They don't have outlets on the floor at the benches in the center, but there are a few outlets on the walls, so if you need to charge your devices I recommend sitting at the chairs next to the treasure chest (where I'm writing this review lol). Space seems very dog friendly, and there are 2 tables outside where the fur baby pawrents would typically sit with their fur babies. I also saw dog treats at the cashier that dog owners are free to take. I guess if you wanted to eat them you could, but I would judge you. For my drink, I got the Woodsman - opted for iced, large size, and whole milk. The drink was very chai spice-forward, which I loved. The staff member who took my order asked for my name, and later on when I went up to inquire the WiFi password, he addressed me by name - impressive. The owner (?), Heather, also thanked me for coming here after I picked up my drink. Needless to say, super friendly people. I didn't get a pastry or sandwich, but that's the goal for my next visit!

I stood at the counter, looked at display case, even walked back and forth multiple times, while the employees literally feet from me stood around and continued to talk to each other. Maybe they are nice people once they actually help you, but when you just ignore a customer instead of acknowledging them, that's a bad start. Walked out.

I believe mom and pop owned since forever, so very kind and local! Friendly service. When I worked nearby during high school, a co-worker snagged a box of these and I was impressed, though I had simple taste buds. More recently, I picked up a box and enjoyed how fluffy the donuts were, everything was fresh, airy, and light while balancing a slight crispy exterior. The one drawback I think is that most of their donuts are too sweet. While everything else is addicting, the sweetness can quickly catch up and make you feel sick of sugar. Then again, the fluffy, airy texture is so addicting, so it's an internal battle.

Cost a few pennies more for 2 shots than some place, but the coffee tasted a fair bit better. Pretty chocolatey for black coffee. She had me out the door and on in my way before ya know it. The boba is so overcooked that it is mushy, and the creme brulee was not thick enough that I have to use a spoon to even be able to get any of it out (instead of being able to drink it from the other side which is what it is supposed to be). I will not be purchasing anything from them again but if you're going to, specially in higher quantities, be sure to ask them for the expiration date of the product before purchasing. I bought 200 espresso capsules to last me at least a few months while I traveled internationally. When I received the boxes I noticed that the capsules were going to expire in only 2 months. I reached out to the customer service team and asked if I could have the capsules exchanged with ones that would still be good for another few months and to my surprise, they denied my request. This is unacceptable and very frustrating. When a product is due to expire in less than 3 months, the least you can do is to note that in the description so that when someone wants to make a bulk purchase for any given reason, they can take that into consideration. I'm very disappointed and will not be purchasing again.
