I took my son to Fat Cats Queen Creek for the first time and was really impressed. The recliners are seriously comfortable--makes the movie so much better. We went on a Tuesday and scored $5 tickets, which was a nice bonus. I have to admit I was jealous of everyone with their popcorn buckets and drink tumblers; I'll definitely be picking those up when they go on sale next year. I took my toddler here Wednesday at opening to get out the house but to stay out of the heat. Wednesdays 1/2 off the arcade games. We spent 2 hours and he had a blast. ( we did too) we even ordered lunch ate and right back at playing the games. Wasn't busy at all and we will definitely be back. Also want to give a huge shot out to Alain. We went to add more money to our card. I already paid and was putting away my card when my little steps up to him and starts ordering. `Sir can I have a popcorn please' I was too busy laughing and shocked over what happened when the gentleman turns around and gets him some popcorn and asks if it was okay with me to give to him. Had my child's birthday party here. I paid for 15 kids, 12 showed up and that was also what I confirmed. Upon arrival the party room was setup for 12 kids, 4 at each table. Nicely decorated. I had previously confirm the schedule of activities with the coordinator a few days before, but this schedule wasn't communicated with our host and we had to reset expectations upon our arrival. We weirdly didn't get the 3 extra cups for drinks for the adults even though we paid for them. There weren't enough plates or utensils in the room either. Upon check out, they charged a 15% tip / gratuity on the check, then claimed it wasn't an actual tip! ‍ This left a very sour taste in our mouths after an already generous baked-in tip. I'm paying $500 for a party, why are you acting so stingy (drinks, plates, utensils, etc)? In the end, the kids had fun. We won't host a birthday there again though. read more

Not very customer friendly. Probably half the arcade games we played, deducted credits off our card but the game/video didn't work. We did contact a floor manager and he did load 20 more credits on our card but it was very frustrating. Be also advised, that even though the Fat Cats in Mesa and Gilbert take the Pogo Pass, this one DOES NOT! The bowling manager said they also DONT TAKE any FatCat coupons. Finally, very over crowded and you better plan on waiting for everything. My advice, just drive to Fat Cats in Gilbert or Mesa for a much more enjoyable experience. read more

I'm writing this to inform other families--especially women with children--about a very unsafe experience I had at this FatCats location. While standing in line, a male customer repeatedly flipped me off simply because I didn't hear that it was my turn. I immediately told the manager. While the manager was speaking to him, the man flipped me off again. I reported it again. He flipped me off a third time. When I walked away to fill my drink, he flipped me off for the fourth time. When I went back to notify staff again, the man's wife put her hands on my shoulders and told me it was "over." This physical contact was completely unwanted and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe--especially because I was alone with my 5-year-old daughter. Despite repeated harassment and escalation to physical contact, management did not ask the couple to leave. They were allowed to stay and enjoy their movie, while I felt so unsafe that I had no choice but to leave with my child. As a woman and a parent, this was frightening and deeply disappointing. Customer safety was not prioritized, and the situation was not handled appropriately. I hope management takes incidents like this more seriously in the future, because no one should have to leave a theater feeling unsafe--especially with a young child. read more

Do you like sanatizer sprayed in your face, in your mouth, in your hair, and on your legs by the employees here? Do you like risking catching a fungus for (possibly) unsanatized bowling shoes? This place is a hot mess. Who is managing this location? They need to be replaced or they need serious training. **ARCADE**: The arcade is equivalent to the games found at Peter Piper Pizza. Nothing special, lack of variety, all crammed together in a small space, and a little pricey. The prizes are dollar store quality. Poor selection. Very disappointing. **BOWLING**: Bowling is what it is. Nothing special. At all. We asked for them to put the rails up for our little one, and they forgot. At least the players beside us got the rails up for their little one, right? **BOWLING SHOES AND CUTE FOOT FUNGUS RISK**: The bowling shoes are hideous and seem to be very old. The heels seems to be a little loose. I did not see the employees sanitizing the shoes when they were returned or given out. Hopefully we don't catch a fungus. **SANATIZER IN YOUR MOUTH AND ALL OVER YOU**: Our game finished and we immediately started to return the balls and change our shoes. As I was putting my shoes on, the employee came by with their spray bottle and asked us to lift up out purses and car keys so they can clean the table "because we have a lot of people coming in." We looked and saw no wait for our lane. Regardless, we did what we were told and proceeded to go even faster than we were before he came by in attempt to not keep "the wait" from our lane. As I was getting my shoes on, the kid sprayed me in the face and mouth with his sanitizer. My child got sprayed in their hair and all over their legs. I told them what they did, and they said, "I'm sorry I just have to hurry." Noted. As we left to head to our movie, we saw no wait for our lane that we just left and the lane we were in was still empty. Cool. **FOOD DELIVERED TO YOU IN THEATERS**: When we ordered the food they said they would deliver the food to our seats in the theater. They forgot and our food was sitting there for a while. Our food was cold when we picked it up for ourselves, even though they were supposed to deliver it to us. Thanks for that. Seriously, this place isnt cheap. The arcade at the Queen Creek site includes car racing games, skee-ball, claw crane games and much more! Hours went by as time was spent playing the Arcade games. Right now, there is a promo running for half-off on Wednesdays for the Arcade. After the Arcade, we decided to eat at the restaurant inside. The menu consisted of a wide range of offerings from pizza, burgers, sandwiches, fried foods, and much more! After reviewing the menu, we had decided to order the following -Chicken Tender and French Fries -FatCats Burger: 1/3 lb Fresh Burger, Bacon, Caramelized Onion Lettuce, Garlic Mayo, Cheese, Tomatoes, Pickles -Turkey Club: Provolone, Black Forest Ham, Smoked Turkey, Bacon, Garlic Mayo, Lettuce, Tomato | Comes with Fries -Mozzarella Sticks -Funnel Cake Fries (Limited time item) with sweet cream -Cazookie Chocolate Chip Cookie, Ice Cream, Chocolate & Caramel Sauce, Whipped Cream All of the food came out at the same time. We would get food from the Grill again at Fat Cats - Queen Creek. After we ate, it was time for the Glow Zone Mini Golf! This was such a wonderful experience! The mini-golf is quite inexpensive, $5 per person, per round, with 9 holes. There wasn't anyone inside when we had gone it, so we were able to take our time and go through each golf hole without being rushed. We had such a amazing experience at Fat Cats - Queen Creek! There are so many activities to do and you could easily spend a full day here. The restrooms are amazingly clean and was well stocked with soap! I was really impressed with how well maintained the facility was. The bowling looked like a lot of fun, especially since it was glow-in-the-dark. I went to reservation line and stood there for another 15 min to wait my turn for them to tell me there was a wait list and couldn't get us bowling for 3 hours. I wasted 30min of my time in line to be told that. Never a hello or acknowledgement I had to lean over and ask someone when I finally got close enough. I get it its Saturday but doesn't take 4 people at one register to check in people. Or say hi at least so I can questions. They were rude when I was also questions. They need to do better. read more

I am so excited we have Fat Cats close by so much that I held my daughter's 8th birthday there! They did a great job coordinating everything! We had bowling, glow golf and arcades and our party had 15 kids! They sure kept things flowing and were also flexible. My daughter and her friends had a blast with everything! The kids had pizza, fountain drinks and I was allowed to bright a store bought cake. I loved that when we wanted to watch the Phoenix Suns playoff game so bad, we asked if we could have it in our bowling lane & sure enough they did it for us! Awesome!!!! Besides that we have been to this location twice prior to her birthday and in both occasions it was fun. Only thing we have learned is to ask for our pizza to be well done or else we don't like it. That's just something we learned to be proactive about it. On another occasion we went for movies and it is nice to have such comfortable and reclining seats. First time coming here for me, though my wife has been here with Grandson. Went to matinee showing of The movie "Top Gun, Maverick". Purchased tickets, and reserved seats online. Arrived and found excellent reclining seats. Very comfy, place seemed clean and orderly. Food service available, but we did not take advantage. Thoroughly enjoyed movie , super sound system enhanced the fantastic action of the film. The most fun we've had for $ 18 bucks in quite a while. Can't wait to return and see "Elvis"!!! read more

I've been here countless times since it's my little man's favorite spot. I also love going and letting loose because, at heart, I'm basically a kid too. They offer a variety of activities, including arcade games, bowling, mini golf, and movies. Whenever we go to the movies, I always buy our tickets and pick our seats in advance through their website. The mini golf is especially fun with its black light and alien theme--right up my alley! Bowling is a blast, but be sure to book the lanes in advance. We just moved to Queen Creek and my daughter wanted to see a movie for her 14th birthday - I have hands down never been in a nicer theater in my life. Super high staggering to the seats so theres virtually no chance of someone blocking your view. Pleather, electric reclining seats that are super comfy and put in the perfect position to watch the movie, even if youre in one of the front rows. Little table and cup holder. Awesome movie experience - oh and risoculously fair priced. The bowling area was equally nice - it was a bit of a wait but the girl was super cool and called us when our lane was so ready so we could drive back from home (technically not their policy so appreciated). The arcade is pretty cool, just walked through. Havent played glow golf yet. And the concessions were very reasonably priced by comparison. Customer service is horrible here. I wanted to layer my butter on my popcorn. First they move the butter from behind the counter so the employees there don't even have to put butter on your popcorn for you but they would fill it half way up and let ME put the butter on so I could layer it for myself. Now they won't even do that. The manager, at least that's what I think he was, wouldn't even let me layer it myself. I just can't believe it. This place used to be such a great place.
