They have the nail color polish options conveniently on a disk to quickly choose the color. They sat me in a massager chair. The pedicure was decent, but I was very impressed with my gel manicure. The ombré colors are very popular. I went for the soft pink ombré color, which gave my nails a more natural look. Since I had shorter nails, I went for the square shape nails. Let's just say the owner did a fantastic job with the execution ~ 60 minutes. After all, he does have over 30 years of experience, and has been at this location for 13 years. I was told that I don't need an appointment and to just stop by the following day. I asked what time they opened and the male front desk clerk proceeds to inform me that they opened at 11am. Fast forward to the following day, when I arrived he proceeds to tell me that they are unable to take me and that they are now booked, which is understandable because it happens. Then he proceeds to forcibly tell me that he told me to come early and repeats himself several times. I'm by no means an argumentative person so I asked ok, well do you have any availability later. He responds by repeating forcibly that he told me to come early, and he remembers me, completely forgetting that I had originally called to book an appointment but was encouraged not to. I felt embarrassed and like I, the customer was put in the position to de-escalate. Completely embarrassed and unnecessary way of handling the situation. I loved Chloe but will not be returning.
