I don't usually leave reviews, but charging full NJ bagel shop prices and only putting one egg on a breakfast sandwich is cheap. Most bagel places around here give two eggs by default. On top of that, they often get orders wrong, which makes the pricing even harder to justify. For what they're charging, this should come with two eggs and better accuracy. . read more

I was on my way to an appointment when I decided to stop by this place to grab some breakfast. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese and I have to say... it was just okay. I feel like I got more bread than bacon, egg, or cheese. It was super flat to me (if that makes sense). The store is nice, the workers are super quick with your order, but I was a little disappointed. I decided to get breakfast from this location. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I called in my order of the sunrise burrito, which was with turkey bacon. The order was ready when I arrived. I paid and left. When I dug in, the burrito was good. I enjoyed every bite. I had a good experience. read more

Came in expecting great things but my Taylor ham egg and cheese bagel was a bit skimpy on the fillings. You must have to ask for 2 eggs. Bagel itself had a nice chew and was soft and fresh. They have a lot of menu choices it's almost overwhelming. read more

Ok this time I'm going straight to the problem.. I walked into this place for the very first time today. 11/02/23 I asked for a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel with salt pepper and ketchup. I was literally waiting for less then 3 minutes from the moment I placed my order to the time I was paying. As soon as I got my food I knew something was wrong. I reached into the bag the food was cold. Yes I mean cold. No heat at all. So I said something and the woman says no problem I'll make it again. I took 3 steps from the counter and she says here you go. I again touched the food and it was cold. There is absolutely no she made this fresh. All the eggs and meat is pre made and sitting in the counter. It was like a seen from My Cousin Vinny The laws of physics must not exist in this kitchen. Save your sled the time money and aggravation and go to a fast food place and get a obviously pre made breakfast sandwich. This place and places like this are garbage. read more

Nothing like finding a hair caked and baked into a bagel. Went here this morning to pick up bagels and chicken salad, egg salad, and tuna salad for a meeting in our office today, and spent 55 dollars. When we were setting up the buffet with the bagels and salads, one of the managers found a hair baked into the bagel. See photos attached. A simple hairnet would resolve the issue easily. read more

Spectacular customer service! I placed an order to be sent to a family going through a difficult time. I'm not in the NJ area. The staff went above and beyond to help me - incredibly kind people and supper efficient as well. Stopped in here the other day to grab breakfast with my friend. The store is super clean and tidy and the selection of bagels is out of control! FRENCH TOAST BAGEL where else can you find that? The selection of cream cheeses look super fresh and delicious. I like that they have a deli counter if you are looking to grab a sandwich. The staff here are super friendly and make a prepare everything just to your liking. I got delivery today form Paramus Bagel and Deli. Horrible and unsanitary service. They had all sandwiches and bagels messed up together in one bag. When I called back to complain about the way they have sent out food to the consumers owner's response was "You didn't asked for you food to be wrapped separately". Not only it's unhealthy but also is a dumbest excuse ever. Obviously these people don't understand how businesses works especially in today's environment when viruses and bacterias are everywhere. Ehh... Came in this morning for a bagel and a coffee and I left kind of unhappy. I ordered a Taylor ham, egg and cheese with home fries with the bagel scooped out. Was 7 bucks for the bagel and small coffee, place looked clean. When I got the bagel, it wasn't scooped and the home fries were undercooked, kind of disappointed. Convenient take out location on Route 17 South with ample parking. They have a large menu with many options for breakfast and lunch including bagels, wraps, salads, paninis and subs. It was a very clean place unlike some of the older bagel shops in the area. I ordered a Taylor ham, egg and cheese with SPK on a roll. They went a little heavy with egg but the egg and Taylor ham were cooked in thin layers, which is what I like. The guy taking orders was very busy but very friendly at the same time. The bagels look fat and doughy with a crisp outside. I will be returning to try them the next time. read more
