My husband and I looked here 2 years ago and they only had a part time 21 year old working who didn't even know what units were available and couldn't show us any units! This property has been sold too many times and property management changes too. You will be in the crossfire and we're just glad we had a relative in real estate and gave us the heads up!!

I used to go and chat with her often about random stuff from Crypto to seeing Larry the alligator. Larry ended up having kids and now there's Al the alligator. It's a bit punny. Eventually, Amanda and the crew left only to be replaced by Michelle. She was a bit taxing to work with. Abrasive and she sucked the fun out of here like a leech in the 13th century, which is actually the 1400s. Do you know what else didn't make sense? The fact that she lived on the property and didn't care enough to host fun events with the residents. She treated us like a price tag just like the government. Now in 2023 we have a new Management crew and they are pretty cool so far. We had our first few residential events and they were fun. It was like someone injected life back into this place. People are smiling again and are friendly. The Maintenance crew is also cool. They are there for the residents when we need them most. I am giving this place 4 stars for three reasons: 1. The unit I am in has weird electrical wiring. I have to run an extension cord like it's the Soviet Union in order to run my electronics. 2. The grills are a bit janky. One of em had fire ants and well I ate insects before but I am not about to mix it with fish. Although some cuisines do, but not fire ants. That sounds spicy. I hope they improve that part. One of em had no propane so we had to get our own. It turned into a BYOP party. 3. The dogs shit everywhere. I know dogs shit everywhere but their lazy ass owners don't pick up after em. Seriously if you are going to own a dog at least pick up after it. It's definitely not human shit I grew up in the ghetto so I suppose that's a plus. If you want to live here go for it. Living here is like being on Cheers, everyone knows your name. We're a small community and we like to keep it civil, friendly, and chill.

The staff here were nothing but nice to us and responded to our request rapidly. The property is age restricted for long term residents so just passing through for the month is was ok since we are young and have a two year old. They do not have a playground, but the city has a real nice park just up the street and it looks like they have a splash pad for the kids also. The property is huge and has many amenities for its residents. There is a nice lake on property that is inhabited by a young alligator. We only saw her on the bank and she never came close to any of us. The property is going through some renovations and they have added a nice fire pit lake side near the office and they always have wood there to burn. They do not allow fire pits at your camp site so this is a nice alternative. They had a pool which we didn't use, along with shuffle board, horse shoes, mini golf, and planed activities. The people we encountered on the property were nothing but nice. I not sure what the complaints were about them, but many times people stopped by and chatted. I would have to say this is one of the nicest park we have stayed at.

How about "recent break-ins", I have not heard of a single one and I stay here 7 or 8 months a year. The "absentee landlord" does not exist. Actually the owner of the park lives near the center of the park and is quick to correct all problems. There has never been a pool so it cannot be "closed". There is NO "junk yard within the park". There is a storage area residents use to put trailers in, an intolerant person might think it is "junk". Ya my electric box was rusty, I painted it. The 30A and 50A circuits worked fine before the paint and still work fine. Cash only is a fact. As for "one toilet/shower", in today's world only pop-ups or tents do not have their own toilet/shower. The full hook-up at every site enables most travelers to easily use their own. To sum it up, Bowling Green, Fl dated 6/17/2017 must have been at a different park.

His interactions with me have repeatedly felt rude, aggressive, and intimidating. On one occasion, he was walking directly through the lot I rent, in front of my RV. Because I have cameras around my RV for the safety of my dog and myself, I simply asked if everything was okay. His response was unnecessarily rude and aggressive. Since then, whenever I see him, I feel uncomfortable and, honestly, afraid. I understand that I rent the lot and that the property belongs to the company. However, I believe residents deserve to be treated with basic respect and courtesy in the place they call home. Recently, I went to the office to ask questions about my rent while Eric was on the phone. I understand he was busy, but he spoke to me very loudly and said, "Excuse me, I'm on the phone." I felt completely dismissed. There is a professional way to communicate with a tenant, even when you are busy. I want to acknowledge that I met Jerek from management, and he was extremely kind. He shook my hand, gave me his information, and made me feel welcomed and like he was genuinely there to help. I honestly wish I had reached out to him about my concerns that day. I also want to recognize the employees who have treated residents with kindness. Jonathan was always helpful, and the employee who took over his position has been wonderful--kind, patient, and respectful. I truly appreciate her. The reason I waited so long to leave a review is because I wanted to give the property and management an opportunity to improve. I like to see the good in people, and I hoped to see positive changes. Unfortunately, I have not seen the changes I hoped for. I am honestly concerned that speaking openly about my experience could make management want me to leave the property. However, I believe residents and future residents deserve to know what my experience has been, particularly regarding my interactions with Eric. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works toward creating an environment where every resident feels respected, welcomed, and safe.
