Floral Explosion was second on the list. The first place I called could not do same day delivery. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly. She took down all necessary information. I was browsing their website and told her the name of the arrangement I wanted. She explained the arrangement might not look exactly like the image on the website but it would be close. I told her the flowers needed to arrive before 1p (because of moms work schedule). I also asked if she could send me a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered. I called at 9:33a. I received a picture of the arrangement at 10:23a. The flowers were delivered before 12p. My mom text me at 11:59a to say she loved the flowers. To say I am happy with the service I received would be an underestimate. I am over the moon. Thank you.

Delilah and I her team were a total dream to plan with holding multiple zoom meetings with me to chat about options/what was in season. Communication was clear and well thought out and they really listened to help all my ideas come to life. Never did I feel pressured for a more "expensive" look or upgrades, if anything they were extremely respectful of our budget and helped give us ideas of what to do with lots of options. Everything felt really personal and genuinely felt like they were also excited to be part of our wedding. When we decided to change up the layout a bit and make some changes closer to the day of they didn't bat an eye. On the day of the wedding not only did my fiancé and I fall in love, but we had multiple people (even other vendors!) asking for their information.
