We both had it in our calendars for 2. When we got there the lady at the front was extremely rude throughout the whole interaction. She told us were we SOL and our apt was at 1 not 2. Which is not what we were told on the phone. When confusion happens in a business interaction (which it does) it's the businesses responsibility to make it right. Not only did they burn the bridge with our business, but we both left extremely frustrated that an appointment only business didn't honor the appointment we were given. On May 31, I brought my truck to your dealership for three specific services: Engine oil and filter change. Transmission fluid and filter service. Diagnosis and repair of a recurring "Service Parking Brake" issue. At the time of drop-off, I clearly explained that whenever the Service Parking Brake message appeared, I would lose the ability to engage or disengage the electronic parking brake. I was informed that a diagnostic fee would be required, which I agreed to pay. After your diagnosis, I was told the parking brake actuator was the cause of the problem. Based on your professional recommendation, I authorized the repair and paid the invoice in full. Unfortunately, the exact same problem returned the very same day I picked up the vehicle. That Friday evening, I was stranded for approximately three hours at a gas station because the parking brake would not release. After disconnecting the negative battery terminal and waiting, I was finally able to get the vehicle moving again. I immediately attempted to contact the dealership. No one returned my calls. The following day, Saturday, the problem occurred again, leaving me stranded for an additional two hours. Once again, no meaningful assistance or callback was provided despite multiple attempts to contact the dealership through phone calls, voicemail messages, and your text messaging system. On Monday, I was finally instructed to bring the vehicle back Tuesday morning at 8:00 AM. I arrived as requested and once again explained the situation in detail. However, throughout the day I received no updates. By approximately 4:00 PM, nobody had contacted me regarding the status of my vehicle. I had to call myself just to obtain information. The following day was no different. I made multiple calls and received little to no communication. Eventually, I was informed that additional charges would apply for reprogramming a module. This was completely unacceptable. The vehicle was being returned for the exact same issue that I had already paid your dealership to diagnose and repair. I had already paid for the diagnostic process and the recommended repair. Any additional work required because the original diagnosis failed should have been handled under warranty and without attempting to charge me again. What is even more disappointing is that after all of this, the Service Parking Brake warning returned yet again immediately after I picked up the vehicle. At this point: I paid for a diagnostic procedure. I paid for the repair recommended by your technicians. I lost multiple days without my vehicle. I spent several hours stranded at gas stations. I repeatedly had to chase updates because communication was virtually nonexistent. I was asked to pay additional money for a problem that was never resolved. Most importantly, I still have the exact same issue today. Now is worse because even the engine light is coming on From my perspective, this does not reflect a proper diagnostic process. It appears that parts are being replaced based on assumptions rather than a conclusive root-cause analysis. A professional diagnosis should identify the actual source of the failure, not simply replace components and hope the problem disappears. I trusted your dealership because I expected factory-trained technicians, professional communication, and accurate troubleshooting. Instead, I have spent significant time, money, and effort and remain with an unreliable vehicle and the same unresolved problem. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received and hope management takes this matter seriously.

Well after 2 months of my car going in and out of the shop for them to fix it finally I got it back ; my car would still get stuck in park sometimes but I was over fighting them about fixing it so I decided to let that go ... well last week I went to go do Christmas shopping and my car would not start now I just drove it to Walmart and it was running completely fine ; so I tried all my tricks thinking it was just stuck in park but it would not start so I had it towed to my house , the next day I contacted ezway and they told me to get it towed there and they would look over it so another 75 dollars out of pocket to get it to them ; finally the next day they called me back telling me the engine had blew and it was 2800 to fix , now me being in complete shock how in the world can the engine blow and I've had the car for 3 months and I still owe over 10000 , so I tried to talk to them about how they were gonna help me because I don't have 3000 dollars to drop in a car I just bought and still have carpayments on ; they said they were trying to help but the best they could do was me pay to fix it lol soo really I don't no how that helps especially since they knew I've been having nothing but issues since I bought the car . I was so fed up they were blaming me saying I negotiated the car and it my fault the engine blew . But I knew that wasn't the case so I decided to do my own research come to find out my engine has a recall on it and my car is still under Hyundais warranty ; sooo lucky Hyundai was willing to help they towed my car to their hickory location to check it out ; I called back to ezway asking them since now they NO it's not my fault how can they help we asked for a loaner car till Hyundai approved my rental since it takes 3 months to fix , they told us to come pick it up we drove up there pretty much to be insulted again they had a 2000 dodge van for us to drive ; for us to drive off the lot and break down ; after being stuck for an hour we finally got it running and to our house ; but now the van will not start , lucky Hyundai called us and set us up in a 2016 Hyundai to drive while my car gets fixed and they are putting a brand new engine in FREE of charge ! Thank god ! So we called ezway to come get their van that's broke down in my drive way but seeing how we live in a gated community and can not give our code out and we are both gone during the day we told them they had to come at either 7 am or 5 pm so we would be home ; but they said they can't do that so sherry said she was putting the car up for repo and charging us 250 dollars to come get it . They are really a joke they expect you to break your back to help them when they do nothing for you !!!! I will never buy another car from them and I'm glad the car I bought from them was a Hyundai bc they stand behind their cars and if it wasn't for them I would have a car with a blown engine and 10000 to pay it off !
