BUYER BEWARE! Back in November 2024, I purchased my 6-foot Barbeque Island (with the Professional Gas Grill) from Paradise Grills from the North Houston store. I was extremely excited and could not wait for it to be delivered. Upon delivery, the Paradise team installed the island and grill. The countertop for the island was cracked and would need to be replaced. The install team made note of that and finished the installation and left. After several weeks and reschedules on behalf of Paradise, we received the new countertop. But we had another problem, the burners did not work properly. The burners are turned on to high and I can hold my hand over them for quite a long time with no problem. Upon reaching out to Paradise they told me that the burners are working properly. I have left all 4 burners on to see how hot the inside of the grill chamber would get. With all 4 burners on high, the lid shut and waiting 30 minutes (waste of propane) the max chamber temp I could get was barely 300 degrees. Obviously, there is some type of issue with the burners or the grills ability to get fuel to them. I have gone back and forth now for over 6 months, all the while not being able to use my expensive new grill. Long story short, they are not going to help me in any way. Management is telling me that the burners and grill are working as designed. Anyone who has ever grilled can see from the video, this is terrible and unusable. The Customer Service department along with Sales Management are the most unprofessional I have encountered with any company I have ever dealt with. They could care less that the product does not work properly and they have an extremely dissatisfied customer. If you are in the market - I would look at other providers and brands. read more

Absolute JUNK, cheap China made garbage. The "Lifetime Warranty" covers nothing, not worth the paper it is printed on. My grill is a few years old and is rusting away inside and out. Customer Service does not offer any help besides telling you the grill will rust if it comes into contact with salt, really what do you think BBQ rubs are made of... Salt. Very deceptive sales practices, they promise the world to make the sale (even lie about the "Lifetime Warranty") to get your $$$ then zero support from the company. The sales guys promise more than the company can deliver. The "thousands of great reviews" are fake based on the junk they are selling in my opinion. Buyer Beware!!! read more

The wife and I were on the road and noticed this place from the freeway, saw they were having a sale so we turned back to check it out. We walked in and immediately knew, this was not the type of grill store we were looking for. The salesman pounced and launched into his sales pitch so quickly, it took a few minutes for me to explain that we were looking for grill accessories, maybe wood pellets for our grill. Not a high end, full outdoor grill set up or tiki hut like they were selling. After I explained this, the salesman was done with us and we walked around the show room for a minute and left. My husband and I wanted to build an outdoor kitchen and saw this place that seems to have everything that we needed for our ba. Kudos to sales guys that know how to sell expensive but poor quality outdoor kitchens. In order for us to get $1,000 off from the $21k kitchen , it needed to be delivered between a week , unfortunately we were having our pool built at that time , so the sales person suggested to have it delivered and installed in the garage then the installers will come back or he will helps us move it to the back yard, but obviously we weren't able to reach him. We left messages, sent emails and no response yet ( it has been almost a year now). Please, Do yourself a favor and spend your money on a durable and good quality outdoor kitchen somewhere else. read more

The product looks good , but their warranty is quite terrible . We had issues with our grill after just a few months . One of the legs failed , and when calling for warranty purposes they wanted to charge 200 USD to send a Rep to make the repair . Stating "Just parts included on Warranty". We spend thousands on dollars on this product and they are not responsible for the labor of the faulty product not even for the first year. Terrible customer service in my opinion read more

We bought an outdoor kitchen. The delivery people were great. The problem is what was in writing in not what we got, the bar was missing the foot rail. I tried to resolve it with the company and they said the picture was just an example. I explained the description stated what was included : foot rail. This is a classic example of bait and switch! We bought a tatch and drawer for our tiki. It has been three months and seven appointments for installation, but no one shows up. The unreliable company, I think they only have one installer name, Jason. I suggest please find the grilled product someplace elsewhere.; they take your money first at the store, then the monkey business started. Paradise grill is the worst company on the planet. I wouldn't recommend that to my enemies. I am still waiting on them to install that drawer if that doesn't happen shortly. I have collected all the emails phones call texts record. BEFORE YOU PURCHASE OR ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, READ THIS ENTIRE DEAL! Do not be coerced into buying one of these prefab back yard grills that claim to come with Lifetime Warranty. That is far from the truth. On 11/9/19 I purchased a St. Thomas GX6 *Travertine with the lights and the trimmings from the Richmond, TX location. I purchased this model with the lights solely because I was told that they would be covered under warranty. Come to find out, that is also far from the truth. I paid a little over 10k to have this set delivered to my home as quickly as possible as stated on the contract "ASAP." I was told that it would be delivered and installed before Thanksgiving of that same month. Come to find out, they were behind. Then the driver did not show up, then the welding guy that was supposed to put in the additional door could not come out for some reason. Regardless of going back and forth with Sales Manager, Justin Farmer the time frame was not kept as promised. My family came to my home with a back porch and pergola with no backyard kitchen. Alright, no worries, I guess I must just take it for what it is. No one bothered to offer anything for compensation, no drawers, accessories, nothing. Oh well. The job was not complete until mid-August. So, I could not hang out with the family on my porch either for my son's birthday August 12th. Really screwed that one up, customer service could not help, I contacted leadership, and no one did nothing. Just the regular old SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). My wife was/is livid being that we did not have what we paid for ($10,000) for the family gatherings of that year and let me know that we had spent 10k only to get the back end of the stick. I defended Paradise Grills in saying, we paid for the delivery and the lifetime warranty and that I was confident we would not get jerked around on the warranty. Now, I let it go because eventually everything was delivered and installed after about 13 phone calls and a few inbox messages to leadership of Paradise Grills. Today 4/12/2021, I call in about the light associated with my grill that is inside and I was told that I had to purchase one (Phillips G4 bipin 12-volt 20-watt halogen), and that it was not covered under the warranty. Nor the lights on my St. Thomas Bar system. Ok fine, I'll buy the 25-dollar light bulb, but I also mentioned that the light cover is in front of the light bulb on the inside was cracked and blackened. "Oh, yeah that isn't covered either." I responded immediately verbatim what the sales manager, Justin Farmer told me and that what was confirmed in the showroom as I was purchasing. I was then told, that "it says clearly in the manual that comes with the Grill that it is not covered. "Well, Mr. Customer Service, you know when I get to get my hands on one of those manuals, when the grill is delivered AFTER THE PURCHASE." Also remember that the Backyard Setup was delivered a month after the purchase in which I no longer have the 30 days to take it back at that point so I would have been screwed either way. These are all facts, and the fact is that there is no lifetime warranty and you can get the same grill and work done at your home for much less purchasing from Paradise Grills. I hope that leadership gets a hold of this message and that it helps future purchasers from getting hustled like I did. I should have just had a custom job done in my backyard so that it adds value to my house and attached as real property. Do not be conned by sales folks saying that it will add value to your home. I purchased two units one with a grill and one with a hibachi. Was pretty excited until having to deal with delivery. One unit shows up the other disappeared.. Took a week to get someone to figure out what was going on. Supposed to be delivered on a Friday afternoon because the delivery guy was going back to FLorida and this was the ONLY time it could be delivered. I moved around appointments and waited for the delivery guy... NO CALL ... NO SHOW... no help from Paradise Grills. Phone rings at 6:30 am Saturday from the delivery guy telling me he will be there in an hour... had kids games to go to, however he said it was the only time he could come. He got there alone to deliver a large heavy unit bounced it around broke tile cracked unit. Spending weeks still trying to get help and NO ONE has been worth anything in helping. Grills may be nice to look at, but the customer service is useless. They have no problem having you pay, they just have problems delivering. My construction people don't want to install product that is already structurally cracked and broken. Be very cautious!!! I'm trying at this point to get them to come and pick it all up. read more

We were happy with the salesperson in The Woodlands location. Today we had our grill delivered. The delivery guys were courtesy, wearing masks and fast. Everything looks great. We have to wait a few days to have a plumber connect it to our gas line, but so far, everything has been great. read more

Bought this in march. Delivered 6 weeks later. Love the grill but service is absolutely terrible. The grate for my double burner is warped and I called for replacement. 6 weeks later still nothing. Called 3 times with no update. Paid a lot of money for the life time warranty but that means nothing if they go out of business. I know this Covid election infection has dwindled sales but lifetime warranty means nothing if you can't stay in business due to poor customer service. read more

I purchased the outdoor grill/bar August, 2018 at a cost of nearly $7,000. The sound system has not worked properly: The receiver will not connect to Bluetooth and only one speaker works. I contacted the sales associate (Adam) and he emailed back quickly to include Kelsey and Savanna from the company, which is based in FL. I was directed to contact the manufacturer directly for a warranty claim. The receiver is a poorly rated Boss Audio, but that company did create a ticket. Boss verified the issue and instructed me to mail the receiver back to them to receive a replacement or repair in 3-4 weeks, not including shipping time. This system is not expensive, so it will cost more to ship than buy a new one on Amazon. The issue extends beyond the receiver since the speakers do not work properly either. The main issue is that no one at Paradise Grill seems to care that I must now hire someone to install this equipment and/or come to my house and identify the problem. The question remains unanswered from the company: How am I supposed to remove the receiver and reinstall it properly since I am not an audio technician? How would I be expected to safely remove and reinstall the audio equipment and then what is the issue with the speakers? It is odd that a company with a physical showroom in Houston, TX would not have some form of repair team to make a site visit and assist with completing repairs. While there is a warranty on the parts of the cheap audio receiver, there is no assistance with labor. This bar/grill was purchased August 2018. and delivered in late September. It has been set up only a little over 6 months. No one now at Paradise Grill Direct will respond to my questions. In other words, they are communicating, "You are on your own." If I had known this, I would not have spent $7K on a unit from them. read more

Terrible experience across the board. Lie after lie about everything. Stay away from this place they don't stand behind their products or services. They only give you 3 days to request a refund, then lie about delivering your products until after the 3 days so when you see the junk its too late. Be careful I don't want anyone to feel stuck with a bad system like i was. In an active dispute with the company for a full refund. read more
