I have to agree with Samin D.'s review from 8/1/15. We just moved here a few months ago and couldn't be happier. Safe community, centrally located to all the parts of SCV we frequent, and super close to the freeway. The units are nicely laid out, and stylish. The grounds are well kept and attractive. The pool has been very busy during these hot weeks and the neighbors we've met are all very nice and some are even friendly and stop to chat. Love all the management in the office! Everyone has been extremely helpful, pleasant and welcoming. There has never been a time when I've walked in the office and found it empty. There is always someone there and they always take care of my concerns or questions. Mail is on time and packages are held in the office after a notice is left in your mailbox. The maintenance team is also very nice, responsive and quick. I think it's like most things that involve interacting with other people: You get out of it what you put in. If you are pleasant and nice and understanding that things take time and you are not the only person in the community, then you will be treated accordingly. Parking is a little tight if you have multiple cars, but it is manageable. And, storage is limited but they do offer additional storage closets for an minimal fee which is well worth it if you don't want to get a storage unit off site. I'm in the process of downsizing and simplifying so it's forcing me to really take stock of things. It might be a bit more challenging if you have young children. I LOVE my little laundry set up! The stacked washer and dryer are located in a little closet off the balcony. It is convenient and cute and quiet because you cannot hear it running while inside. Considering that we are close to the freeway and the shopping plazas and that it is a very pet-friendly community it is very quiet. I am a former home owner with the highest quality appliances and I find that what they offer here is just fine. They are solid and get the job done even though they might not have all the bells and whistles. We've been so busy moving that we haven't been able to enjoy all the amenities except the jacuzzi which was quite large. Can't wait to use the pool, the BBQ and the outdoor fireplace that are available to all tenants. There is also a club-house that can be rented for large parties or events. It's beautiful! This apartment community was really great when we moved in four years ago. WAS being the key word. When the management changed over two years ago, things changed almost immediately. The office staff is rude and dismissive. Luckily, this doesn't happen often because they are rarely in the office and hardly ever answer the phone. This has become an actual joke between residents waiting at the leasing office for someone to show up and unlock the doors. "Oh hey, how long have you been waiting?" "Not sure, but this is the third time today I've tried." "Oh, nice." The atmosphere around the complex has deteriorated to something almost unrecognizable for Stevenson Ranch. There's a reason we live here and not Newhall, but now we might as well save a few dollars and move to a "rougher" area. This place is full of overflowing apartments (at least 7 people live in the 2 bedroom unit near us), crowds of teenagers at 2AM (they are out there right now, hollering away -- prompted me to finally write this review), vandalism (our brand new car was paintballed last year), frequent police visits, and creepy drunken neighbors informing me that I have a nice living room from their balcony. A few months ago, there was a car parked outside with huge gashes in the hood and a smashed windshield. Looked like someone took a crowbar to it. There was a carseat in the back, and it was horrifying. It has always been tough finding guest parking here, but it didn't used to be a problem until 8 or 9 at night. Now, it's often full all day and definitely after 3 or 4pm. Just another hint that there are too many people living in these units. In the last two months, we've had to have two cars towed - one for parking in our covered reserved space and one for blocking our garage (that was a fun excuse for being an hour late to work: "sorry, couldn't get my car out of my garage."). I guess sometimes people get desperate because there are no spots. We work in downtown L.A., but are willing to make commute and higher rent sacrifices for the excellent schools in the area. However, Parc Chateaux has raised our rent nearly $400/month in the last three years. Living here is laughable at that price. As soon as our lease is up, we're moving to a quieter complex a few miles north for $300 less per month. It will lengthen my commute to downtown by ten minutes, and I CAN'T WAIT. They water the grass (though many sprinkler heads are broken, so they are really watering a lot of pavement) 2 times per day. Considering we are in the midst of a serious drought, I find this to be incredibly and brazenly irresponsible. I keep hoping they'll get fined, but then think "why bother, they'll just raise the rent to compensate." The maintenance staff is the ONLY star in this one-star review. The guys are helpful and friendly, and always come as quickly as necessary for whatever problem exists. In fact, the only times they didn't show up in a timely manner were because the office staff never gave them our work request and we had to call again. Yes, that happened more than once, believe it or not. It's a shame we hate this complex so much now, as the actual living space is pretty nice. We discovered that we will sacrifice some small things to get out of here -- we enjoy the large master suite, but a few square feet just are not worth the exorbitant rent, horrible management, and crappy fellow tenants. I hope this review helps save at least one soul the frustration of living at Parc Chateaux. Seriously, look elsewhere! read more

I was hesitant to move here because of all the harsh review. However, we have lived here 2 years now and are going to continue to stay. From the old reviews I can tell they may have had some issues but they have since addressed it. Great community, super safe. Anytime I had a complaint (ex. a dog barking) they took care of it and followed up. I have never once seen the grounds dirty or unkept. Pool area is always clean, love the new seating & cabanas. Maintenance team is super nice and helpful, repairs done always within a timely manner and they keep the area dog poop free. They have updated all units for new tenants. Location is great, easy access to 5 freeway. There is a park and a trail behind the complex. Walking distance from food, grocery, starbucks... A few things to address from other reviewers: Laundry is in your unit, every unit has their own. It is hard to get the office on the phone, however you can report maintenance issues online and if you go in during business hours then they will always help you. I have never heard sirens or had an issue with noise. I do admit that I feel storage space is limited. Pool are is always kept super clean and when it is closed down for repairs they always send notice via email. Our rent has not been raised. Literally, it is the safest neighborhood (STEVENSON RANCH) have never had anything stolen. NEVER had a bug issue (I hate bugs). Toilet does clog often but they always fix it same day for us. We always get notice for repairs and repavements weeks in advance by email and in writing. When I get a package the mailman leaves a slip for me to pick it up at the office. Parking can be competitive. You get one spot if you are in a 1bdrm. We have two cars. BEfore 5pm there are still uncovered spot available and anyone can park in those. So whoever gets home first parks in an uncovered spot. No big deal, however once we parked on the side street because we both got home very late. If we have guests then we both try to find parking in uncovered spots and leave ours for the guest OR we tell them they can park in the back side of Ralphs if needed. Someone mentioned that the floor and appliances are cheaply made/looking and that there were no elevators for the 3rd floor... I think the apt looks great But honestly did you not notice that there was NO elevator when you first saw the place?!?! People get upset at something small and they feel the need to complain. So, it was a prayer of my son's to live here, first of all, for 4 years... now we are here... I can say I was nervous about how many buildings there are in the complex, assuming that it would be hard to get maintenance requests approved and taken care of. Since we've been residing here (it's been a year) any time we have had any issues our favorite maintenance guy, Jesse :), comes over PROMPTLY, and fixes the issue - EVEN when we had an emergency call in the middle of the night and the next day was THANKSGIVING! He came and helped us out. And the times he couldn't or had to wait for parts, he would always communicate with me. Natasha (former leasing consultant) and AJ, one of our leasing managers are also very personable and treat us (me and my kids) like we're more than numbers, more than tenants but like we are friends or something. It's very family feeling here and I appreciate that being that we don't have family close by. It's a good feeling to know we have people that have our back. When we run into AJ outside of the complex he actually says hi and asks me how we are all doing:) It's those little things that have a huge impact on people! Btw, Jesse and his coworker had even helped my kids get their bikes upstairs before we had a place to store them downstairs :) We LOVE living here, we LOVE Jesse and the leasing staff and hope we don't have to move for a looooong time. Our bathroom sink and bathtub got clogged(our fault) and than our kitchen garbage disposal got stuck (kids lol) and then the oven Went out (normal things that happens with domestic living) and their maintenance guy, Zach, was there within one day to fix things quickly. He knew what the problem was and how to fix them. He was in and out in just a few minutes, he was super friendly and always ensured us if we need anything else to let him know. When our oven went out he ordered a part and fixed it two days later in just 15 minutes. The maintenance service is great and we enjoy living here! Thanks Zach! read more

Previously, I had an issue with one of the leasing office workers. She apologized sincerely, and I've had no recent problems since so I've revised my review. Parc Chatuex parking isn't the worst but if you come after 5, you will have to park on the side of the road, and later than 9 you have a good chance of having to park at Ralph's. It's a safe complex (good for kids :), clean. Never had any bug/rodent problems. The majority of work orders I have placed are attended to quickly. Ralph's, Walmart, Vons, are close by which is convenient. The apartments themselves are really spacious, with huge closets and well designed with large tubs for bathing. Like the other tenants complained, there's no open parking available. I have to rush everyday to see if there's a parking. The two bed room comes only with a single narrow garage into which only the small cars fit, but not without crashing the car doors to the garage walls. Service Maintenance is very spotty, compared to other apartments that we lived this is not even close. Dog poop all around the apartment, smells really bad. There's a bit of freaky neighbor problem too which might be a specific case for me. The apartment does not have any compound or gates. Many people come in and park the car as the school parking is unavailable (bearable as the school times are off the peak time and its only for a small interval in the morning and evening). The fact that the gates are just open for any and no compounds puts the question of safety, worse if your building is located on the outer boundary of the apartment. The room plans are pretty bad. This is one of the things that you can not spot until you move-in and start living. There's no master bedroom, the bigger bedroom if you consider as master has the bathroom detached. The smaller bedroom has an attached bathroom. Why, who planned!? The bathrooms are pretty small, watch out for the shelf space. Only advantage if you have school going kid(s) the school is near by, but mind it, we did not get admissions in the Pico as they were full. So no benefit of this apartment at all. The neighboring apartment is better in terms of price, space, value, service maintenance, parking etc., and I know this personally as my colleagues live there. Overall, not a value for money. read more

Ok so I wasn't present during the tour but my bf said they told him there was ample parking. Truth be told, that's a lie! Parking is horrendous. There's absolutely no way you're getting a spot, not even on the street, if you're home after 330-4pm. You have to pay for a spot or use your garage. And if you park in space that isn't yours because you're exhausted after a 16hr shift and need to be back in less than 8hrs, well you're gonna get slapped with a sticker that doesn't come off your windshield and it'll likely be placed smack dab in the center of your driver side view. Which is the "warning"... Besides the parking, there's an issue with the ac system in the apartment and it somehow has debris from the dryer filtering throughout one of the rooms and adjoining bathrooms. It's disgusting because it literally needs to be cleaned every 2 days. We're not even washing clothes that often! People here aren't so bad but once in a while the kids that are from foreign countries are up late walking around and being loud in their apartments. When they're placed above you, forget sleeping! Even if you're trying to nap during the day. I wish they'd stop letting these kids stay here. Just overall bothersome. ---- 01.2018. So despite the leasing office responding to this post and reaching out to assist and correct the discrepancies I aforementioned, they also attempted to track me down via personal email and requested that I delete this review. Wont lie, that kind of irritated me but instead of just calling them out and then continuing to complain, I decided to wait and see if requests we made, per their direction, would actually be acknowledged. For the most part, the things we requested to be fixed were done in a timely manner. Rest assured we had 1-2 requests and I'm sure they came with little to no expense of this company. I've also noticed that instead of placing huge stickers on the front windshield of cars parked in unreserved spaces, they've focused on placing them on the side window and made them easier to possibly peel off. Not to mention they've given ample time for the vehicle to be moved. However, it's the same type of sticker that is extremely difficult to remove and I highly doubt it'll change to a glass-friendly removable decal. On the other hand, not one damn thing has been done about the extremely annoying, rude, inconsiderate, disturbances by the students they permit to live in these apartments. Still walking into a smoke free environment (the apartment my bf lives in) to the scent of cigarettes and marijuana on a very consistent basis. Sometimes we even wake up to it in the bathroom cause we close the door and it somehow accumulates and seeps out. Additionally, the noise level at 9/10pm on weekly nights is still unaddressed. We've confronted these delinquents in person as well as contacted the office and security to address the issue. But obviously it's still happening. -----UPDATE 03.03.2018----- Well still nothing has been done about the students below us, they continue to smoke inside their apartment on a daily basis (this is aside from their weed, loud music, loud singing, and parties). And right now it's worst because it's raining and cold! I come to my fiances apartment--all doors shut--smelling of smoke. It's sickening. Oh and might I add, I am pregnant and this is basically second-hand smoke I'm waking up to the scent of and breathing in through-out the night. Also, their smoke detector goes off very often and yet, nothing has changed. We've reported them, my fiance has called the office and spoken to the manager who actually emailed me, and we've called security. If anything, security has done more than the lazy people who work here. I'm more than fed up and my review will continue on a daily basis if it must. Something needs to be done and this issue most definitely needs to be addressed! I'm not a smoker and I will never be but I shouldn't have to live with smoke coming through the vents in the bathroom from their apartment to ours. That's just disgusting and so unhealthy! read more

First off, I'd like to say that I currently reside in a 2 bed 2 bath apt at Parc Chateaux, so I know first hand what's going on here. I also hope I'm not retaliated against by the complex or any of its affiliates for posting this honest review. Let's begin... There should be absolutely no reason for such high prices. I understand that this is a supposedly great area but it's not, it's just made out to be. Maybe it's just the complex that's not so great. People are loud at night, Drivers speed through the complex, Drivers don't stop at the stop signs and Tenants leave their dog's poo on the grass. There is not enough storage space in the apts. I'm not sure how others live but I have my flowers and paintings and other decorative items that I would like to display in order for this apt to feel like a home but I'm forced to stash them away in the main closet. And I was made aware that we are not allowed to use a garage as a storage space. I mean for $$$$, I should be able to have much more room to enjoy my stay here. The walls are painted with the cheapest paint. The slightest little rub against the wall and it looks dirty. Do not try to clean it with anything because even a paper towel with a little bit of water on it removes that layer of paint and makes it looks worse. Speaking of the walls, they are not in great condition. Some of the moldings are loose and/or cracked. The cabinets in the kitchen are in poor condition layered with this plastic material and the craftsmanship is sub par throughout the apartment. They rush you through the apartment and skim over those things just to get you to sign the contract. They do this by saying that this apartment complex is highly sought after because of the great amenities and location and other people are looking at it as well but why isn't this a place worth living in and being happy and comfortable in, once you move in? After we moved in, we were told by residents that the rent will go up after the lease, yet that was not explained by management, so we'll see what happens when that day comes. I understand that there are upgrades but the pool is not heated, although the cosmetics of the upgrades are appealing. That is great because it is the responsibility of the company to keep the complex in tiptop shape so that we would want to stay here as happy residents. Why is the rent online not matching up with what you receive on the flyer you get from the office? To bait you. The square footage does not match up either. It's smaller than they lead you to believe. You also have to pay for an additional parking space. SO if yo have more than one vehicle, you're stuck looking for a parking space or trying your luck somewhere within walking distance. I have yet to have a major issue with the management so I cannot really go into it other than when I received attitude from one of the office members. While on the other hand, Christina has helped the most. Her name stands out because she went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. The staff that works the grounds, are awesome but I'm sure they need more help. The office as a whole is ok. If we ever have an issue, it gets tended to within a somewhat reasonable timeframe. Again, going back to the grounds staffing. If any response comes from whomever, I do not want a generic response like everyone has gotten. I would like something from the heart, something real, not a copy and paste response. We deserve to hear an honest compassionate response. read more

All in All, excellent apartment so far. I have lived at Parc Chateaux for a couple months. Office staff was very helpful and professional, which made the move just that much easier. I have lived in a few more expensive apartments in the area and in comparison Parc Chateaux is the nicest so far. The good: The noise-level is extremely low, no passing road noise, and apartments seem very well insulated, building design means no foot traffic past the front door. Floor plans, very open bright with natural light and feels more open than past floor plans. Technically I lost square footage moving here but with more usable space, I feel like I've gained square footage. Garages are wider than past garages and deep enough to easily keep my car and sport bike without crowding. Amenities: pool area is kept clean with relatively little traffic. 24 hour fitness center is a huge plus since I work nights and keep odd hours, actually makes fitness center usable for me. The walking path is just awesome, paved and dirt path right from the complex means easy dog walks and elementary school is just a few hundred yards walk for my progeny, all off the road so much safer. Ancillary staff: front office is just phenomenal, Jen has been a professional angel, I would love to steal her to work with me any day, maintenance staff is non judgmental and helpful and grounds crew keeps everything looking good. The Bad: ummmmm I guess the rain drainage ditch in front of the garage makes for decent bump when pulling into the garage, must pull in SLOW Overview: After a couple months I love Parc Chateaux, I've payed much more for apartments I've liked a lot less read more

Beware! So overpriced and quality of service is horrible. I recently moved out and cleaned and sanitize the apartment, it was spotless. Yes the cheap carpet had a few stains and walls had scuffs typical things to be expected. I was charged almost $1600 for repairs and damages so absurd. I did everything to argue these charges and because Greystar is a big corporation, I'm screwed. read more

I experienced an excellent leasing experience at Parc Chateaux. Jen Nagel was my agent. She did a terrific job explaining the lease agreement and offering a guided tour of the grounds and all its amenities. She showed me all the property had to offer. I just wanted to say how amazing it felt to have everyone in this staff come together and support the community during the fires. At the time of the Fire, kevin the maintenance manager was on the front line with the firefighters guiding them around the complex and justin the resident manager was in the office providing shelter to those with no place to go at night. The next day, everyone from the VP all the way to the clean up crew were here working together as one unit busting their butts off. There is a real sense of family and community here. Manager Justin is very professional who sees that our complex runs smoothly, that the grounds are well kept he responds quickly to emails. The complex arranges wonderful events for the residents which are always a wonderful time for all. The entire office staff/maintenance are ALL very nice, friendly they handle any request in a professional, timely manner. My husband and I lived here for 12 months. When we moved in, the dish washer flooded the kitchen floor. They "fixed" it, but it never cleaned dishes. The microwave heaped, inadvertantly, all the time. Refrigerator froze anything at the back of it and was covered in knuckles where someone punched it several times. We got new neighbors above us that literally sounded like elephants bowling at ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT. I complained in writing to management several times and nothing was done. I called security several times to tell them to be quiet, but the neighbors only retaliated 10 times worse, For hours after each complaint. No peace and quiet, ever. I wore earplugs to bed to try to sleep. We moved out last weekend, 10 days later than our lease. During which time, they up'd our rent from $2140/mo, to $2700/ mo to prorate our extra days. We never agreed to that. We also got a prorated water/trash bill that was only $10 dollars less than a whole month's bill. Additionally, they prorated our pet rent @ $3.75. Are you kidding me? Today I get a move out bill for $105.00. This is plus the $750 they already have of our deposit. They said the carpet was dirty and charged us $700.00 to replace it. $700.00! For CHEAP, unpadded carpet for what. 650 sq. Ft? Really? I called the "collection" unit and asked them wth they're talking about since it was clean as a whistle when we left. Oh, and 4 hours for cleaning service. BS! I cleaned for hours. I watched 4 people move out while I lived there. They replaced all the carpet after every move. It's a standard rip off. I called and asked for someone to call me because I'm disputing it and its BS. No one called. What do you know!??? Hmmmm.... they want US to pay for their new upgrades appliances to replace the crappy ones that were in there, so they can charge more rent for the next poor saps that have the misfortune of moving in AND OUT. Dont do it. They are SUPER nice when you move in, but not when you move out. They dont talk to you then. They refer you to some bull dog in Arizona that says they are not going to bat for you. When you move, they're using YOUR money to make up their losses. Renter beware. Don't rent here, Unless you don't like your money. read more

I don't understand all the bad reviews on here. I live here and I LOVE it. My kids go to the elementary school and it's a really pretty 4 minute walk away. The grounds are nice, my apartment is awesome and the garage is big. My only complaint would be that the rent is high, but this is Stevenson Ranch so that is to be expected. read more

Where do I start? This place is horrible!!! We moved here in Sept. 2014. Our kitchen sink smelled like there was a dead rat in it, there was no screen on our patio door, the bathroom tubs were clogged, there were ants in the kitchen, the dryer didn't work, AND out of the 3 keys that were given to me at move in, only ONE worked! This place was not move in ready!! The washer sounds like a helicopter is landing on our roof. We are on the 3rd floor, NO ELEVATOR by the way. This place is NOT worth your money. UNPROFESSIONAL! Any personal correspondence from the office are taped to your door for all to see instead of being put in an envelope as any company with any sense will do. Also, the parking is horrible. They are in the middle of repaving the parking structure and that has been a complete nightmare. My reserved carport that I pay extra for was blocked off without notice! All other spots around were done but mine wasn't without explanation nor notification. Oh yeah, you have to pay extra to have a reserved carport to park on premises, if you don't, get ready to drive around & around. This place is not home! Look elsewhere. Beautiful place, nice residents and staff. Office has been very responsive and kind, maintenance does a punctual and great job fixing stuff, parking has never been a problem for me, personally. Nice kitchen and bathroom and laundry fixtures in the apartments. Very good amenities in the apartments and the complex, in general. Great location for students, families, and working professionals. Definitely a younger/family vibe around here. Really nice pool and jacuzzi plus a good gym, beautiful views, very close to lots of shopping, dining, parks, bike paths- extremely happy to be here :) I have had a stellar experience with the management and love the layout and community of this place. Warning!!!! Had the worst move out experience ever . We moved out in September 2013. We had our walk through with two people from the office and they both agreed the apartment was left in good condition, which by the way I left that apartment super super clean , we just had to cover up some nail holes on the wall which we did. Then few weeks later we received a bill in the mail for $800 charge for the stupidest things. They charged us for paint , which those two people that did our walk through said we didn't have to paint, they charges us for cleaning labor when they agreed the apartment was spotless , I mean I can go on and on And to top it off the walls are so thin I could hear my upstairs neighbors all day . Stomping and running and bouncing balls, loud music. I lost count how many times the sheriffs show up there for disturbance calls. We had regular inspections in the apartment which was very annoying , and they wouldn't replace what ever they pointed out that needed to be replaced. It's amazing how quickly a year went by. We just renewed our lease and couldn't be happier. The office and maintenance staff are very helpful and always have a smile on their faces. Never, ever, ever move here. They are criminals. From the moment I moved in they caused me trouble. They got my move-in date wrong, they accidentally charged me double the security deposit and refused to return the money even when I explained my check was going to bounce because of them. They would only give me a credit. They also took 3 weeks to fix the problems I found upon move in. One was part of the counter literally falling off and it took them 3 weeks of me constantly emailing them before they fixed it. The tub was also stained and gross when I moved in. 3 weeks later when it was fixed, the maintenance people didn't even bother to put the shower door back on. I had to do it myself and doing so destroyed my bathroom rug. They didn't care. When I lost my job and had to move they became the most evil, greedy company that would only let me break my lease after paying an extra month's rent and an additional month for the lease break. Even though I know for a fact they allow criminals and drug dealers to live there basically for free through section 8. Beware you will pay nearly 2,000 a month in rent to live next to someone who is on welfare and paying maybe 400 a month. It's unbelievable. They also stole my security deposit. I only lived there for a few months and left my apartment in the same condition I found it. They charged me 300.00 for new drywall in the bathroom even though I didn't hang one single photo there. They also charged me for an extra days rent even though I dropped my keys off at 8:59 am before they opened for the day as the girl in the leasing office specifically said I could do. They are shady and underhanded and not to be trusted. I know so many people who have horror stories from living at Parc Chateaux and it was my mistake for not listening. read more

Be careful of this place. After living 6 years in this place we brought a house. Never returned our deposit, claimed and charged outrageous moving out fees. Never delivered a legit statement or tried to disclose their charges. It was just wear and tear. Never change the carpet or paint the walls in 6 years.. All the comments here are correct. Been living here for 3 years, I love the area. Super close to the freeway, and everything. The reason I give the complex 4 stars instead of 5 is because of parking. It's hard to find parking at night. Also, the computers they have don't work that well, and the Internet is super slow. However, will be renewing our lease! LOVE MY NEW APARTMENT!!! We moved in mid May and I've been so thrilled. Love my location quiet, cozy, and friendly. Chantell in the office is outstanding. She made our move in process so smooth, helped me fill out the paperwork. She sends me reminders all the time for events that are happening at the property. They have free cooking classes, yummy food and they give you a copy of the recipe. The pool is GORGEOUS can't get enough of those cabanas. The fireplace outside is lovely. Gym time is great they have a lot of the equipment I would use at LA Fitness. My kids are finally allowed to play outside with out me having to worry about cars speeding by. I had an issue with my dishwasher and Kevin (maintenance supervisor) fixed it right away. The staff is extremely pleasant they always wave and smile as I go by. read more

I just finished moving in to Parc Chateaux and I'm very pleased with my decision. Jen and the rest of the office staff were a pleasure to work with and made the entire process easy. The grounds, buildings and units look great, and the model unit didn't oversell how nice my own apartment has ended up being. I have just moved in, and this place is a dump. There are so many problems. The Carpet is filthy and full of bad odor, no hot water. A dishwasher that runs, a two hr cycle. Smell like you cant believe. The walls lightly touched up, trying to convince me that they have been freshly painted. A washing unit that rattles, utility bills, off the scale. No prompt service. Just excuses, as to why it like that. Um like Like a person doesnt know when they are living in complete dirty, dirty. They should be ashamed to rent a place like this. Remember when they ask you for a certified check. Be leary your about to get burned. As you take your hard earned money, when moving, for which is not easy. You will be stuck here. The gym well, nothing works. Looks nice from. When you see their renovated pool, that's all that's nice about this place. BEWARE !!!! read more

STAY AWAY! You're better off renting a home or going to one of the apartments off McBean. The parent company and management here are completely dishonest to say the least. Don't say you haven't been warned because they will take your entire deposit regardless if you clean or take good care of your place. They will also drastically increase the price of your unit after every year. Also there are tenants here who don't pay nearly what you do and don't care to keep it clean or looking safe. They also have kids that work at Magic Mountain here throwing parties into the night during the week. AJ is the only caring individual who works there however when you leave they wash their hands of you and refer you to the company headquarters which is nowhere nearby and impossible to get in touch with. Gym Is subpar and you might as well keep your gym membership because this one is mediocre at best. Fixtures are second rate and we had our bathtub repainted twice because lining kept peeling. They will tear up your carpet when you leave and charge you for them regardless if you kept em in good condition. There is no such thing as normal wear and tear with them. I've lived at several locations and never been charged for carpets. Seems they want brand new ones at your expense. The rents are laughable and if you are expected to pay between $2400 to $3500 for two to three bedroom because it's "Stevenson ranch" then let me tell you to reconsider. I've had my car broken into just across the street and seen homeless in the bushes at Ralph's next door. And don't forget the many fires in the hills surrounding you. Parking is god awful at night and so many open spots that are covered are wide open at an extra charge monthly. Good luck finding a spot if you come home after 5pm especially on the weekend. This could be a great place with regard to location and pool however the treatment you get when trying to maintain your rent price and if you heaven forbid leave is beyond horrendous. read more

Worst customer service ever!!! If only I can give o stars, I will. The girls in the front desk are completely rude and very unprofessional. Lack customer service professionalism and skills. I don't know why they are the ones in the front desk. With that classy and gorgeous complex they're not fit to work as front desks customer service. They don't even welcome their guests in the leasing office and not answering their phone calls. Customer service sucks!!! read more

This is probably my favorite place I have ever lived in Santa Clarita. One of the best things about living at the parc is the pool area, Southern California has amazing weather year-round, that being said This pool is definitely a sanctuary for me... it includes a hot tub, relaxing cabanas, and a beautiful fireplace. It's nice to cook on the outdoor bbq and enjoy my dinner.The location for me is also great as I like to do several hikes that Are near by including the Pico stairs. Most IMPORTANTLY my favorite thing about the Parc Chateuax has to be the leasing office and more SPECIFICALLY Tasha Angelillo. This women made my move as easy as it could have been. It came at a very vulnerable and sudden time and she took care of everything for me. Not once did I have to stress at all. The team here is great and they really care. Tasha made this move the best one I have ever had, and I have moved a lot. I have nothing but good things to say about living here and the staff. read more

Last year I applied for an apartment here a Parc Chateaux. It had been over 20 years since I have been in an apartment,and I was apprehensive . But the office personnel were wonderful and very accommodating. The few maintenance issues I've had, was taken care of within a day. And the maintenance crew are very courteous and professional.. The amenities here are also wonderful. The upgrades to the pool make me feel like I'm at a resort. And I am so very happy with my stay I extended for one more year. read more
