Thank you Nick! I was having trouble with my built in spa that looked like a little pool. :). The filter stop moving the water even though the motor was running. I called and got Nick and he was very helpful and seemed to be willing to help me. He came over the next day and cleaned out my filter (which was very dirty and caused it to be difficult to move the water). That fixed the issue and he helped me with what chemicals to get. I was so thankful as I had to let go of my last pool person and didn't know if I was using the right chemicals. He was so helpful and even though my spa is too small to try service again, I needed input and he was so willing and said I could call when needed.
