Got an acrylic manicure and gel pedicure for me and one other person. We got there and after they finished they said we only got a regular manicure and pedicure, so they had to take it off and start again, but we told them what we wanted, and they gave us something else because that's all they had time for. Not to mention the painting they did was not professional, they probably just need more practice. But for the price and time it took, it was not worth it. They acted shocked when we were displeased with something we didn't order, and then the price jumped up when we went to check out. They tried to be professional about it, but for some reason you could tell they were annoyed but we did nothing wrong they are the ones that didn't listen or communicate until they were done. Very disappointed for her to come out with this (pictured) when she wanted acrylic and for me to get regular point instead of gel. They just need to clarify prior to starting the process. read more

With that, the staff always asks me about him when he doesn't tag along as they are great at remembering their clients. I think that is a small but yet big thing. Update: I've been coming here since I made this review Over 3 years this nail salon has went above and beyond my expectations each time! My go-to nail technician is Brenda, she is amazing , holds great conversations, and known for designs. The other technicians are lovely and just as amazing! The cleanliness, professionalism, and family feel of the salon is great!!! I live over 45 minutes away but I still make the drive just because it's that worth it. I should've known after I looked around very dirty rundown but it was late. got a pedicure wasn't happy with the nail art the owners Niece had to fix the gentleman's work a lady did my daughters nails put tips on a handful of them fell off had to go back and get them replaced the next day two more popped off the next day more popped off well we're out of town now so can't go back for the third time daughter choose fingernails that's why she gets acrylics put on so she doesn't but the lady didn't know how to even glue the tip down my daughter has been getting nails for years has she always chewed her nails and has never had a problem very unhappy will never be back! read more

They paint the BEST shellac/gel here. I've been to about 20 salons in the past year, and they are the best here. They don't pint it too thick to where it peels in barely 2 weeks. It has lasted for 6 weeks for me before from here. And the French is painted perfectly! They also do other fun designs. Once my friend got black matte with glossy black French. I've gotten glitter ombré before. Like I've said they do the best shellac/gel here! I drive from New Port Richey to come here, and it's well worth it. They also have pedicure upgrades available here. Some people say upgrading your pedicure isn't worth it, but here it is! My friend and I take dance lessons, and really appreciate when they take the extra time with our cuticles and sides of our nail beds. They always do a great job! read more

This little gem, back of 19 nondescript Strip Center. upon entering the establishment very nice. It has 20 weather like massage chairs for pedicures, that looks so inviting and comfortable. Everyone I spoke who was super friendly and very willing and helpful. I wish I hadn't just gotten a mani-pedi, as it looked so inviting & professional. The establishment is very very clean and all of the employees were super Pleasant to work with. I was taken to a private room for my waxing. The procedure bed was very, very comfortable. the woman doing the treatment was so knowledgeable and gentle it was a delight to have the procedure done. I have had this procedure done soooo many times,across different countries & cities. I have to say this is absolutely the best I've ever had. The woman that was performing the procedure, utelized tweezers to make sure that she got every little hair, there was nothing behind. I have never had that type of precision done during waxing. Definitely above and beyond, the average scope of service. There was also a couple times of cream application in between the waxing. A relaxing room, knowledgeable employees, good prices & a very inviting environment. This was service above & beyond, any I have ever experienced. They even have a customer loyalty program which is pretty unique to see these days. Anyone that knows me, knows it takes a lot to get a 5 star review from me. I received a Groupon as a Christmas gift for a mani and deluxe pedi. The salon is very clean and orderly, including the bathroom which is a very good sign. I was greeted warmly, and turned over to Danny's capable hands. I normally don't get manicures because my nails are very soft and manicurists generally just tear them up more. Not at Paradise Nail and Spa! I told Danny about my nail issue and told him I had brought my own nail file as not to tear up my nails. He did a great job on my cuticles, nice shaping to my nails, and as I requested, a base coat and two top coats for basic natural nails. The pedi was very good. Nice massage and mask for the legs. Great job on the shaping of my toenails and trimming of cuticles. Expertly polished and finished. All around a good experience. I'll be back. (The salon's biggest challenge is its location, but once you've been there, it's easily accessed.) read more

Called and made an appointment. When I arrived and said I had an appointment, she said you called and made an appointment or you called and say you come when you want? I replied that I made an appointment. After a moment I asked if that was a problem and she said no, just a few minutes. Someone was called from the back of the shop to help me. She seemed put out throughout the process. I waited an eternity for my nails to dry. She finally checked on me and said I was ready to go. But my nails smudged badly right after leaving. Another one smudged a couple hours after leaving. The job was done. It was cheap. And she made them short and round as requested. Those were the only upsides. My husband and I were vacationing in Palm Harbor for a month, so I looked at Yelp reviews for nail salons. Paradise had great reviews so I went there twice. I was delighted with each visit! The first time I had a pink acrylic fill and a pedicure. The second time I had a pink and white acrylic fill. Brenda did my pink and white, and unfortunately I can't remember the name of my first tech. I wish this was my regular salon because the service was wonderful, and they use an autoclave to sterilize instruments. That's nearly unheard of where I live, and it's THE BEST way to sterilize items. I highly recommend Paradise salon! read more

My mother and I got a pedicure there last night. We were very pleased with everything paradise nails and spa had to offer! Frank was very sweet and the girls did an amazing job on our feet! We had a flesh orange spa-like pedicure that lasted at least an hour. The atmosphere is not like your typical run of the mill nail salon. It's clean, trendy, new, and does not have that strong acetone smell like others. At first I said this is too good to be true but it is true!! They have good incentives for returning customers (refer so many friends and get a free pedicure) I will definitely be back in the future. read more

After my wax she didn't give me a mirror to show me my brows, instead she said "ok, done" and turned off the lights and walked out, leaving me in the dark and not knowing what my brows looked like. I first visited Paradise because I had a Groupon for a deluxe pedicure and manicure. I usually get shellac so they let me upgrade for $15. The pedicure was one of the best I've ever had. They took their time, added extra massages, and dipped my feet in paraffin, which is life changing! Unfortunately they only had about 15 colors of shellac polish. I've since been back but only get a pedicure. They have several levels, I've received the basic and the deluxe. Neither include the paraffin wax but the deluxe is well worth the $10 upgrade! I've never made am appointment and have always been seen right away. The staff is courteous and willing to hold a conversation if that's your preference. They offer water and wine to all guests (of age, of course). The sky and cloud mural on the raised ceiling is relaxing and the chairs are great. read more

I went to Paradise on 12/19 for a Spa Pedicure/Gel Manicure and could tell right away that the place was exceptionally clean and welcoming. Peter greeted me at the door, offering me the beverage of my choice, including wine....I was very excited about that! Trina then took me to an extremely comfortable massage chair, and helped me pick out what pedicure to go with. Anna performed my mani and pedi, and did an amazing job!! She is very detail oriented, was great at doing a nice calf and hand massage, and was so nice to chat with! Throughout my visit Trina and Peter checked in with me several times to make sure I was happy with and well taken care of. My nails and toes looked amazing when I left, and I was so happy with the service and experience the salon had to offer. We were disappointed after the high expectation we had from this nail salon. We came in and got pedicures done. The lady who did me drew blood two times and burned my foot with the hot lotion. I'm still worried about an infection in my toes after she dug them out so rough. It was one of the most painful pedicures I have experienced. At the end, she totally walked away and I was left there and ended up putting my own shoes on after waiting for my grandma to finish up. Before painting my nails, she sprayed alcohol on them which made the toes that bled burn extremely bad. I told her this, yet she ended up doing again. I would definitely not recommended this place, or Paradise nails needs to evaluate the nail technician. read more

I get pedicures every couple months because of my diabetes I thought I would try new place Brenda did my pedicure and took a lot of extra time. because of my diabetes it's important that the tools are clean they use an autoclave so I know the tools were sanitize.
