These places are always lifesavers when you need to ship something on the fly and don't have all of the shipping materials you need. I stopped and and was very pleased with the service and other options I might need to take advantage of in the future. Very friendly staff helped me package 50 DVDs I needed shipped immediately using my own FedEx account number. I did not have time to run to staples to find and pack the perfect box so this group took care of it for me and made sure they were packed secure and the box was around five dollars. This small location seed to have a little bit of everything you would expect from a mailbox/shipping center. While I was there someone was checking their personal mailbox and another person was using their computer. Friendly staff got me in and out quick! read more

Is there zero stars ......Never again ! I will never step foot in this store for anything. This morning went into store for "live scan" finger prints. I have done live scan in 2 different states before, I know the basic process. I walked in and was immediately given a "look" and no welcome what so ever, I said hello first. Then was greeted.I felt very uncomfortable with the continued look I was getting. This man who was working could hardly get words out and was clearly agitated with me. His facial expressions made it very clear he was losing his patience, even though he had not helped me yet. Had this man listened to me instead of giving me dirty looks he would have heard my answer to his questions. I had the answer, I had the """"agency's""""" name YOU did not want to HEAR me. Perhaps I walked in at wrong time, perhaps he was having a bad day, or what ever. That is NEVER an excuse to loose your cool with a customer so quickly you can't even HEAR them. Even if he would have "heard" me I would not have stayed because of the "look" I was getting. NEVER will go there again and this will be shared with all my friends in the healthcare field that need "live scan". read more

I would definitely give this place ZERO stars if I could. It all started today when I was sending a backpack via an RMA(aka free shipping for me) and needed a box.As I watched him insert my bag with no filling and tape up my box I am charged $16.11. Later on(about 20 minutes) I confronted him about the excess charges and was told he added filling after I left. I then asked to see the box and he declined due to the fact that he was busy. I am not sure if this maneuver was to save face in front of his other customers, but it could've been handled in a more professional manner. To sum it up: STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF PLACE!!! Wish I could get the word out to everyone in this city. They are very rude and on top of that they charge way too high a premium for not making a trip to the post office (which is only 2 minutes away An example, a Medium Flat Rate Priority Mail box mailed from the Post Office (or your computer) is $13.60. Parcels Plus charges $20.51. I'd say that is way too much of a premium. I went back in to make sure I was charged correctly and yes they do have the prices posted I just didn't know it would be that much of a premium. ROBBERY!!!! Bottom Line, all of their services are at a premium be it Federal Express, USPS, UPS, DHL, etc. Don't get ripped off!!! I'm surprised that the Post Office authorizes this actually. read more

I just left, mailing 3 Mother's Day cards and 1 photo with which I brought my own envelope. I also bought I book of stamps.... total.... 21.95!!!!???? I looked at my receipt, and they charge 70 cents a stamp!!!! How is that even legal?! They also charged me for first class mail, which I didn't even ask for, that was another 1.25/ card?! What a ripoff. Had I known the prices BEFORE I was handed a receipt, I would've gone elsewhere. NOW, I will go elsewhere. Judging by their reviews they're not going to be around too much longer. Always get a reciept it your package will be list specially if it's worth a few bucks don't tell them what's the amount and if you do deal with Bruce and not the other thief in there. Never buy insurance from them it's way overpriced and go to federal express to ship FedEx regardless of whatever they say they're more expensive and it's a roll of the dice if the package will get there my amazon return paid package is gone as I did not insist o a reciept from them as it was closing time almost and I was like can't be that bad for a DVD player. This location rents out a mailbox to a known spammer, in this case lock box 25553. I see this is not the first complaint and the previous complaint is a different box. Is the revenue from renting a mailbox so great they would participate in annoying thousands of people? I have 10+ emails from this spammer just today. ONE OF THE WORST PLACES EVERRRR!!! THE CASHIER WAS VERY RUDE AND RACIST!! I had an appt. for my 'Live scan fingerprints'. He gave me attitude from the moment I walked in. When I confronted him about his attitude he denied having one and told me. "If you feel that I'm rude then you can leave." HOW DO YOU TELL A PAYING CUSTOMER THEY CAN LEAVE WHEN YOU'REEEEE THE ONE GIVING THEM ATTITUDE!!! When I responded, 'I was already on my way out", he YELLED, "THANK YOU!!" while tearing up my paperwork as I was walking towards the door. I'm a young black professional and he DID NOT treat the other two white customer the way he treated me. Although I was forced to put a star before completing this review, this place does NOT receive ANY STARS!!!! HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE customer service! If you want to keep your money and valuable item, stay away from them. They lost my item that was worth over $700.00, in which I had to pay that money out of my pocket . I once went in there while trying to be reimburse for my lost item(I only received $100) that they lost , while doing so one of the co-workers had a nasty attitude w/one of the customers! They have a funny way of informing you about something they never once mentioned. I was told that the price of insurance was worth the same price as my item, and the later on told it was $14, HUGE jump! Coming from the owners mouth he said, "We go through this at least 10 times''. HMMM, you would think they would change their ways of handling business to better please/ assist the customer! I guess the customer's are the last thing on their minds! I'm just thankful that T-mobile understood my situation, and replaced the money! All in all, never again, save your money and time!
