I hired Paragon Van Lines to move my household from Miami, FL to Virginia. I was quoted $1,700 for the move. On the day of pickup, after they began inventory, they suddenly claimed the cost would be $2,500. This was unexpected and felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. Later, I received a bill for $3,400 -- double the original quote. Paragon told me I only needed to call 4 days before my desired delivery date. I followed their instructions, and they initially offered delivery for Thursday, instead of my requested Saturday. I declined due to scheduling and asked for confirmation of a Friday or Saturday delivery. After that, they stopped responding to texts and calls completely. I didn't receive a reply until Friday afternoon, when they informed me that my items hadn't even left yet -- and wouldn't be packed until the following Monday, with no estimated delivery date. As a result, I had to move into a new apartment with my 3-year-old child, without furniture, a bed, or basic necessities. This created an enormous burden and stress for my family. We eventually received our belongings one week after the requested delivery date -- and not even from Paragon. The delivery was handled by a completely separate moving company they subcontracted without informing us. That team was more professional, but some of our boxes arrived wet, one piece of furniture was broken, and a printer was missing. Paragon only offered minimal coverage ($0.60 per pound), which does not come close to covering the damaged or missing items. Filing a claim under those terms is virtually pointless. When I first spoke with Paragon, they reassured me that they were not brokers and that the move would be simple and stress-free. However, after the contract was signed, they became almost impossible to reach, changed the pricing, delayed delivery without notice, and ultimately subcontracted the delivery to someone else. After my experience, I researched their reviews and discovered dozens of nearly identical complaints -- ranging from overcharging and lost items to deceptive communication and fake 5-star reviews. Their Yelp page is full of detailed warnings from other consumers, but their Facebook page appears curated, with only vague, overly positive reviews and no trace of the negative feedback many have shared elsewhere. I would never use this company again and strongly warn others against trusting them. If zero was a rating this company would receive. I had them move my belongings from Florida to Ohio, given one number when I left but doubled when I arrived or could not get my belongings. Then I find when I have unpacked, broken items. When you have a man and a boy only unload a semi what should I have expected. Charged me 400$ on top of the original 2500 quote without previous notice. Half of my stuff arrived broken and/or moldy. Some things missing, including parts of my desk, which in turn makes the parts of my desk that did arrive into trash because they can't be used without the missing parts. Dear World, Please do not use Paragon Vanlines. I was in the process of moving and utilized a website called moving.com. Paragon Vanlines called me back quoted a price of $1772. Which seemed to be great at the time because everyone else was going to charge me $3600.00 to move my items to SC. I was then asked by Riki to please include my furniture to make it worth my while. Ron came to move my items. The first red flag was when I was told that I needed to go and make copies of the paperwork. He asked me to sign my name at the bottom of all the forms without them being filled out. I refused. When I added the furniture as told to do so by Riki, Ron was yelling at the to of his lungs the price was gong to go up but could not tell me how much. I began to get worried and asked them to remove my items and they refused. He tightened the belt around my things on the back of the truck, lowered the gate, and told me he would not remove my items. I then asked where were my items being taken and they refused to provide me with an address. Each week I would receive an email or a text about my items and being told that the price to collect my items were increasing. In three weeks it went from $1732.00 to $5700.00. I informed them I no longer needed them to move me just wanted my things back. They continued to refuse to provide a location or a price for me to come and collect my items. I received no response. I called their number and asked Riki why was the price so high. He told me they were charging me $468.00 per month for storage and 60% of the cost to move my things to SC even though I no longer needed them to transport my stuff which ended up being $5700.00. I then received text messages of them you going through my things to sell them on Facebook Marketplace place. I was enraged. However, the nightmare did not stop there. Today I was told to make a payment and I could negotiate the price to pick up today only to learn from a third party that they were told all of my stuff was auctioned off in February. They jacked the price 40% (3K) after my items loaded and held them hostage. Items broken, missing not assembled correctly. The screws and small components lost. Other people stuff in mine and vice versa. Once they unloaded the truck never answered calls, texts or emails again. I asked for the name and number of the other customers whose stuff I had and who had mine, no response. The lied and said they were not brokers. They sold this job to "mark" who used day laborers to unload my stuff and had not idea how to put it back together. read more

To Whom It May Concern: I engaged by contract with Paragon Van Lines of Deerfield Beach, FL (954) 871-7869 to move all of my furniture and belongings from N Bay Village, FL back to New England where I spent most of my life, for health reasons, for a total payment of $5,592.50 by MasterCard and Zelle cash transfer ($460.00 deposit; $2,700 on 11/1/22 pick up ; and $2,432.50 on delivery and set up on 11/13/22). When the truck finally arrived up north for unloading and set up after sitting in Oakland Park locked for 10 days going nowhere, the boss of the team/driver, a Paragon employee, and 2 locals to help, left my 2 bedroom sets, dining room table and a sofa table unassembled when they supposedly finished and were VERY anxious to leave (too anxious as it turned out, for reasons detailed below!); and I had to run after the Paragon boss/driver to plead with him to return, do as the contract mandated and reassemble the furniture! The boss/driver grunted 'I'm in a rush...way behind.' I was prepared to lie down in front of the truck on the road if he didn't return to reassemble these items per the contract. He did return but couldn't locate the 4 bolts needed to reassemble the 1 piece guest room bed frame and night stands so I suggested the driver who loaded the truck in N Bay Village may have left them in the truck glove compartment and I was going to check the truck. He ran after me screaming like a banshee 'don't go in the truck don't go in the truck!' I opened the door and was about to check the glove compartment when he threatened to punch me in the face (so I didn't open the glove compartment). Now I know why he acted as he did. First, in each of the 6 prior moves I made in FL in the last 12 years, I have ALWAYS put small items of great sentimental value from friends and my deceased parents and/or expensive fragile items like 2 Baccarat crystal hearts given to me on successive Valentine's Days, and a brand-new $1,000 never-used Nikon camera, in dresser drawers packed in with my socks, underwear and other clothing for protection from damage in transit. No mover has EVER insisted on removing the drawers to make it lighter/easier to carry the dresser inside! Well this time the boss/driver insisted on doing so at my front door after I went inside! I was very uncomfortable about that and about strangers whom I did not know nor trust going through my personal items. Long story short: those 3 items were stolen by the boss/driver. Twice since the furniture was delivered, I emptied the 6 dresser drawers and those 3 items were gone. Of course, that's why the boss/driver threatened me physically if I opened the glove compartment. Incidentally, he fled after that encounter like a bat out of hell leaving the two bed frames and associated furniture, as well as the sofa table, unassembled. I am ready, willing and able to fly down to Ft. Lauderdale at your convenience within the next week or so to speak with representatives of the State Attorney's Office of Broward County, the Broward County Sheriff's Office and the Fort Lauderdale Police Department if that would be helpful to your investigation and hopefully prosecute these evil people who caused me so much misery and shut them down. The $1,000 camera I don't so much care about. However, the sentimental value of those crystal hearts is priceless. My 73rd birthday is the 20th and I am in my 5th year since diagnosis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, a terminal lung disease with no known cause nor treatment, other than lung transplant, and only a 5 year life expectancy, which is why I moved back to New England to become a candidate for transplant at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, as my docs there informed me last June that, if I did not relocate from FL by January 1, I would be too ill and debilitated to even become a candidate for transplant there. So I have moved back to be close to MGH. However, what these criminals have done to me, I assure you, has taken some of the little valuable time I may have left to live from me that cannot be replaced. Spoke to sales person who strong armed me to leave a deposit. I told him I was still looking at other companies. He insisted I would get my money back if didn't use Paragon. 2 and a half months later, I still haven't received the $225 owed. I followed all instructions required. WORST Experience EVER , stay away !!!! They promised everything at the booking. You will be dealing with 3 groups and each does and says what they want. The contract means nothing. Ricki promises everything that you want to hear and then denies it. Ron is nasty and does not care what Ricki promised. Finally, the drivers have the discretion to charge additional for whatever they want. Nasty and you can hardly understand them. We had a small load. They kept it in Florida for almost 30 days when Ricky had told us it would arrive to TX within 7 to 10 days . Ron basically told me NOT to call him anymore. Finally they called that our move was being loaded and going Orlando, Georgia and then Texas. The driver called the next day telling us the 18 wheeler would not fit into the apartment complex and we would have to pay $400 additional so they could rent a small truck to deliver + they needed another $100 to take the stuff up the elevator when Ricky stated to me clearly that there would be no charge if there was an elevator. they would only charge if a they had to go up the stairs. After much back and forth , we had to pay it or they would keep our stuff and not deliver it. They never rented a truck, they contracted a small movers with a pick up truck and stuffer all our stuff into it . They did not unwrap it all, the little that they did - they made a slit in our leather sofa which we did not notice until after they left. since they had it for so long in storage and they bunched it up in that pick up track, our leather sofa looks like CRAP all wrinkled. it has been the move from Hell and the worst possible people you can deal with. When I first spoke to Riki, she sounded straightforward, and was very helpful. She always answered my messages or calls when I had questions. She first gave me a quote of $2,374. She did mentioned more or less that was the price. She took detailed inventory of our 1 bedroom apartment. I mentioned we have a "smart bed" to which I was charged extra since is heavy ( totally understand) I also mentioned I have a big sectional couch. 12.15.2023 our stuff was picked up and after everything was inside the truck, the owner, RON- which claims to be the "supervisor" came back upstairs and told us we had to pay an extra $1,500 fue to our bulky sectional sofa. They packed our sofa, dinning table with wood base, bed and Tv. Please see photos and videos. We do understand our bed base is heavy- they drop it as seen in the video and RON took out a black sharpie and told me it was an issue fix. Not the professional customer service you'll expect, right? He kept telling me it was just the base and nobody could see it. I tried telling him that wasn't the point, it's our stuff and we wanted them to take care of it. 1.16.2024 a month later- day of the Delivery. They only take care of the move in Miami. Then they hire another company to delivery in NV. Which I had to pay them cash/ Venmo $1,500 +$200 for them to move everything from an 18 wheeler to a smaller truck so they could come inside the apartment complex. They want you to sign right away as soon as soon as they open the truck. I didn't sign the documents until they opened all the items they had packed to make sure they were in the same condition. During that month, my stuff was inside their storage or truck. It has snowed in Texas on their way here. My wood dinning chairs got wet and moldy. (See photos attached) Damages: Dinning table wood base broken. Chairs with mold Sofa ripped Night stand broken Lamp. The movers told me to go to HomeDepot and buy wood glue and two wood screws, that it was an easy fix. Checkout the easy fix after 3 weeks. The table collapsed as expected. Insurance claim: The same day they delivered, right away I placed the insurance claim using the info they provided. $0.60 per pound. That's nothing! 3.24.2024 Finally got a response from their insurance company. We're getting $84.00 as a compensation fue to Paragon Van Lines negligence! Lastly, watch out. Pay with my CC - DON told me there was a 7% fee if I payed with my credit card. ( see photos attached) He charged me an extra $90 and wouldn't pay me back until I kept texting him about it 1.16.2024 as seen in the conversation with him. It's been 3 month and we're getting $84 back. I hope this helps anyone out there. Don't do it! I've never been treated worse in my life. The head guy on my job was abusive and bullying the entire time. He wouldn't let anyone get a word in edgewise and bullied me every time I asked a question on price increase. He called me a mathematician, said he'd raise the deposit to 70percent right now if I didn't Zelle him, screamed at me, put me down and the other two men actually apologized for him and were scared of him. I had chest pains so bad after this and was crying in my bathroom. The man was so so so mean and inappropriate meanwhile the other worker was grabbing pot roaches from the ground and taking them in my house asking me to smoke pot. No masks worn whatsoever. One was smoking all over my stuff. Then they made fun of the $120 tip I gave and said is this seriously for all of us to split. I called to report it and the kid on the phone just laughed and said send me a video. One up-sell after the next, even for packing supplies that I paid for on my credit card. Which the driver took to the store and bought his own things while there on my card. On the receiving end the treatment was equally as poor. The driver was rude and bullying, had no idea who Paragon was, came in my home by himself while I was home alone and just SAT THERE with no crew and then told me to Zelle him privately. I called and emailed 16 times and was not taken seriously. Finally a second crew person showed up who told me he was hired 30 min prior ON CRAIGSLIST. They didn't do any inventory or ask where things went, left blankets behind, rushed and just threw all the boxes (of broken glass that I paid extra to pack) into my living room. Literally the WORST business you could imagine. Unprofessional, HORRID customer service, and absolutely disgusting services. This is the absolute WORST company you could ever pick. To say that we were under quoted and over promised would be an understatement of epic proportions. Our original quote was HALF what we ended paying, and the job wasn't even done right... not a single portion of it. Riki promised us a full service move over the phone. I asked her multiple times about what our quote included, and she told me everything was covered. When the movers arrived FIVE DAYS LATE, with a half size Uhaul, on the day we were supposed to be leaving the state... they weren't even half prepared. "Ron" the manager is even worse. We were YELLED AT on the phone multiple times. Ron and Riki are not just rude though, they're also liars. When I called Riki concerned that the movers were coming SO late, she promised me that five people would be there to pack everything. TWO unprofessional movers showed up. They ate food in my cabinets without asking, and took beer from my fridge, and didn't get everything packed that day... big surprise. Most of our household is broken. Boxes were filled with random stuff all dumped together, nothing wrapped, and most cracked and broken. Our big flat screen wasn't even put into a TV box, it was half covered with a single piece of flat cardboard... and broken. Our couch is ripped and the frame is cracked. Terrible Experience. we moved quite a few times in our lives, and this is by far the worst experience. our belongings were held "hostage" and we were forced to PAY CASH and sign that we received all our boxes BEFORE they were unloaded from the truck (so we had no way of checking if everything was actually there). after we paid a bunch of guys showed up, and it was clear that the owners of the company met those guys for the first time, and had just hired them to come into our home and move our things, without knowing who these people were. boxes had water damage and they ripped on the truck, content of which was all over the floor. furniture dragged and damaged. I'm not going to make any accusations here (we have already contacted the authorities about the following), but I will say that quite a few expensive items are missing such as jewelry, security cameras and actual cash from my wife's purse. Again, not accusing anyone of anything just stating the fact that all the items mentioned above were here before the move and are now missing after these folks left. the after math is terrible over $10,000 is missing. additionally, after leaving 1 review on Facebook we were contacted by the owner of the company and instead of him being courteous and trying to resolve the issue in some way, shape or form he said he was going to contact his lawyer and sue me and my wife for defamation if we don't take the review down. personally, I would not hire or recommend this company ever again. read more

When I was shopping for moving companies, I contacted Paragon Van Lines around May 20, 2022 and spoke with Ricki who informed me I would receive "quality full service". However, on the day of the move, Ron came to pick up my furniture he was so rude and very unprofessional, they ruined my dining room chairs to the extent that I had to leave them behind. When I received my belongings were damaged and missing boxes including my curve 55 inch T.V. When I called to try to resolve this, neither Ricki or Ron wanted to do nothing to do with me. Note to you out there run they are a bunch of crooks. I was quoted by Ricki $1990 by the time my belongings were delivered end up paying around $2585.00. They refuse credit card payment. This is the ultimate swindling moving consolidator. It is not a moving company by any means. Riki seems to be nice but she is misleading as well as Ron who has terrible customer service. Ron and Riki are shady, they only care about money. It took them a week past my requested delivery date to get my stuff to me and in the process they lost some of my belongs and have urgency to find it or curtesy to give a call to update me. I've called Riki every week for an update just to see what the progress is on my missing, she always redirect back to Ron. This company is not upfront as they say they are, they don't tell you about all the fees you will accrue. I was initially quoted for roughly $1800 for my move from Hollywood, FL to Houston. I had to pay over $1000 when my belongings were picked that included 7% 'credit card fee'. I requested delivery one week later, July 29. Two days after my belongings were picked up, I received a revised estimate for $2100+ with no explanation. Once it was past a week of my requested delivery date, I called everyday to get an ETA, with no luck. Finally my items arrived but there a carrying distance of 75ft complimentary from the elevator to your door and anything beyond that us an additional $50 per 50 feet. This is was not shared or discussed with me at any point and I purposely asked Riki of any fees I need to be aware when the movers arrive , she said nothing. That fee tackled on an additional $300. I have not received my final invoice for the entire move nor have they reached out for a review. They know they have terrible service. In total I paid roughly $2,500 for the move. The company's owner, ' local 'manager' who goes by the name of Ron has been very non-responsive! He hides behind Riki who also hides behind Ron. Both partners in this shady business! Avoid them! I recently moved from Florida to Tennessee and went through Paragon Van Lines. Ron and Mike arrived on time at my Florida apartment and we're very helpful. They explained the process and itemized everything that was put on the truck. I needed to put my belongings in storage for a month before having it sent up to Tennessee. Paragon did not charge me for the month (more like 35 days) of storage The only hiccup was that on the date my stuff was supposed to arrive, it didn't. I called and got in touch with my representative Riki. She explained that I did not confirm the delivery date - only the date for which I wanted it out of storage. I didn't think that was the case but I will chalk this up to miscommunication. I suggest that you call Paragon to confirm the delivery date and be explicit in doing so. My stuff left storage a few days later. Once the truck left, the drivers Jean and Andrew kept me posted as to their whereabouts and ETA. Once they arrived, everything was in the condition I left it. They were friendly and carefully assembled my glass TV stand, kitchen table, and bed frame along with lugging up all of my other furniture and boxes. It's a one bedroom apartment. They were in and out in less than 90 minutes. To them I say thank you. I would use Paragon again. read more

Disassembled all my furniture wrapped everything carefully arrived to New York two days after assembling the furniture back nothing broke or scratch. If I could give this company ZERO stars I would!! Let me start off by saying if you are looking for movers...RUN! I used Paragon van lines for my local move (a 4 bedroom house). I spoke to ricky (the office manager) and went over the EXACT furniture I had in my home. I was given a contacted price and quoted 5 hours ( GREAT my last move with the exact same items one year ago only took 5 hours - *with a diffrent comapny...that i should have used again*). The day before the move I recieved a call from the owner Ron to verify my move (i had booked 2 weeks prior) and he asked me to change my day of the move. Um no. I paid a deposit to hold MY DATE. So moving to moving day...I had 3 men show up to my house only one in a company shirt who introduced himself as tyrell. We did a walk through and right away was told the tvs needed extra crates which cost $200 per tv. I stated I had a contract which already had the tvs and quickly that was dropped (already trying to screw me). One of the men was allergic to animals so quickly left the house and was deemed useless as he just sat in thr truck waiting for items to come in. It took FIVE hours to load my items into the truck. Meanwhile the men took smoke breaks (2 of my items now have nice cigarette burns in them as they were smoking on the truck). Once we got to the destination...tyrell said we had to pay. He called Ron who of course said it's another 3 hours of time AND i was charged for rolls of tape and paking materials (which I was NEVER told about). I was strong armed into paying $500 more than my contracted price as my entire house was on a locked truck. After paying the men took another 4 hours to unload. Lost screws to my daughters BRAND NEW bed and now she can not use it. Lost screws to my bed. Left only the headboard in my room and just pushed the mattress up against it. And broke tons of picture frames. Tyrell called the owner ron to tell him about the screws and he said he would come to my home the next day to rectify the situation. I was texting with ron who told me to send him my address and he would come. HE NEVER SHOWED. We spoke via text 3 times the next day where i heard nothing but excuses as to why he didnt come. Then procceeded to tell me I owe him EVEN MORE MONEY for extra time his usuless men spent here. Oh and to make matters worse..my 9 year old daughter had 8 dollars on her window sill that went missing while the men were here!!! Do not use this company!!! Beware!!! This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had moving. I am warning everyone to stay away from this company and do your due diligence as this company should not be in business. These reviews have to be fake because they barely had people to cover my move based on what I overheard their contracted movers saying and my experience. They are complete liars and fraud. I have plenty of video footage and voice recordings of most of what happened. If you had this experience, especially moving out of state, I suggest you contact the Federal Motors Carrier Safety Admin and Protectyourmove.gov. This company lied throughout the whole process and I would write everything here, but limited by characters. But will fit in as much as I can. They claimed to not to broker out jobs and that they own and operate their equipment and climate-controlled storage and that my stuff would only be moved once. That was a lie, they moved my stuff several times on and off trucks even after requesting that I move into my apartment earlier so that they can keep my items on the truck (which I thought was the case anyway) and they moved it about 4 different times. They damaged my beds and got caught in a lie after their movers told me (behind the owner's back) that the owner told them to tell me my beds were already broken when they were never moved prior to this and only 3 years old (I have proof). The owner was rude and argued me down about this as if he had any proof. They didn't come wearing masks even though south Florida is a hot spot for covid-19 (see photos of them at my door). They didn't come in company shirts like I was told that they would when Riki who I booked with told me this is how I would identify that their workers aren't brokered. Oh and don't be fooled by Riki, she is only nice until your stuff is out of your hands. My mattresses that I bought covers for, were off when they were delivered, and my mattresses were dragged on the floor and all bent up since they only sent two movers from the brokered company that delivered my items (I have video footage of that as well and pictures of before and after attached to this review) when they had 4 movers that moved me out. They misquoted me by $2000, and this is after taking off a huge home gym and entertainment center that I sold prior to the move to try to save $1000 on. They held my belongingshostage, after harassing me to sign another contract (trying to change terms) which I refused because I had already signed when they picked up my stuff and they proved to be untrustworthy. I was driving two states away while the owner called and text me several times harassing me about paying cash or with a USPS certified check for delivery when I already signed what I needed to sign. When I requested to hire someone else to finish the job since they were giving me a hard time, they told me I couldn't do have someone else pick my stuff up from storage. I was already out of the state and still driving so I had no choice but to deal with these people and felt so helpless. Then after finally getting them to deliver my stuff, the brokered company they hired tried to get me to sign off on their contract and make the USPS certified check out to their company, but I refused because they were not the company I hired. I tried calling the owner the whole day to complain, but I never heard from again. Mind you, the few days before he was calling me and texting me harassing me about money as if I had a choice to not pay. I needed my stuff of course I am going to pay even though they ripped me off. IT's funny how I never heard back from them after all the harassing they did to me while driving out of state. They never even sent me a final invoice stating that I paid my balance although I have proof of everything. Here is the link to the whole story. They will pay for what they did to me. They are the worst!! They're not even worthy of one star.They talk a good game but do not follow through with anything said or written. I trusted them with my household belongings, and two years later they have not repaired, or compensated me monetarily for damages done to my antique table and my bedroom set. To add insult to injury, my deceased husband's ashes are still missing. If you value any of your belongings, I would highly recommend NOT using them. read more

Stay away from that moving company, they are just a bunch of liars. I engaged them for a move, I originally spoke with Riki, we agreed on a price, pickup date and delivery date. The day before my pick up date they called me saying that the truck had an issue and I would have to be patient and wait a couple of days! Then the driver Carlos starts to say that the estimated price done by Riki was not correct and would cost me 3K more than estimated! Then my delivery was scheduled was the 30th of September, but finally arrived on Oct 7th. The dispatcher Ron was absolutely not helpful and kept pushing back the delivery date. As of today, the company still hasn't provided any receipt... So as a best advice, stay away from that moving company. This is the worst experience ever. I had a really great experience with Paragon Van Lines and will be using them as my go-to movers also will be recommending them to family and friends as well. I had a smaller job that I needed done and every other company quoted me almost twice. Not only did they quote me a way better price, they were able to come the next day, and they used every minute that I paid for and completed the job flawlessly. No damage and no hidden fees. This is the first experience I have with movers where I pay the price that I was quoted and not a dollar more. Highly recommended! read more

Stay away from this thieves,the worst experience we been through,on March 28/2019 we hired Paragon to move a few items that we had bought from a family in Plantation and to be moved to our place in Lauderhill,we had booked 3 hours and 3 man for the job,they were supposed to be in Plantation at 3pm,they showed up at 4:30pm and only 2 guys,one little guy in particular with a nasty attitude and disrespect who never even apologize for being almost 2 hours late. After watching the the little guy drag a couple of the kitchen chairs through the driveway I pick up one of the chairs and asked him to be careful with them his response was that he knew what he was doing... minutes later he disappeared I went outside looking for him and he was standing by the truck on the phone again I reminded him we had a time frame to be out of the house and time was running out do to them being almost 2 hours late,the guy went off on me.. Soon we arrive at our place he tells us we need to pay cash at almost 8pm,I then ask to talk to his boss Ricky,the call to this woman was another waste of time she's also unprofessional,rude,bad attitude person,she hung up on me,so he threatened to leave with the truck with our belongings in it if we didn't give him the cash,after a few words he said he was calling the cops and that all extra time would be on us which he did,when the cops arrived he said that I had hit him,since no violence was involved and he lied about it,even the other guy that was with him denied any violence occurred,cops left. We definitely learned a lesson,this people are liars,scammers ,they are collecting cash so they won't have to pay taxes,they are ripping off people,I would give them a ZERO,STAY AWAY FROM PARAGON... very disappointed. read more

This was absolutely the worst experience with a moving company!!! Ron and Riki made promises in the beginning and as soon as they picked up my stuff, everything changed! The price changed and the delivery date changed! Ron said the price was going to change because their initial price was an estimate, which I understood. But then he turned around and doubled the amount of the upcharge. When I tried to get in touch with him, he kept avoiding me. And i understand that they can not give you an exact date of delivery, but I explained to them I had to make flight arrangements for this move. Ron and Riki both assured me it would get up there the week of my move in date so I booked the flights. He avoided several calls from me for 5 days. After he finally answered he told me he would deliver my items 7 days after the agreed upon date. By this time it was too late to cancel my flight arrangements so I lost out on that money! Unfortunately I had to rebook another flight so I could be there for the delivery. My advice would be to NEVER use this moving company!!! read more
