Mom, my brother and his wife!

We went to the paramount theater for the Mother's Day dinner and the Kool & the Gang Tribute. It was an amazing experience to spend the evening with our mom! The band was great! Thank you for a fantastic evening!

2/26/2022 Farnsworth…read moreHall Music Venue. Performing was the Eagles Cover Band. Tickets conveniently purchased online for all their shows. Parking 5/5 Plenty of private parking. Ambiance 5/5 Lighting works wonders and the Halls upgrades focused on sound & stage lighting which they did well. The Hall audience seating included rows of general seating and VIP Seating tables near the stage. The Venue definitely has the concept vibe. Menu 2/5 Food options were limited, snacks, beverages, personal Pizzas etc. There also was a bar setup outside on the back patio for cocktails and soft drinks. There really wasn't any place to eat unless you had a VIP table. Stage performance 5/5 Our seating was perfect up front. The Band does a fantastic performance the instrumentals were spot on. The bands Vocals were well done minus Joe Walsh's songs. How do you pull off his sound? We also enjoyed the Journey cover band Voyager Which was an excellent performance and finally the Comedic Nun show "Midnight Gretchen". Great intimate Venue.

After I paid $25 for my nonrefundable tickets , I saw they were only $10 on Goldstar. Concert hall had no carpet or other sound absorption. I don't know what the building was before, but I am giving 3 stars because there are only 3 women's bathroom stalls for seating for 500 people, 1 in the front I. Foyer and 2 stalls down the hall to the left of the stage. Of course there was a line of women, and no line for the men. Parking was free and not a problem, all around the building. Both Eagles Tribute and Beatles Tribute performances were worth my $25 each, but would have been more satisfying for $15 (includes $5 in the usual ticket fees) through Goldstar. If you hate cheap drinks, don't come! If you hate country music, don't come! Otherwise, go there!!! This place reminds me of old-school fun bars back in the eighties where dancing--and a bit of drinking--are the highlight of your week! All ages are there from 5:30 to 9:30! Seriously!!! From 21 to 99!!! After 9:30, it gets a bit too loud and busy for me, but that's not the club's fault. I just can't take too much partying anymore. lol' Highlights!!! No cover before eight--unless it's a holiday. Drinks are crazy cheap before eight. Free two-step, country swing classes Wednesday and Saturday at 6:30 Free line dancing classes all night--just watch and learn. People are so fun and friendly. They'll help you. There's also pool tables off to the side...and get this--barstools and tables!!! Yep, they actually allow you to sit down unlike all those clubs in Scottsdale that charge you to rent a table. Anyway, if you like to dance and listen to country music, you have to check out Denim and Diamonds!

It tries to be those things and fails in all. The layout: It's a long narrow room. The stage is on the smaller far end. The tables are arranged going back along the long direction. If you're sitting more than halfway back you'll be disappointed in the seating. In the back are high-top tables which are very small. The "bar" is along the long wall. The "restaurant" is catered food ( I don't think the venue has a kitchen). It's arranged buffet style on portable tables in the lobby. You go in a line and chose your dinner and they hand it to you in a plastic to-go container. You eat at your table and then bus your leftovers and trash to the trash can. There is no wait service. Just like eating at a fast food restaurant. If your sitting at a small high-top table there's not enough room for more than two people to eat. You'll be seated with strangers and they'll be right in your face as you eat. The "bar" only has beer and wine for alcohol. Or you could get a canned mixed drink. Stand in line and wait your turn at the end of the bar. The bar seats are reserved for the show. Remember no wait service. So if you want a drink during the show you have to go to the bar. Music was not Jazz. Very slow, boring folk. The crowd was 70+ year olds. And they charge for this experience? Won't be going back.

Had a great afternoon with friends this time around. The service was friendly and efficient, the beers were nice and cold, and the burgers were scrumptious, especially paired with their steak fries, which I really enjoy. Like my previous visit, the only challenge here is the food line, which can get very long. We got lucky and arrived just before the queue exploded. Overall, still a fantastic spot to gather with friends, enjoy the outdoor vibe, and soak up a beautiful Arizona afternoon -- just try to time your visit before the big rush. Saluti.

Our server was nice and attentive. I ordered a burger and it was delicious. Service was great from her. The outside was fun as they had live music and the fire pits going on. Overall pretty cool and unique place.

However, the walls have a counter with the stools, so you can order food and eat there! It's super crowded all the time (this was our third attempt getting my inside across 2 days), but so worth it! Our drinks were made quickly, but ordering them was a little trickier. They didn't have many people working (2? 3?) so it was easier to order at the bar then flag down a server. With it being a small space, it was would've been nice to order from a server. We had the prickly pear margaritas and the house margarita. While they tasted good, I'm not sure how authentic they were. But they were served icy cold, so can't complain too much! They were also a decent price. We also had their red pork and green pork tamales. The red was my favorite, with a hint of spice and flavorful pork. The green one was good too. We also had their nachos, which were pretty classic and appreciated by the group! Food came out in about 20-30 minutes. Prices were reasonable too. The best was the live music-- It's free! Lots of country classics. I would arriving around 1/1:15 pm, finding a seat, getting a drink and ordering food, and listening to the well-played tunes. It only has 1 small TV, so I'd go somewhere else if you're looking for a bar/pub to watch sports. Make sure to check out popular, well-known Rusty Spur Saloon for cold margaritas, delicious Mexican food, and dance worthy live music!

The event was well attended, with great local country bands, a kids zone, full bar, a cigar area (separated from the crowds) and tons of food. Bathrooms were plentiful and very clean. We camped on the shore of the lake, which was beautiful (especially at sunset). Camping is all dry camping, and spots were mostly packed gravel (though they are adding firepits and site grass areas soon). The view from our RV was awesome! As a bonus there was also boat races that weekend, which were fun to watch. The costs were reasonable. There are two wedding venues we saw (one had a wedding going) with lake views - very nice. What stood out most was how clean and well kept the entire place was. The staff was 100% customer service oriented and very hard working. They all were courteous, helpful, and fun. Nick was especially great and full of information for us first timers. This was our first time, not our last!
