You can't beat the location. It lives up to it's name. The menu is surprisingly diverse. This place also has a full bar with several beer taps with ice cold beer. The perfect location for breakfast! I always get the 2 eggs, sausage, home fries and French toast. Perfect every time. I also enjoy their biscuit and gravy when it's available. My advice to all is to get there fairly early to ensure a table. On Sundays they usually have a little area for local artists selling their creations and a band (most often a 1 or 2 person) playing beachy music. It is very enjoyable. They do sell alcohol...a great selection too. I recommend checking it out. They also have corn hole which is free. You just have to get the bags from the building. I love that game. Lol! read more

Food was not great though, we had the fish and chips and the Mahi sandwich. Both were fried in a thick, cornbread breading, which I ended up removing and was left with a small, overcooked mahi filet. So disappointed with this place. Before Covid this was my favorite spot for grouper. This time we got a plate full of fries and two small over cooked dried out pieces of blackened grouper for 20.00. This is our favorite place when visiting the beach in Florida. This time brought my mom. Right on the beach with great food at reasonable prices. Drinks were great! The staff was wearing masks when we were there contrary to a reviewer from the prior day--hogwash! It was the first thing I noticed because most people were not wearing masks anywhere at the beach. Then the idiot at register charged me additional $4 for onion rings on top of $30 for fish platter and did not give the fries and Cole slaw just horrible square fish on bun with some onion rings. The food portions were huge for the price. Plate sized pancakes so easily shareable making it even better bargain. Great views and nice quiet beach for a nice walk after your meal. Staff was super upbeat and friendly and for a Sunday wasn't busy for breakfast. Downside is have to pay to park as on a public beach but have to do that at several places so used to that too. I was ordering for a group of 6 an hour before sunset, the manager rushed us, messed up the order three times, the manager and cashier made rude comments the entire time the order was being placed (rushing us instead of focusing and getting the order correct). Amazing location for breakfast or lunch and is in the Upham Beach public access area. They have a large deck area, which provides a great views of St Pete Beach area. I didn't order an alcoholic beverage, but they had a number of different beers and cocktails to choose from. The only downfall is the food is a bit overpriced, my breakfast sandwich and home fries were $7 and would likely be $5 or less at another restaurant. read more

My friends and I have been coming here pretty consistently for about a year now and have always had a great experience until today. The older lady at the counter is just absolutely horrible to customers and staff. The younger guy that usually works the counter recognizes us every time we come (and is super sweet) so he doesn't ID us anymore but we tried to order drinks from the older lady and she asked for our ID's, which we left on the beach, and when we told her that she laughed at us and told us no in the rudest way possible and then threw in a sarcastic "sorry". Appreciate the pity but save it. Not to mention, when we came up earlier in the day to grab drinks from the younger guy, she was at the other counter bitching about him to CUSTOMERS saying he's so rude to her and telling them she only looks out for herself around here and nobody likes her. If you're gonna be a crabby c word, I wouldn't be nice to you either. Hope you can check your schedule and see who was working at 4pm on Saturday 8/20 and give them a reality check. Otherwise, great food, great drinks, and the younger guy that works there deserves a raise. read more

We go here often for breakfast or to get a beer in the hot afternoon. If you need a quick bite, this is a fine place to visit and sit outside enjoying the views of the gulf. The food is decent, at the very least it is what you would expect from a beach grille. I often order an omelette for breakfast and their chicken wrap for lunch. Very casual and ok to go in a bathing suit or sweaty workout clothes, one of the main reasons we often go here! read more

If I could give a zero star I would! Perfect location as it is located directly on the beach. Unfortunately the food and service aren't as good as the view! Ordered our food, paid and sat down to wait on our food. They take your name and you wait for them to yell it out. While waiting for our food I saw an employee open a bag of something with his teeth. At that moment I should have requested a refund, it grossed me out. Not much longer our name was yelled and my husband went and retrieved our food. His very first bite had a hair in it! This was perfect at the end of beach day to eat, have a beer, and watch the sunset. I ordered the fried shrimp which came with cole slaw and fries. It was perfect with cold beer. They have a bell that a chosen person gets to ring once the sun completely sets which is fun. I think you go to their website to sign up to be the bell ringer. I also had breakfast here - breakfast burrito which was A LOT of food. I could only eat about half. I would definitely eat here again. read more

Great little hidden gem on the beach! My family and I stay at at condo nearby and go there pretty often. The staff is extremely friendly (especially Pike and Kevin) and all of the ladies are great as well. The food is great, probably the best grouper sandwich in St. Pete. I only got to eat here once but will again once I am back in the area. I got the burger and it came with fries, both very good. Also the burger was a full sized one, not a corporate fast food smear of meat. The clue that says eat here is that many locals walk over to this beachfront concession stand for breakfast and lunch. Outside seating only at a table looking out over the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Service is slow and they could benefit from some new equipment and training for their staff to speed things up. There are two other places called Paradise Grille in the area and this one is a concession stand. This back half of the building is the stand. The front half are the men's and women's changing rooms and bathrooms. This is on a small uncrowded beach and the busy season is September to February. I was here in May 2013. Beach and water good, warm gulf water. No lifeguards on duty which the city should add to make more attractive to families. But then without families this is better for people without families. Nest time in area I will be dropping by and will sample the rest of the menu. read more
