I have stayed at about 10 different four seasons and this was by far the best. The level of service is what you would expect with the four seasons brand but this hotel stands above the rest with beauty and things to do. We enjoyed the 5 acre water park every day and loved it. So much to do for families at the pool area and we dipped away from the kids for the quiet adults pool also. If you are staying here to visit Disney it was equally amazing with character breakfasts in Ravello and the Disney shuttles that ran very often. We mostly ate at the pool ( lakehouse) and in the evening at the hotel ( ravello/Lobby bar) The other place capa? on the roof was nice but we didnt dine there but we did enjoy using their balcony to watch the fireworks from magic kingdom/epcot. The Lickitysplit coffee/pastry/sandwich place was very convenient when we needed something on the go for our busy vacation plans outside the hotel. Shining star- Its hard to pick one person since every employee there is a 10/10 on service but Hannah in LakeHouse was a shinier diamond among diamonds she always went above and beyond for my picky grandaughter Bonus- Doing the Smores at the pool was something pretty amazing

The room was a good size and comfortable if a little on the tired side. Also, after much searching we discovered that our room had no mini bar which was kind of annoying. We weren't able to take advantage of the pool situation because it was unseasonably cold while we were there and even though it's heated, swimming while it was 40 degrees did not seem appealing. We did use the gym facility which was expansive and very well equipped. I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Disney but it's not necessarily on par with other Four Seasons Hotels.

It is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and feels like a tropical escape right in Orlando. Everything is so well-maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for a full day of enjoying the water and beautiful surroundings. The food was okay--nothing that really stood out to me--but with so much included in the experience, that wasn't the main reason I came. The opportunity to swim, relax, explore, and enjoy such a gorgeous setting made the day really special. It is an expensive experience, but if you're looking for something unique, relaxing, and memorable, I definitely think Discovery Cove is worth doing at least once!

It's nice to have a all-inclusive day where you're not pulling out your wallet for every little thing. The parking lot has plenty of self-parking, which was nice. It's also nice not to be bombarded with high parking prices like every other attraction in Orlando. Parking is included in your admission price. Upon arriving, the lines were long to get checked in. It took our family around 20 minutes before we were helped. We had planned on booking the Sea Adventure experience, but it was sold out for the day by the time we got to the front of the line. No biggie saved us some money. Most of the staff was really nice, except a rude older lady that refused to let us get a wetsuit, then yelled at us for trying to use the lockers in front of the wet suit station. She told us to keep walking, until another guest said that all the other lockers were full. We were trying to access a closer locker because my husband is a disabled vet, but she started yelling at us again, telling us those lockers are reserved for people with disabilities. Um, yes, that's why we were trying to use them. We didn't state that my husband had a disability, why should we have to? There was absolutely no reason to have that kind of attitude when you have no idea who could be disabled. This was within the first 15 minutes of entering the park. I heard this lady complaining to the other employees about other things, which was pretty annoying. Lady, if you don't like your job, quit. Us guest paid a lot to visit this park, and your attitude wasn't appreciated. Once we finally got a locker, we were off to enjoy our day. We started off in the reef. We wanted to see the stingrays and fish, but the water was freezing. It would have been nice to have a wetsuit, but the crabby old lady refused to give us one. So, we left that area because it was early and the water was too cold. We went to the lazy river. It was nice, but beware. The bottom can be rough, and you can easily bang yourself up. We had fun floating around, but there was no movement in the water like other water parks. You are swimming or walking the entire time, so it's not as relaxing as an actual lazy river. Expect to work. We still enjoyed it and spent most our day in there. The food was really disappointing. Other than the fresh fruit and salad, the food was low-quality food. The food definitely did not reflect the high cost of admission. So don't let the online pictures fool you. I didn't expect gourmet anything, but I expected the food to be a bit more palatable. Most of our party only ate the salads and fruit. The meat was pretty gross looking; I didn't even bother trying it. So if you're excited for the food portion of your stay, lower your standards. All in all, the park is gorgeous, but it's a one and done for our family. For the price point, there's so many other day excursions you can do in Florida.

The resort itself is extremely family friendly, which we loved having our daughter with us. Everyone we interacted with was so helpful and happy! So many cast members were excited to play with our daughter which we loved! When checking in we received the schedule of events, maps and rental guides as well! The room and amenities were clean and well taken care of. Parking was available but not always close to your room, but also the walks weren't bad as everywhere on property was so pretty! All of the rooms had either a balcony or patio space as well. You have private beach access, the ability to rent a variety of beach items, pool, splash pad, mini golf and more! They had a schedule of activities (similar to what you would get on a cruise ship!) and so much to do to stay busy. Overall the resort was beautiful and we can't wait to come visit again!

Nice and firm for a get night rest or a nap after being at the pool side for a few hours. Walk in closet big bathroom ,living room was cool as well. The rooms give you that old 1960 vibes with a modern touch. The resort also featured some old vintage 1960 cars similar to the TWA hotel at jfk airport. The resort had some nice places to go to. Me and my wife enjoyed the bowling alley. We had a lot of fun. Don't forget about the shops with all your favorite carton characters t shirts hats slippers you name it Star Wars, the minions the Simpsons fun for kids all ages. We also enjoyed the cabana cafeteria . I had a spicy chicken sandwich with fries my wife had chicken teriyaki lomein full of nice pieces of chicken ,Which she enjoyed .I also had some chicken tenders and fries from the cafeteria on our stay. We also ordered food from door dash while we were in the main lobby. We ordered shake shack which was cheaper ordering from door dash then buying food on the resort, smash burgers well done with cheese fries, for a little vacation cheat because I'm on a diet. By the way the order came really fast. Don The pool was great especially at night the view was amazing. With the lights shining on the pool and the really nice fire pit they had so you can even roast some marshmallows by it. Also the pool features a water slide for kids and adults. The blow up rafts were $9to17. You also could bring your own as well. You also had an ice machine with cold water free. Plus you had the soft drinks and soda all you can drink for $30 . That was the drink packed. Cabana bay resort also had a restaurant right next the pool outside. Where they had some really good chicken quesadillas with fries. My wife enjoyed that. . I went with the chicken wrap with lettuce and some veggies, It was great to eat pool side with the beach chairs equipped with the big umbrella for shade . Then you also had the lazy river at the resort. That featured a bigger water slide and pool . Bigger than the pool outside the main lobby. The staff was courteous and friendly the stay was fun. Just remember it's kinda pricey . But don't forget about all the theme parks you get to visit for $80 each way .

The beach was beautiful, with calm, warm water and soft, powdery sand. Even when the resort became very busy over Labor Day weekend, it still maintained a relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere. The staff was truly the highlight of our experience. A huge thank you to Braxton, Albin, Joel, Dragen, Izzy, Alyssa, Elaine, Josh, Katie, Eddie, Briana, Shannon, Jessica, Eden, Hailey, Rafael, Robert, and Garrett for being so friendly, helpful, and attentive. They genuinely made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Dining & Spa: We enjoyed the service at Tate's and Caretta, especially Eddie, Briana, and Katie. We also loved exploring local restaurants, with Clear Sky Café, Cesare at the Beach, and Columbia being some of our favorites. Robert at Cesare and Columbia was especially fantastic. The spa was another highlight, particularly the prenatal massage experience with Shannon and the couples massages we enjoyed with Jessica. The staff was wonderful and the spa was relaxing and intimate. There were, however, some disappointing aspects. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and there were several issues with the room, including the refrigerator placement, small safe, and shower door. We also felt the beach umbrellas should be included rather than an additional charge. Our biggest frustration was with the front desk and check-out process, particularly how some of our concerns and billing issues were initially handled. It took far too long to get everything sorted out, which was frustrating, especially at the end of an otherwise enjoyable stay. That said, I spoke directly with the General Manager about our experience, and I really appreciated how quickly he responded to my complaint and stepped in to help address the overall issue. His willingness to listen and make things right made a significant difference. Despite the areas that need improvement, we truly enjoyed our stay and are grateful we chose Sandpearl for such a special milestone. The resort has a beautiful setting and an incredible number of genuinely wonderful employees. With some improvements to housekeeping, front-desk communication, and overall service recovery, I believe Sandpearl has everything it needs to be an exceptional resort. We would definitely consider returning.
