All of the outlets in the room that was worked on would only function if the light switch was on, which was not how I wanted it, and was discussed (nor was it how the room was ever wired!)! I don't know why someone would leave my home in this unusable state and then charge me again to come back and fix it! After the second trip and payment, I tried to reach Jim MANY times via phone call and email to discuss my dissatisfaction to no avail. He will not return any of my correspondence after I've expressed concern over the work that was done and cost. He was quick to reply, quick to return my message and was able to book me the next day. I got a message that he might be late by 15 minutes, but he ended up being perfectly on time. He was proactive in all communication with me so that is really appreciated. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue in about 20 minutes. I had a similar issue in the past that another electrician took over an hour to diagnose. After the fix he spent another 15 minutes talking me through a separate issue that I was planning on tackling myself in the future. He was reasonable in his bill. Would call again.

He has come back numerous times since his first visit and has fixed numerous things on my old home. Than the 4th job customer had some concerns about the price we charge was about $200 for chimney sweep so we explained that this is our rates and the rep only cared about the customer complaining he wanted to get it out of his back. So they didn't send us more jobs and we have been charged 2 years in a row for $200 or $250 yearly subscription that we couldn't cancel and no job were provided so basically they took what earned from our work. First They stop working with us because one not justifying complaint after 3 jobs we provide excellent service. And they already decided not to provide us more jobs which is fine we don't really need them but kept charge us for yearly subscription. Good luck..
