He took ownership of the situation, walked us through the process, and made sure everything was handled correctly. What could have been a very frustrating experience ended up being simple and stress-free because he went above and beyond to help. Employees like Andrew make a big difference. Best Buy is fortunate to have someone so professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful on their team. I hope his management team sees this because he truly deserves recognition.

We waited quite a while for someone to help us, and when an employee finally came over, he had a very poor attitude from the start. His customer service skills were honestly disappointing. We were told he was the only person "knowledgeable" in the camera department, but instead of being helpful, he spoke to my daughter in a rude and impatient manner while she was simply asking for advice. That is the whole reason we asked for assistance in the first place. I was very disappointed with how we were treated. A little kindness and patience go a long way, especially when helping customers who are trying to learn. I would have liked to speak with a manager about his behavior. We will not be returning to this store.

The owner is very passionate about music and you can tell it from talking to him. He is friendly, was chatting with all the different customers about what they picked, and even gives good suggestions! I bought a record from a band I had never heard of before (Fox Medicine). They were in the metal section but it was cute and bright pink. I looked them up quickly and listened to a couple songs and told myself I had to get that record. The owner was chatting with me about if I liked them or not and I was honest about literally just discovering them. He gave me one of their posters free of charge! They had just performed at his store and so he had a few left. I didn't realize he was giving it to me until we were leaving, I thought he was just showing me the poster. That absolutely made my day once I realized he was just giving it to me. The variety in this store is amazing with loads of vinyl, CDs, cassettes, and even music equipment! Prices are very fair, and everything is properly labeled. Instead of me having to get my hopes up inspect the record, the front usually says the condition, pressing, if it's colored, etc. I don't have to waste my time inspecting it myself, as the staff has already done the leg work. They even have a bargain bin (wall) with great deals! Down on the floor was a box that had cheap project vinyl too. When I worked at a record store I remember teachers coming in looking for the cheapest ones they could find for a various lessons they had coming up. I'm glad The Audio Nerd has a box for people like them. The store is a little bit cramped with how small it is and with how much product they carry, but it is such a gem and so fun to flip through. You can spend an hour or two easily in there despite it being a small store. Live shows even happen here! They move some of the tables out and put a band in there. Shout out Hayden for always promoting upcoming shows there! And as if this place couldn't get any cooler, they also do punch cards too... Who has ever heard of a record store doing a punch card before? Absolutely amazing. If you are looking for a cool new record store, The Audio Nerd is a great place to check out.

Hostile, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable behavior from multiple employees. Staples lost…read morea major business opportunity today. I visited the Staples at 6770 Stanford Ranch Rd, Roseville, CA on 8/29 around 2 PM, and the experience was so shockingly bad that it cost this store -- and likely the company -- a significant purchase opportunity. I came in not only to complete two returns (a Happy Return and an Amazon return) but also to evaluate Staples as a potential vendor for a large bulk order of equipment and supplies for multiple offices. I never even made it to the shopping portion of my visit because the customer service was that hostile. The store layout was confusing and the signage contradictory, so I approached the balloon desk for help. The female associate dismissed me, pointed vaguely toward the Amazon lockers, and when I said I was confused, she condescendingly told me to "use my eyes" and marched slowly while pointing at arrows on the floor as if I were incapable of understanding basic directions. When I told her she was being rude, she replied, "I'm autistic," as though that excused her behavior. It does not. At the register, things escalated. Before even greeting me, Rhett loudly said, "We have to deal with customers' dumb questions all day!" He repeatedly talked down to me, pointed in my face, and ultimately yelled, "If you don't like the way we do things and think we're rude, pack up your returns and get out!" He shoved an Amazon contact card at me, clearly trying to avoid doing Amazon returns altogether. He also gave me incorrect instructions about where to complete my Happy Return -- proving the confusion I originally asked about was valid. As I walked to the correct area, he used the store communication system to portray himself as the victim, prompting another associate to make passive‑aggressive comments about "rude customers" within earshot of me and the only other shopper in the store. The Happy Returns associate then watched me stand in line without assisting me for an extended period, despite the store being nearly empty. This location is being run by employees who are openly hostile, dismissive, and unprofessional. Their behavior didn't just ruin a simple return -- it directly cost Staples a substantial business purchase I was prepared to make. I will not be returning, and I will strongly advise my firm to avoid Staples entirely.

I called around our local postal stores and home office supply stores. Office Depot seemed to be the most reasonably priced. I had 3 pages to fax and an employee helped me through the process. He was very nice and patient. Rate was reasonable. First page was free and $2 thereafter. Other employees in the store I came in contact with were also nice and greeted me. The Fax machines were in the same area as the TSA Precheck enrollment/renewal service. Overall satisfied with the experience. It's very rare I visit an office supply store. On two separate occasions, she has physically taken products out of my hands without asking a single question. The first incident was when I wanted to purchase a makeup brush. The box was not sealed, and I simply wanted to feel the bristles before deciding to buy it. She immediately snatched it out of my hands and said I wasn't allowed to do that. The second incident happened with a nail polish I fully intended to purchase. I tried it on to see the color, and instead of asking whether I planned to buy it, she once again grabbed it out of my hands and told me it wasn't allowed. Because of her behavior, I walked away without purchasing either item. She has directly cost your store two sales. If there are policies regarding testers or opening products, they can be explained politely. There is absolutely no reason for an employee to snatch merchandise out of a customer's hands or treat them with such disrespect. A simple conversation would have handled both situations. I hope this behavior is addressed, because if this is how customers are treated, I won't be returning while she is working there.
