This is probably the nicest theater I've ever been to. I went to a movie that had already been out for a while so I ended up in a smaller theater. The chairs recline and you can put your feet up. I love that there's so much space between the rows so no one can kick your back. A couple issues I noticed: *The audio quality was terrible in my particular theater; the movie sounded like it was playing on an old boombox from the 80s. *The check in process is very confusing! I bought my ticket online before I left home. I walked in to the theater without anyone even stopping to ask me if I'd purchased a ticket. I figured there'd be a person waiting somewhere to scan my phone. *No one ever came by to close the side doors when the movie started. After half an hour of hearing people walk by, I got up and closed the doors. Not a big deal, I'm just used to other theaters always having someone close the door once the trailers are done playing and I wasn't sure if they were supposed to stay open for some reason. My go-to theatre for movies! Super comfortable and relaxing seats. If you like watching your movies with ample space while enjoying some quality time with your partner, this is the spot! The love seats provide enough privacy where you're not elbow to elbow to other people so it was especially enjoyable for me, a person who does not like going to regular theatres because of that. We recently saw Wicked at Paragon Theaters in Fenton, and it was such a wonderful experience! I wasn't sure what to expect based on the photos, but we booked the Lux Box seats and were genuinely impressed. Being able to order food and drinks directly from Agency Bar made the night feel extra special. The food was surprisingly good for in-theater dining, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and attentive. My only suggestions would be to add slightly larger tables for the Lux Box experience and to include a dining surface for the ADA seating area in the theater to make it more comfortable and accessible. I've always loved Silverspot in Chapel Hill, but now that we're closer to Fenton, this might become our new go-to date night spot. read more

Probably my favorite movie spot in the area! Seats are comfy and video and sound quality are great. My only complaint is we ordered food via the dine in option and it took approximately 1 hour (halfway through our movie) for us to get our chicken tenders, and the staff did not give us napkins even though we ordered wings.... read more

My Soror and I visited this theater on July 4, 2025. We planned a lunch date and decided to go to Paragon so that we could also watch a movie at the same time. We've both visited this theater before and had a great time. While waiting to enter the theater, we had a mini photoshoot in the lobby area. This facility has good ambience and great areas to do a photoshoot. We had a great time doing that. After getting to our seat in the theater, we ordered a few items: shrimp quesadilla, shrimp tacos, chicken Caesar wrap, and Ohana Breezes. The Ohana Breezes were so refreshing. The entrees were all very good. Everything was tasty and flavorful. The portion sizes were adequate as well. I also like the variety of options on the menu. read more

Went here to watch The Conjuring last rites and really liked the whole cinema vibe and the theater itself. The ambience was welcoming, the seats were comfy, and the bathrooms were clean. They also serve food inside while you're watching, which is a huge plus. Definitely recommend. read more

Enjoyed a 10am movie in their Lux theater. The reclining seats are super comfortable and the sound and picture were excellent. The concession setup is a bit different - you order at the counter or kiosk and wait for someone to bring your popcorn and drinks from the back. read more

If you can't get the 'luxe' seats, don't bother going. The other seats are crammed around the edges of the room flush up against the wall or otherwise at unviewable angles. I figured 'how bad could it be?' when that was all that was available - bad enough that we walked out without seeing the movie, as we wouldn't have been able to see the movie anyway from where we were sat. We came here to see a movie recently and had a good time. First, I have to admit that we were totally confused about how to check-in for our movie. Initially, we kind of just walked into the theater showing our movie (why did an usher not check our tickets?!) and sat down, and while there were options to order food from our seats (more on that in a second), there was no way to check in. So I wandered back out and asked someone, and they told me that I could check in at the concessions stand. OK, good to know, but shouldn't there be more signs or something? The theater seats were very comfortable and had a heating option, which was generally a little too extreme for me but my wife, who gets very cold, enjoyed it :) I ordered myself a snack and a beer from my seat and received everything reasonably quickly. The snack came way before the beer, which makes some sense since the snack came from the concessions stand and the beer came from the bar area. I was able to pay from my phone, which was very convenient. The movie only had ~10 minutes of previews, which I loved but I know the normal length of previews is ~20 minutes, so that could trip some people up. I would definitely come back here to see another movie! read more

This is a comfortable and clean theater. It has "dine-in" seats and regular seats to choose from. If you sit in the dine-in seats, they will deliver your food order to your seat. You use a QR code at your seat to place the order. That is really convenient. All of the theater seats recline and have heat settings as well. There is a bar and restaurant in the theater lobby. The theater is in a nice shopping center. This is a great place to see a movie with family, friends, or on a date. read more

Two stars is lowkey generous. It really doesn't help that this theatre is in an uncanny valley, dead-town, failure to launch area. Or at least that's how it was last time I was there. I think I've seen a couple movies here but the last one was Thor: Love and Thunder, which should give you an idea of how outdated this info is so take that as you will. A great theatre experience! We booked the luxe dining box after a friend recommended it. This was my first dining theatre experience and I really enjoyed it! It was very convenient that you were able to order food (both regular concessions and meals from the dine in menu) and have these delivered directly to your seat at any time in the movie. However, I don't necessarily think I would do it again since I am more than happy with just snacking on some popcorn. The great thing about this theater is that you don't have to sit in the dining boxes--they also have regular seating at a lower price. Parking in the garage was easy, despite the complex being very crowded with ice skaters. The seats were very comfortable with full recline and heated seat functions. I really want to love this theater because of how comfortable the seats are and how clean it is and the location is wonderful; however I really want them to improve their service to provide what would be a true luxury movie experience. I recently went to see a movie and I paid for lux box dine in seats. I ordered food and a cocktail, my drink arrived and it was not good at all. It was the sangria but it tasted like strong sour lime. When my food arrived I shared with them that the drink was not good and asked if I could have something else. The server told Me I'd have to go to the bar to order...so I had to leave my food there and go to reorder at the bar, after paying for a dine in experience. Once i arrived at the bar, the bartender just seemed annoyed with serving me and kept reiterating that I had to pay the difference on whatever drink I ordered, which I told her the first time i had no issue with. Ultimately I enjoy the in theater movie viewing experience but they really need to improve their food, beverage, and bar service. read more

Hey y'all. Just wanted to share that this was truly an experience. Since Transformers came out this weekend and I was off on Monday, what better time to go to the movies. Because it was action packed I made it worth my while to visit Cary, NC. I had been to Parkside for different reasons but when I saw that this area was built, I wanted to check it out. First just as an FYI, the theater is located in the middle of these luxury apartments. So GPS will get you there just fine but you make a right at the light. It looks like you shouldn't turn in there but you do and just go around the building and you will see ample parking. They also have a parking deck. I did the AXIS Extreme Lux Box seating. So it's reserved seating and they have a QR code for you to order concession items as well as food and drinks from the bar. They do add gratuity and you can use either a debit card or Apple Pay. You can order throughout your movie which is lovely. The screen is special because it's tilted and basically no matter where you sit, you have an excellent view. It's kinda pricey and I think it's something you would do every once in a while for a movie you really like. The seats were comfortable and it feels like your floating. I think they call them zero gravity seats and they also have seat warmers so you can adjust. That's handy, especially since it's cold in movie theaters anyway. The food comes out to you pretty fast. The food is okay and moderately priced but it's literally just okay. Considering that you're right in the middle of these luxury apartments, I think it's worth checking out some of the other spots around. Ordering a cocktail and entree plus the gratuity is easily $30 or better. I think it's a cute date night or in my case a chill day at the movies. I advise to not go there hungry like I did because you will spend a lot more than expected. It's more for the experience if anything. I had a wonderful time and I'd love to come again. I think this might be my new go-to theater. I used to go to the Paragon in Parkside, but it changed and is now EVO Entertainment and things just are not the same there at all, so I was excited to try out the Fenton one, I hope it stays the same. I went to this location two days in a row because I had such a great experience, so my photos and review is for both days I attended: I visited on a Wednesday during the day and it was not crowded. The staff was very friendly at helping me find my correct theater. I saw Bad Boys in Axis Extreme, the tilted screen made me a little dizzy at first, but I got used to it once the trailers started. I ordered a caesar salad with shrimp and extra dressing. It was very good, the shrimp were a little salty but not too bad. The food also came out pretty fast. They have a long list of mocktails which I appreciated because I don't drink. I ordered a Strawberry Basil Smash, it was delicious! The, I got dessert - the warm butter cake with fruit and ice cream. I loved the ice cream and fruit, the cake was okay it was more of a sticky texture than I was expecting. The 2nd visit on a Saturday was a great visit as well. I saw Bad Boys again, this time in a regular screening. I ordered fried cheese curds and it came with cajun ranch and marinara sauce. The ranch was too spicy for me but the marinara sauce was good. I will be getting those again. I then ordered the chicken caesar wrap with french fries. The fries are very good with a right amount of crisp. This time around as a mocktail I got an espresso martini - I was very excited about this as I have always wanted to try one but could not because it is ahrd to find them in a mocktail version. The luxbox is the game changer for this theater. I do agree that a lot of the seats are too close to the screen, but the idea is to layback. Still would like it further. On the other hand, the seats are tiered so you are not seeing anything past anyone's head. A really nice touch since at other theaters with reclining chairs, you end up seeing other seats taking up most of your view since everyone is on the same elevation. So far, after three visits, each time my seat area was clean. The food order was very easy to use and decently priced. I ordered nachos the last time around and every instruction was listened to: no sour cream and extra pico de gallo. I really appreciated that I did not have to send my orders back, which occurred at other full service theaters. Also, the luxbox seats are heated and it elevates your full movie watching experience. So far, parking is also easy and I hope it stays that way. read more

Probably the worst 'luxury' theater I've ever been to...I don't know what they were thinking when they designed this place, but they have the door to a theater directly by the lobby (not down a long hall) and not only do you hear everything outside, but anytime the door opens, it lights up the theater and ruins the movie going experience. There were only 10 min of trailers, so several people were coming in right as the movie started, trying to find their seats and order, so it ruined the first 15 min of the movie which we mostly missed with all the commotion. The chairs, although large and comfortable, are too close together, and they aren't raised at all, but lower than the screen. I guess it's good for people who put their tv above their fireplace and are used to leaning back, but I prefer to look straight on when I watch a movie. The food and drink was ok, staff was ok, not super helpful. Bathrooms have no hooks or shelves in the stalls so no where to put a purse or anything else. I have to say we truly enjoy visiting this location. The food, service, and overall movie going experience is incredible. The location might be crowded but it's always clean and orderly. The staff is helpful and friendly. We enjoy sitting in the theaters that have reclining chairs within their own "section". In this section they have a menu, that you scan, order, pay and your food is brought to you. The service is quick, the pricing can be a little pricey for some items in comparison to what you get. Overall the food is good, nothing amazing - it's movie theater food not fine dining. Think of it as bar food while watching your movie. You don't have high expectations for that type of food - just to be good overall and worth the money. read more

This was by far the worst dine-in theater experience I've ever had. We bought tickets for the 9:45 PM showing (which was apparently the last showing of the night) on my birthday weekend. We paid an extra $4 per seat for the designated dine-in seats, but it was a complete waste of money since there was no service. No staff was present to guide us to the theater or our seats. The previews lasted only about 10 minutes. Ordering is done through a QR code, and you have to pay upfront before they bring your food. An automatic 18% tip is charged--despite there being no actual service. There's also no option to add special instructions for food or drinks. We only saw one employee the entire time, and that was the person who dropped off our food. What we didn't realize was that the kitchen, bar, concessions--everything--closed at 10:15 PM. When I tried to order another drink, the website was already "unavailable." I asked the employee about it, and that's when we learned everything had shut down. Ironically, at 10:30 PM, we received a text inviting us to order more food and drinks, but by then, nothing was available. As for the theater itself, the screen is massive--so big that it's difficult to take in the whole picture at once, and we found ourselves constantly shifting our heads. Maybe we were just sitting too close. The food prices weren't terrible, but charging $7 for a bottle of water is absurd. On a positive note, the theater was clean, the seats were comfortable, fully reclining, and even heated. Unfortunately, the food itself was disappointing. It was very comfortable with reclining and heated seats. No one came to check our tickets? So strange. We were in the lux box which made us feel a little more private. I needed to take a bio break and every bathroom nearby was filled. I needed to leave and go outside and next door to another public bathroom to be back in time for the movie - and not miss so much. The seats are comfortable, the surround sound is nice and the path up and down the stairs is well-lit and safe to navigate. It was great for our date night. read more

Went for my first time to Paragon to see F1. It was a good experience, but unfortunately not great. First, the good - beautiful new theater with amazing luxury (heated!) seats. The sound and the picture were great. IT was a good theater to catch a big "movie screen and sound" film. Next, the not-so-good - we sat in row E, seats E12 and E13. There are VERY bright LED lights that are used to illuminate the stairs of the seats. While I understand customer safety, they were intensely bright and unfortunately shone directly in the eyes of my son seated in E12 throughout the entire picture. I had to extend my leg in seat E13 to block the direct light - it cast a shadow of my leg it was so bright! Not sure if they can perhaps angle these lights more downward-facing so that they are not distracting their customer's view of the movie? Second - not sure if it's due to the screen aspect ratio or if due to the 15-degree angle, but the projector didn't seem to be fully aligned to the angle change so the top part of the picture seemed to be little stretched, and the end credits were completely cut off on the sides of the screen display. I actually like watching the credits of a film - I was disappointed that they were completely cut off. I would go back to watch another movie - my complaints are not huge, but for the price of a ticket, I feel like I've had better overall watching experiences. I had such high hopes for Paragon at Fenton. We used to loved the CineBistro at Waverly Cary where food and service were excellent. About the only thing good about the Luxe box experience was the location of seat in theatre & the screen. The scan & barcode at seat is just an excuse to haphazardly send food delivered by a nonchalant 16 year old. You can't ask questions prior to ordering, can't request sauce on the side (either sauce, extra or no sauce), not many choices unless love spicy or inedible. Food dumped without a question if all ok. Then you get text wanting you to order more. Extremely disappointing & the seats were not even comfortable. Our first & last experience there. I had expected better! I will keep searching for a theatre to replace CineBistro, but at least they knew how to check on a customer. My advice is just don't go! read more

The person who I joined for this movie purchased tickets in advance online. Very nice theater. We came here today to see The Invitation. A decent movie. I loved that there were only a handful of people in the theater. We ordered food from the comfort of our seats in the theater. Food: mozzarella sticks and buffalo wings Drinks: Beer and Dirty Martini The food was really good as well as the drinks. The service and the movie experience were even better. While Fenton is still slowly opening, its movie theater is up and running already! Paragon Theaters Fenton has seven screens in the back of the development. I dropped in for Lightyear and enjoyed my visit. Concessions is still coming up to speed and limited, there's also a bar-restaurant called the Agency for more serious food. Inside the theaters, you've got some blue neon lighting along with leatherette recliners. Two cup holders at each seat along with a small table that rotates in front of you. Scan a QR code and order food-drinks off their website. It all works out pretty well and the screens are super sharp with great audio. Overall I was impressed but it's early still so there were some niggles. Somehow I booked a ticket for a show that did not even exist so hopefully they work things out. I was really impressed by the new Paragon theaters in Fenton. My husband and I went to see Top Gun in theater 4 on a Sunday. We reserved dine-in box seats and got there early to enjoy the experience. I loved the heated seats; that was a big bonus for me because I'm usually freezing in movie theaters! The recliners were also very comfortable and felt very private. There were plenty of arm rests, cup holders, trays, etc. We ordered some drinks and popcorn from the QR code. Our service was seriously fast! There was a great selection of drinks. Was very shocked when I went to book a showing for the Lux Box seats (where you can order food) and there appeared a $5 per person "Food and Beverage Fee". This is in addition to the "Convenience Fee" to buy tickets. So around $15 for the ability to buy tickets and then order food...the actual cost of the food, tipping for the delivery of the food, and the cost of the tickets not included. Either Fenton is looking to rid itself of all but rich customers or hoping for the demise of its theatre. We will no longer be customers. read more

The movie (Kung Fu Panda 4) constantly froze, making it nearly impossible to watch. Toward the end, someone mentioned a manager would provide us with complementary passes to return, but that never happened. On top of that, when our food was delivered, the cocktail we ordered wasn't included. This was our first visit, and honestly, we don't see a reason to return when Waverly Place offers a much better experience. read more
