The food is deff not their strong point. They were out of a lot of different items and it was mostly fried foods. The drinks were good and had plenty of alcohol content. The frozen drinks were probably the best of their drinks but otherwise not much good to be had here. read more

I have never written a review before but I am so appalled by the service here that it is needed for my soul! I realize it was very busy today, but that should not be taken out on customers. I waited in line for quite some time and made it to the counter right before 11:30 (the time when breakfast ends) and the woman at the counter left to put out a sign that lunch would not be served until 12:30. When she returned to the counter she refused to take my breakfast order.... I was the only one left in line and I had been there before 11:30 but she said she was taking no more orders! I have never seen such horrible service. We love coming to this beach but we will no longer be buying food from this establishment who does not respect their customers! Yikes! read more

Our first time here and we had a wonderful lunch on the beach. This is outdoor, counter service, with a lot of tables overlooking the water. And we had our pup with us. Totally pet friendly. Grouper wrap was excellent and the fries were extra crispy as ordered (a rare occurrence). The grilled grouper on top of our salad was cooked perfectly. And the GM, Victor, was super friendly and welcoming. We'll be back!!! read more

I just found the best draft beer deal on the beach. Check this: 99 cents for a 12 oz and $2 for a 20 oz. Well you do the math and realize that unless you want to walk with a big cup, it's better to have two smalls. The beach at this location is wider and quieter than Pass-a-Grille, and that same 99-cent beer will set you back $3.75 at the PaG location! I think a 20oz at PG@PaG is $6.75! So yeah, I am a super fan! PS. Food, soft drinks and ice cream available too! read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE...it is an absolute hidden beach pearl! My sister and I arrived this morning from a 10 -hour overnight drive from Nashville and were starving. Paradise Grille is the perfect little beach shack with fresh food, made swiftly, great customer service and tons of seating. We've always come to this place for bfast when we are in town but now with eating restrictions we ate here once for lunch and had delicious peel and eat shrimp and the shrimp and cheese quesadilla. Both were excellent. Returned for dinner and had the grilled Grouper platter which came with tons of delicious fries and coleslaw. Served hot and fresh and very reasonably priced. Tables are placed far apart for distancing outside and we felt very comfortable there with our masks while awaiting/ordering food. Great job Paradise Grill. Wish we weren't leaving tomorrow!!!!! But we will be back!!!!! read more

Perfect location,right on the beach. We stopped here both days that we walked in the beach. They have a limited liquor license so no hard liquor. The wine based strawberry daiquiris were delish. We ordered the buffalo shrimp and those were awesome, way better than buffalo chicken. It's a nice place to sit and relax with your drink because the views are amazing. read more

I've walked by this "beach shack" dozens of times and have never thought about grabbing a snack for the beach just based off what the outside looks like. This was a prime example that looks can be deceiving. I didn't have time to stop for breakfast or lunch on my way to the beach so this was one of my only options since we parked in the public parking lot at this beach location. I ordered a couple $2.50 Shock Top drafts, they were cold & a great size for the price. I then ordered chicken fingers and fries for $8 or $9 and they were really good. After my friends saw what my meal looked like, they ordered more chicken fingers, a burger and a chili cheese dog. I had a sampling of their food and all was decent for the price but the chicken fingers were the real MVP. I also saw a table order breakfast that looked so good, I immediately regretted ordering lunch. Overall, cheap cold beer, good bar/beach food. read more

Location, location, location! It's the only place in the area that is on the beach. We got the grouper grilled, clam strips, shrimp. It came with French fries and coleslaw. One of the Coleslaw were questionable about how fresh it was. We had more fries than seafood and the the seagull even enjoyed a bite of the fries. Okay for a quick bite. Felt like it was over price even more when the owner/manager yelled "you need to up sell!" read more

You can't beat the convenience, it's right off the beach. Food is pretty tasty and drinks are fairly priced. I wish they were open later in the summer, but 8pm isn't too bad. It's only outdoor seating. You get to enjoy a great view while eating and drinking, but will have to fight off a few red ants. read more

I walk less than half a mile to grab my breakfast and enjoy on beach here. Delicious egg sandwich served with home fried potatoes. Very reasonable $3.50. Or if I make it back for a sunset, the chicken wrap is best I've had on beach. read more

Parking is easy. It's $2.50 per hour metered. This is a beach front location. Gorgeous views. White sandy wide beach. Aqua blue calm water. The restaurant is all outdoor. They have picnic tables with umbrellas. Restrooms available on site. Friendly people everywhere! You can also rent beach chairs/umbrella a few feet away from Paradise Grille. Chairs are not cheap, but they are worth it. Great place on the beach. Way to go Paradise Grille. read more

I am on the beach every Saturday and have eaten at this restaurant 25 plus times. I love the location and the food is pretty good. What my friends and I have found frustrating, is the many times in the last year, we have been turned away. Just yesterday, at 11:30, a friend of mine walked up to order a sandwich and was told, "we are not taking food orders right now". "We are not ready." A month ago, at 12:10 (lunch time), I stood in line and then was told, "we are not taking food orders right now." " We are too busy". This is a common occurrence now when they're open and you never know when they'll be open. They were closed on 2 Saturdays in January and there was about 75 people on the beach playing volleyball at lunchtime. I just have to wonder if the owners know how much business they are losing. It was never like this a year ago. read more

Parking is minimum $50 a day + fees. A cocktail? For an hour? Haha no. I'm being mildly disingenuous. The bar staff (and likely restaurant staff) will give you a QR code to validate all $58 of your parking. But it made me acutely miss a time when you could just park and patronize an establishment. Just don't forget to validate your parking, cuz they sure didn't ask preemptively. They were celebrating a 3-day grand reopening when we went on Saturday. There was *one* artisan in their market space. The music was pumping loud enough to not be able to converse. Although it drew a crowd of younger folks, there was not much to behold from the "grand" reopening. Not even s cost of paint. The beach bar may not have been part of the sprucing up idk, I didn't see anything worth celebrating. I meant to look at the size of the cocktail cup that we got (small), but $13-14 for a cocktail is highway robbery for the end result. And $18 for 6 wings ($3 a wing) was a little disappointing. I expected better of a Hilton adjoined restaurant. No one part was terrible. It was just the way they matched up - loud, expensive, small portions. If you're loud maybe you're cheap and tasty. If you're expensive, maybe you're fast and delicious. This was all the worst parts of a bar that doesn't care about its patrons' economics. A bar that wants to serve tourists with mediocrity and move on to the next crop of people who will never be there again. If you're a tourist it'll probably be fine, if overpriced. If you're a local, don't bother. To be fair, we should ask if there was anything good. hm ... no. We won't be returning. 3 stars is probably generous.

We got to watch an amazing sunset, which was definitely the highlight. The food took a little longer than expected to come out, but it was tasty and reasonably priced. I ordered blackened grouper tacos and my friends ordered burgers. We all enjoyed our plates. The service was good and the staff was friendly. Parking is free, which is a plus, but it is pretty limited, so that's something to keep in mind. Overall, a solid spot with a great vibe.

Local Dive - Older People drinking shots…read more While shopping at the Corey Ave Market for a while, needed to sit down and relax. Walked into the Swigwam Bar and was very happy. Mixed clientele, locals as well as snowbirds. Great atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. This place isn't a place to visit if you want first class or a great meal. Its clean, friendly and the drinks are cheap. We enjoyed it for an hour and met several interesting people. Thanks
