Onto my experience today, these guys are always wonderful, always have a big smile on their face, and it just makes me feel amazing every time I walk out of postal plus Herndon. On Sunday, November 5th, I brought the easel to the store to have it boxed and shipped. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the gentleman who assisted me on Sunday afternoon. He was certainly dismayed to see me arrive with the easel, but was wonderful, and worked hard to get it boxed and ready to go. I made him verify the address before he left the package. Then someone else from customer service called to make sure I received my package. They're trying. *The package they lost before (from Amazon) was delivered to my neighbor's house. I guess the driver just picked any house on my street to leave the package. Scrub.*

Of course we did our due diligence looking for it, to no avail. In contacting LaserShip/OnTrac I couldn't speak to a person but I would receive an email within 48 hours. After 48 hrs after I wrote to them inquiring about it. They sent me a generic email stating we completed our investigation and our system showed it was delivered.
