This is my first time attending this location to watch a movie not bad. I must stay they keep this place clean between each movie time slot nothing but a fresh clean scent. It a smaller movie theater but very attentive to their customers. Wish we had this at my location in Charlotte NC. Being a A list member/investor i want the best for me and my coins. This location is doing a great job to make sure we are Covid Safe..

Everything was good until I wanted fresh popcorn and was told "no" because it was slow and couldn't pop more than they needed. Paid for a large COLD popcorn.

We are all entitled to our own opinions, right? Well here's mine: Parking: 5 Location: 4 Decor/ambiance: 5 Customer Service: 4 Two words people... twoooo words... HEATED SEATS! Yes... you read that correctly. They have heated seats here. OMG, i was so thrilled when I found this out. This place was recently renovated and the seats came into play. The place is really nice on the inside. They have a fully functional bar as well. The location of the theater is cool. The parking is never a problem here. The staff are friendly and movies are always a pleasure to watch at this AMC. I'm so happy to have found a theater with heated seats! Can you tell?

I love this chain! I spent most of my life in a city with crappy theaters, but then I moved to Los Angeles and discovered AMC. I suddenly became spoiled by the uber comfortable reclining chairs that this chain offers at many of their theaters. This theater was dead quiet when we attended an 11 AM movie this past Sunday. The seats were a bit different than the ones at other AMC theaters, but I think they were recently updated and still reclined. I also discovered that before noon, this theater offers tickets for a mere $5.50, such a bargain and we love to do this on the weekend! If you want to buy tickets in advance online, you will pay a surcharge per ticket of about $1.50. If you go to the movies frequently or have a large family, I suggest paying the $15 annual fee for the Premiere program. I get a $5 reward for every $50 I spend, so it's nice to put that $ towards movie ticket purchases or snacks at the concession stand. This also waives the advance ticket purchase fee on ALL the tickets you buy each trip. I also received a free popcorn and soda on my birthday with this membership. Great AMC! I will definitely be back. I do suggest buying the tickets online as this region's theaters have a very odd practice of making individuals buy tickets at the concession stand, hence this can result in an annoying wait.

Currently watching Mario movie here. The volume is better at our home than in the theater. We can hear people eating. Complained and reminded them 4 times within the hour to no avail. We are a party of 7 and seems a waste of money. Staying cause we drove 45 mins to get here and have dinner reservations near by. Seems like some of the speakers are not working, and they know about it as they keep ignoring people telling them about the sound being awful. This is our second time seeing the movie, so we know how the sound is supposed to be. Come here at your own risk or if you like good popcorn and recliners.

The lack of a call button or service app ending up making our experience even worse. We ordered one soda and one beer and AN HOUR into the movie everyone else in our row had been served full meals and I was forced to leave the movie to go find my server. I would have let it go but this place makes you PRE-PAY and PRE-TIP for what ends up being horrible service. At the service window I found my server and let him know it had been an hour and he said "we are trying to get drinks out" This was followed by snide comments from another server from within the stand. I'm sorry but if I don't have my order one hour into a two hour movie you have completely failed and shouldn't be marketing yourself as a food-based cinema experience. To make matters worse my seat was completely broken. No recline. I would have brought this up if I had seen my waiter at all in the first hour. Finally, for me the worst part of my experience is that they had glitching and stuttering on playback multiple times in the first and second reel. The one thing they should be flawless at is projecting a movie and they can't even do that correctly. I will NEVER be back to this theater. This is why theatrical attendance is down. This is why movies are dying. People can have a better experience at home. Congratulations on contributing to the death of the theater experience.

It takes some time to make it thru all the screens. The IMAX ticket was $25. I also bought a "regular" slurpy at concessions for $9. When I walked into the theater at 11:20, it was empty. Eventually, about a dozen people watched the film with me. The trailers (8 of them) started at 11:40...so 10 minutes late at a very slow day/time for Regal. There were no commercials aside from the Regal loyalty program. Picture and sound were good, but the seats leave a lot to be desired. There's plenty of legroom (I'm 6'2"), but there's zero lumbar support and the recline (only the back rocks) is just short of being comfortable. If it rocked back another 3", the angle would be much better and the lack of lumbar would not be as noticeable...and there would still be plenty of room for someone to walk behind you and it wouldn't effect legroom at all. The theatre and bathroom was clean...which I appreciate.

The chairs recline and you can put your feet up. I love that there's so much space between the rows so no one can kick your back. A couple issues I noticed: *The audio quality was terrible in my particular theater; the movie sounded like it was playing on an old boombox from the 80s. *The check in process is very confusing! I bought my ticket online before I left home. I walked in to the theater without anyone even stopping to ask me if I'd purchased a ticket. I figured there'd be a person waiting somewhere to scan my phone. *No one ever came by to close the side doors when the movie started. After half an hour of hearing people walk by, I got up and closed the doors. Not a big deal, I'm just used to other theaters always having someone close the door once the trailers are done playing and I wasn't sure if they were supposed to stay open for some reason. Besides that, I'll definitely be back!
