an exact time frame of when the crew would show up, when they would start, how many days they would be on site and we were never given a clear answer. We were always told it just depended on the weather. When things started getting frustrating was when we asked the contractors if they would be done before Christmas. They acted surprised and told us that Jamie said they had eight days to build the deck. They started on December 20th and we asked them on December 22nd. This meant that Paradise knew our deck would not be done on time but they never told us that. It was almost as if we were given false hope so that we would agree to get the project started. We picked up the phone and called Jamie when we found this out. She immediately started talking over us (this has been mentioned by past reviews) in a raised tone and said that she told us that it WOULD NOT be done in time. We went back and forth until the point where Jamie said she didn't know what we wanted her to do. No mention of "let me make this right" or "I apologize, I should have mentioned that it wouldn't be done" She just continued on as if WE were in the wrong. She never mentioned one time that the deadline would not be met. We continued on with our plans and invited all of our family over thinking we would have our new deck this whole time. Just to make it known, the deck wasn't done for New Years Eve either.... There is a big issue with little to no clear communication. It also seems like the past issues in other reviews have not been addressed. I am hoping that we will not have any issues with warranty work since it seems like they are awful at assisting customers after they receive payment. I wish we would have read the past reviews before hiring Paradise. Everything that was said was exactly how it was. Words were put in our mouths, we were talked over, yelled at and given attitude by Jamie just as others before. If you are the type of person that likes to be informed, respected, and treated like a customer (especially when you are paying a hefty amount for a service), I would suggest finding a different company to build your deck. Save the headache, there are other companies out there that can provide a great experience with a great product. read more

AWFUL. I have never had such issues with a company before. First of all there was a miscommunication regarding the patio cover and when they built it while we were at work we had no idea what we would come home to. We called and told them we hated it, they tried to talk us into it, but we said no. They tried to charge us $450 to fix it. Absolutely NOT! They finally waived the fee after my husband begged them. So they built it over the span of a week. Well, apparently the builder picked up our extension cord when he left and he's saying he didn't. Irritating. Then upon further inspection of my husband and myself, we noticed that they had CRACKED the molding on the side of our BRAND NEW HOUSE! You can tell he tried to "fix" it with (shoe) goo probably, but no. I called them. The project manager finally came back out and said "ok, I guess it looks like we damaged it. Find out the house and trim colors and the builder will come out to fix it." I found all the info, called. No reply FOR 4 DAYS! Finally, Friday morning the project manager called and said builder would come by that afternoon or early Saturday morning. Here it is Saturday afternoon, no builder, no phone call. Do not use this company. We decided to go with this company after seeing all the wonderful reviews on the bbb website. Well I guess they must pay them to get those reviews. Our patio cover is falling down after only a month of being built not to mention all the other issues we had to deal with before, during and after building the cover. We were told all cedar boards would be used in our construction of our cover, well this was not the case. Honestly, stay away from this company!!! They feed you a very long "great reviews" line and how they back up all of their work....Well this is one month after and we are already dealing with problems with no response to date. read more

First they sold the spa we put money down for. Then sold us another one which already had a motor replaced 3 times within a year. Don't waste your time on the cheap spas they sell. Deals seem great but the quality of the product you get is not there. You need to work with outside contractor to get the product fixed. At what point do I get my money back or a better spa? read more

I will never do business with companies like this that require both spouses to be present and use high pressure tactics like "1st day incentives" to try to get customers to sign a contract on the spot. Poor sales approaches like this scream WARNING to me. read more

We attempted to utilize Paradise to convert the area of the deck they previously built to support a hot tub back to regular deck space..... the person on the phone was less than helpful and required both my wife and I be available to meet with them (we both work full time and live in another house across town). Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this company. read more

This doesn't deserve 1 star!! STAY AWAY!! The owner of the company, Rick, was so rude and offered no solution to the issue. People make mistakes and that's ok, but Rick's rude tone was completely unacceptable. AND. . .They haven't even started our project! read more
