Upon arriving there was a woman loading bottles of alcohol in the back of their SUV and we joked back and forth with her about doing tastings out of the back of her car. Little did we know it was the co-owner, Katie! This interaction set the positive tone for our visit. As we entered, we were then warmly welcomed by several employees who gave us an introduction to the history of Larrikin and then escorted to the main tasting room bar. Several of us did tastings, while our wives enjoyed multiple specialty cocktails. Throughout our visit the employees would bring us additional tastes of things they liked and thought we would enjoy. These additional samples were a good way to share product and had us purchase additional items beyond the tasty bourbon. High-quality bourbons and spirits!
